Photoshop :: Getting A Runtime Error R6034 With CS6 Downloading?
Nov 20, 2012I am getting a runtime error r6034 with CS6 downloading.
View 3 RepliesI am getting a runtime error r6034 with CS6 downloading.
View 3 RepliesI've done all I can to correct this issue including going into the reistry and removing the lines pointing to the old plugins folder. I'm still getting this Runtime error and now all my new plugins CRASH Photoshop CS6 Extended. This is horrible. I just bought Alien's bundle and can't even run it without Photoshop crashing out. NONE of the plugins that are new and built for 64 bit apps is crashing. So I'm stuck until I can get this resolved.Â
Â
IS there another folder / directory with the paths that I can delete since the registry edit didn't seem to do the trick? I've unchecked the box that points to this directory and yet Photoshop still has it recorded since when I start the program and get to that Preference page shows it, grayed out, but it's still recorded. Why are there two areas for this information to be kept in the first place? Makes for a mess like this very issue.Â
When I open ps in creative cloud I get these messages:
1- Runtime error R6034
2- could not load multiprocessor support module.
Â
I say/click ok and then the program opens, but I want to resolve this from happening every time I open ps.
Error message:R6034 An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly
View 9 Replies View Related When I start up the 64bit version of Photoshop CS6 I get the R6034 error. After about 20 times to delete the error message 64bit CS5 starts. This does not happen with the 32 bit version. How do I fix this?
View 13 Replies View RelatedAfter installing and opening PS6 I get 'Runtime Error! R6034 An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library (Win7 64bit)'Clicking on this it will come back seven times, after which PS6 starts. I've tried the following:
Â
Checked all my updates
Checked for viruses and malware
Run CCClean and SysMechanic
Uninstall PS6
Reboot
Run Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner
Restart
Install CS6
Install updates

