Photoshop Elements :: R6025 Runtime Error When Starting Organizer 12
Feb 14, 2014
I installed Photoshop Elements 12 a couple of weeks ago. When I run the Photo Editor, everything is fine. But when I try to run the Organizer, I get the Microsoft Visuall C++ Runtime Library dialog that specifies a Runtime Error! for Program: C:Program Files (x86)... with error code R6025 - pure virtual function call.
My PSE 6 ceased to run. I have uninstalled it using the provided uninstaller. I have tried to re-install but keep getting this message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library runtime error Program E:/Adobe Photoshop Elementssetup.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way..I have PSE 10 installed and it runs OK BUT I prefer the older v6 which has Twain support for my scanner
I don't know what is different today, than yesterday.... but I am getting a C++ Runtime Script R6025 error after having opened Photoshop CS6 32 bit. this is followed by the dreaded 'close program' screen.
Here is the 'Problem Signature' that is shown.
Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: Photoshop.exe Application Version: 13.0.1.0 Application Timestamp: 5022da52 Fault Module Name: MSVCR100.dll Fault Module Version: 10.0.40219.1 Fault Module Timestamp: 4d5f0c22 Exception Code: 40000015 Exception Offset: 0008d6fd OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: eef6 Additional Information 2: eef6656304cfa9f2762313c3628f6337 Additional Information 3: a847 Additional Information 4: a8474119e646472b6f207a8b45fa3110
Does this mean anything to any of you pros? How can I fix this?
Photoshop Elements 9 organizer...when I try to "save as" a .jpg file from editor to the organizer, I keep getting an error "Import Failed" file not supported or file already in organizer...been using this software for a long time..just started to happen...now it says this everytime I try to save anything..it will not let me put it in the organizer at all. What happened?
I have had Elements 8 working for quit a while on a HP windows 7 64 Bit machine (years) and now suddenly the Organizer crash's when I try to start it. The editor starts and works OK. The problem seemed to start when I switched on the option to autoanalyze on startup , but cannot verify as the setting panel is in the organizer menus!
I have PSE 8, PS Premier 8 and LR 4 insta;lled and haven't had any problems with them. Yesterday I tried to open PSE 8 and received a 'Bad Image' message that stated
"C:Program Files (x86)AdobeElements Organizer 8.0amtlib.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.'
However, I went to My Pictures, selected a file that I had edited in PSE 8 a few weks ago, right clicked on Open With PSE 8 Editor and there it was. When I right clicked on Open With PSE 8 Organizer, I got the same error message as shown above. I also tried openiong Organmizer through Editor ald also got the same error shown above.
How do I resolve this? I'm running WIN 7 Pro, DELL XPS 8300.
I recently upgraded from Photoshop Elements 10 to 11. Everything works great while I am using it but if I do not do anthing in Elements for 4-5 minutes I get the 'Elements 11 Organizer has stopped working' error message, the only option I have is to push the 'Close Program' button.
I keep getting an error pop-up that the ElementsOrganizerSync - No Disk. I doesnt go away, when I tell it to close it pops right back open. It started when I deleted some Actions I'd added to my library. Also, Actions that I've added recently are not showing up even though I've added them correctly. I plan to upgarde to version 11 but it has to wait a few more weeks.
I've done all I can to correct this issue including going into the reistry and removing the lines pointing to the old plugins folder. I'm still getting this Runtime error and now all my new plugins CRASH Photoshop CS6 Extended. This is horrible. I just bought Alien's bundle and can't even run it without Photoshop crashing out. NONE of the plugins that are new and built for 64 bit apps is crashing. So I'm stuck until I can get this resolved.
IS there another folder / directory with the paths that I can delete since the registry edit didn't seem to do the trick? I've unchecked the box that points to this directory and yet Photoshop still has it recorded since when I start the program and get to that Preference page shows it, grayed out, but it's still recorded. Why are there two areas for this information to be kept in the first place? Makes for a mess like this very issue.
have the CS3 suite, education version and i'm having problems whit photoshop. All the other programs work fine (flash, fireworks, premiere, etc), but photoshop crashes at startup.
I already disabled plugins, checked permissions, everything i can remember. The problems exists with domain and local (power and normal) users. Photoshop runs with local administrator but not with a domain admin, and i don't have any kind of policie restricting the domain admins.
