How do you attach an edited photo to an email account like gmail. The share email options didn't seem appropriate, so I tried to drag the photo to the desktop, and the whole program goes with it.
View 1 RepliesI did everything according to the instructions, defined e-mail address, got the code and confirmation of the adress, but still when I try to send meile in the end there is symbol that the computer is trying to perform this task, but the minutes passes by, and nothing changes. I have spend a lot of time trying to fix it - with no success. I use Windows 8 and Microsoft OutLook. I have no problems sending other thing. I also have Mozzilla Thunderbird om my computer, but it is synchronised to OutLook (can use both of them, whichever I want).
I bought Photoshop Elements 12 to send and edit photos. I'm close to that to give up this product, despite the fact that the rest of his functions as a judge very successful.
I have been attempting to resolve this issue for two weeks with no resolve. I set up an email system with the wizard, and I receive the following error message:Connection to server has failed Acct. "charter.net' Server 'charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port:25; Secure (SSA: No: Socket Error: 10060, Error# 0x800CCCOE Or I am asked for a verification code from an email they have sent to me. When I use the code, it states, "An unexpected error has occurred." My computer is 8 years old and out of warranty, so Dell won't support and the server doesn't do this kind of thing.

I know the basic steps such as slicing up the document, how to optimize the images, save as an HTML file and images but after that it gets fuzzy. I'm struggling with how to have text blocks in photoshop show up as text rather than be an image in the HTML.
I've searched on Lynda.com, YouTube, and quite a few other sources but can't seem to find anything that goes over it in depth. I'm a novice when it comes to HTML.
Tried several times to send an email from LR5 using Microsoft Outlook 2013 as email account. Crashes all the times.

New user to PSE11. Is it recommended that ALL photos be in albums or is the idea that photos in albums are a subset of the photos in folders? With all the sort and search functionality, I don't understand the benefit of albums.I name my image folders using a standard naming convention with the date embedded so it makes them rather easy to manage.

When I attempt to sync photos in iTunes (to synch with my iPhone), Photoshop Elements appears in the drop down and when I select it, it finds all the "albums" in the catalog. However, when I select an album to sync, iTunes indicates 0 photos are available in the album.
I'm running photoshop elements 11, iTunes 11.0.1.12, Windows 8 Pro.
if I try to sync "all photos and albums" it still reports that there are "0 photos" available to sync.
I've tried to make new albums, which iTunes "sees" the names, but there are "0 photos" available to sync.
I've also tried to sync with a folder (file system) which works just fine.
I can not paste photos from my photos file. If I start a blank file I can paste anything photos want from the web in as many layers as I want. If I try to paste a photo from my own photos file it becomes the back ground by itself. I don't know how to stop this. Using photoshop elements 11.

I am currantly a PSP user moving to Photoshop, I have photoshop CS3 and one of the functions I used quite a bit as my clients sent me images for their web site was to drag them from the email on to PSP work table and the image would open.
It (organizer) and Photoshop make me force quit when trying to sign in as well.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a humanoid mesh (it was originally a editable poly, but I think I converted it to an editable mesh), and I have a bipedal rig (the Man variant of the default) that is fitted to the mesh. I just cant figure out for the life of me how to attach the mesh to the rig. All of the tutorials I've seen are for older versions of 3ds, and use physique. I am preparing 3D model of a 354 acres campus area. I am using AutoCAD Map 3D 2011. I have extruded all the building as AutoCAD drawing objects. I have also imported DEM of the area into AutoCAD. Now, how can I use this DEM to specify the Earth surface elevation or surface profile of my 3D building models so that all my 3D buildings read the Earth surface profile information from DEM.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI know DXF files can be saved as DWGs then used as XREFs but that isn't the goal we want to achieve.
We are a big steel fabrication shop and we run a plasma machine that accepts DXF files. What we want to do is be able to draw our parts as a DXF ready for the plasma then XREF them into an overall drawing to assure all of our pieces line up. Each piece will be a separate DXF.
We want them to be XREFs so that if one needs to be manipulated it can be done on the spot without having to reattach a block. The more files you have to open and manipulate the more room for error.
The only way I can come up with is to draw all pieces as individual DWG files, then XREF each one into their own DXF file as well as XREFing them all into an overall file to check that they all line up.
working in Cad 2012, and used to 'bind' images to the file, but can't find that function. Doing standard details and need to include the images in the file for access on a global drive, so it has to be a self-contained file.

What is the quickest method? Script? (I have approximately 800 drawings and 800 xrefs and for CAD management reasons they need to be individual drawing files)
I have been sent some drawings with came in 2 zip files. 1 zip contains the floorplans. the other contains the sheets.
if i load the sheet, it will tell me the drawing is missing in a pop up box with a status of "not found". i f i try to attach it nothing happens.