The error is a "Runtime error" at the end of the loading, right after "Building menus". Details of the error report: AppName: photoshop.exe AppVer: 10.0.1.0 ModName: scriptingsupport.8li ModVer: 10.0.0.0 Offset: 0015eebd
We have re-imaged our school district computers with XP SP3 and IE7, and now on Creative Suite CS3, only Photoshop will not open as a student. It opens only as administrator and students get the runtime error. All other apps in the Suite work fine. They worked with the same install job before the updates, and reverting back is not an option.
when I try to install the German Photoshop trial I get a "Laufzeitfehler: Objekt erwartet Zeile 31" (Runtime Error: object expected line 31) after initialisation of the installation program. When opening the Script Debugger it points to a file main.html in Common FilesAdobe/Installers... esources. The Debugger stops at the line: "body onload="AhmbedGUIWorkflow()" id="standardBody"" (without quotation marks). What can I do to avoid this error and install the trial?
This has only started happening during the last 2 days after adding the /3g boot.ini patch to try to resolve a CS4 slowdown issue. It appears to have fixed the slowdown issue (although I'm not sure it has stayed active long enough to say that for sure) but is now randomly crashing. The error in event viewer is as follows Faulting application photoshop.exe, version 11.0.1.0, stamp 499bf9b5, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x3a753913.
There is no pattern to the crashes. It has even crashed when it has been in the background with no image loaded. I know I could remove the /3g patch & hopefully CS4 would stop crashing, but then I would have to live with the slowdown issue. I want to have my cake & eat it too. Any ideas ?
My ability to share photos using attach to e-mail has stopped working. I get an error message: Organizer could not finish creating e-mail message. Make sure Microsoft is selected as the default program in Windows INternet Control panel. Additionally, I'm upable to check for updates. I get an error message something like "the server is not available..."
I just installed photoshop elements 11 on my Mac and am receiving an error when opening the organizer. It is stating that online services could not be initialized and that I need to reinstall. I tried that and it is still coming up. What do I do?
I have been running PSE 10 for a while with my Canon 60D, windows 7 and I have never had an issue with importing CR2 files to my organizer. Now all of the sudden they will no longer show up in the organizer or rather there is the icon with a question mark, and the "mssing file" error. When I use the downloader from my card reader I can see them in the preview screen, but when the downloader is done and the files are in the organizer, get nothing but the aforementioned icons.
I installed to the DNG converter as suggested, but that did nothing as well. So, I finally gave up, purchased PSE 12, installed it and guess what, still no luck. I have updated the RAW converter to the latest version and as near as I can tell I have done everything suggested. Like I said earlier, I can see the pictures clearly in the adobe downloader when I import the files from my memory card and I can open the pics fine in the Canon software, I can even open the picture in the Editor if I go through the editor; but I can't do anything with the picture in the Organizer.
I came into work on Monday morning and started working on this business card design for an associate of mine. I got to the point where a first draft was almost finished, I went to save it as a PDF (keeping all the layers separate and retaining Photoshop editing capabilities), and it suddenly did this (attached photo). It's now Wednesday and not only have I never run into this issue before, but it seems no one else has because I haven't been able to find anything on it this whole time.
It seems to be saving to PSD and JPG just fine, but I need to be able to save to PDF for printing. I've checked a couple times to make sure Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat are fully up to date and they are. I've tried holding CTRL+ALT+SHIFT while starting the program to delete the preferences, and that didn't work. I've run a spyware/malware scan on my computer and it came back clean.
- I'm running Photoshop CS3, with the new 10.0.1 update - Windows 7 Professional 64-bit /w Service Pack 1 - Dell XPS 8300, 6GB RAM, Intel Core i5-2300 - My system is completely up to date (according to Windows Update)
We're running X4 and are getting a RunTime Error every time we seem to edit a text box and hit the space bar. We just installed SP2 and that's when we began noticing this glitch.
Seems to be specific when we add a 'space'. We've done full UNINSTALL and REINSTALL but it seems to happen every time.
"Could not load file or assembly 'acmgd, Version=17.0.54.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
This is the error i recieve, i've already referenced the dll from local installed folder, and made local copy as false. but also i recieve this error...
I'm replaced my previous Gimp (I don't know version, but not very old, portable). And new version did not start - "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error. this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way..."
I found (in gimp-user-list archive) sugestion to switch display to 32bit mode. That was the solution, at least for my Vista HE 32.
Now I installed the same portable Gimp on remote (win7, Ult, 64) and got the same problem. Unfortunatelly, remote desktop does not allow to change display settings.