No change! I've also reinstalled the MS runtime library, tried to start in safe mode, all to no avail.
I've had this problem for some time. I'm on Vista-64-SP2 running Photoshop-CS2 When first installed PS-CS2 worked fine. I got no errors when starting the program and I could drag & drop icons from the desktop or windows onto the Adobe taskbar icon and the photo would load normally. Then I let Adobe automatically upgrade my CS2 and other Adobe products (Dreamweaver CS4, Illustrator CS2, GoLive6, Reader, Flash browser plug-in, etc.) and then I started getting a windows error message R6034 saying that "An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly." Microsoft says the fix is to recompile the application. Yeah right! OK, so I delete Photoshop and other applications and reinstall them all and the problem goes away ... until I let Adobe automatically update the products and the problem comes back. Yes, I can probably live with an unupdated virgin version of Photoshop CS2 but there should be an answer from Adobe or at least someone else to validate that my complaint is not unique. Another problem that may be related is that I've seemed to have lost the ability for Adobe GoLive6 to open Photoshop images for editing Also I've lost the ability to drag & drop from the desktop or a window onto an open Photoshop application or onto its icon on the taskbar. I've searched the web and find nothing similar. The solutions I have found were unrelated to my situation or were for a Macintosh. I've searched the forums here and find nothing that gives an answer. I know pretty much what I'm doing around computers and I keep a clean system.Â
View 4 Replies View RelatedI created an html page with rollovers and when I open it in IE, I keep getting a runtime error.
View 1 Replies View Relatedhave the CS3 suite, education version and i'm having problems whit photoshop. All the other programs work fine (flash, fireworks, premiere, etc), but photoshop crashes at startup.
I already disabled plugins, checked permissions, everything i can remember. The problems exists with domain and local (power and normal) users. Photoshop runs with local administrator but not with a domain admin, and i don't have any kind of policie restricting the domain admins.
The error is a "Runtime error" at the end of the loading, right after "Building menus".
Details of the error report:
AppName: photoshop.exe AppVer: 10.0.1.0 ModName: scriptingsupport.8li
ModVer: 10.0.0.0 Offset: 0015eebd
We have re-imaged our school district computers with XP SP3 and IE7, and now on Creative Suite CS3, only Photoshop will not open as a student. It opens only as administrator and students get the runtime error. All other apps in the Suite work fine. They worked with the same install job before the updates, and reverting back is not an option.
View 8 Replies View Relatedwhen I try to install the German Photoshop trial I get a "Laufzeitfehler: Objekt erwartet Zeile 31" (Runtime Error: object expected line 31) after initialisation of the installation program. When opening the Script Debugger it points to a file main.html in Common FilesAdobe/Installers...
esources. The Debugger stops at the line: "body onload="AhmbedGUIWorkflow()" id="standardBody"" (without quotation marks). What can I do to avoid this error and install the trial?
This has only started happening during the last 2 days after adding the /3g boot.ini patch to try to resolve a CS4 slowdown issue. It appears to have fixed the slowdown issue (although I'm not sure it has stayed active long enough to say that for sure) but is now randomly crashing. The error in event viewer is as follows Faulting application photoshop.exe, version 11.0.1.0, stamp 499bf9b5, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x3a753913.
There is no pattern to the crashes. It has even crashed when it has been in the background with no image loaded. I know I could remove the /3g patch & hopefully CS4 would stop crashing, but then I would have to live with the slowdown issue. I want to have my cake & eat it too. Any ideas ?
My PSE 6 ceased to run. I have uninstalled it using the provided uninstaller. I have tried to re-install but keep getting this message:
Â
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library runtime error
Program E:/Adobe Photoshop Elementssetup.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way..I have PSE 10 installed and it runs OK BUT I prefer the older v6 which has Twain support for my scanner
A power failure shut down Photoshop Elements organizer and editor. Now I get a "Runtime Error when I try to open the editor. What do I do now?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI came into work on Monday morning and started working on this business card design for an associate of mine. I got to the point where a first draft was almost finished, I went to save it as a PDF (keeping all the layers separate and retaining Photoshop editing capabilities), and it suddenly did this (attached photo). It's now Wednesday and not only have I never run into this issue before, but it seems no one else has because I haven't been able to find anything on it this whole time.
It seems to be saving to PSD and JPG just fine, but I need to be able to save to PDF for printing. I've checked a couple times to make sure Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat are fully up to date and they are. I've tried holding CTRL+ALT+SHIFT while starting the program to delete the preferences, and that didn't work. I've run a spyware/malware scan on my computer and it came back clean.

All of a sudden, Photoshop Elements 9 has stopped working. I receive a "runtime error" message and the program closes. Do I need to do a reinstall?

Seems to be specific when we add a 'space'. We've done full UNINSTALL and REINSTALL but it seems to happen every time.

I'm replaced my previous Gimp (I don't know version, but not very old, portable). And new version did not start - "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error. this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way..."
I found (in gimp-user-list archive) sugestion to switch display to 32bit mode. That was the solution, at least for my Vista HE 32.
Now I installed the same portable Gimp on remote (win7, Ult, 64) and got the same problem. Unfortunatelly, remote desktop does not allow to change display settings.

I am getting the following error message when invoking Maya through the command line with a script that sets the current renderer to mentalRay:
// Error: The renderer mentalRay is not registered yet. //
// Error: Renderer "mentalRay" is not valid //
RuntimeError: Error occurred during execution of MEL script
file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2012/scripts/others/unifiedRenderGlobalsWindow.mel line 568: The renderer mentalRay is not registered yet.
I have searched some of the forums which suggest that deleting the userPrefs.mel, which seems to work (I can blow away the userPrefs file each time I run the script if need be), but it just seems like overkill for one (or more) values. Which userPref values are causing Maya to not register the mentalRay command when invoked from the command line?
I am currently experiencing a big problem when using X4 which is causing some major headaches here in the Workplace!
Whenever I hit space, paste text or do anything involving fonts I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error folowed by a non-responding dialog with force close.
I have been using X4 for some years now and not sure what has caused this issue, it was fine in the morning and stopped working in the afternoon.
I have SP2 installed and no changes have been made to any settings to cause this.
X4 is the main programme I use here at work and this problem is grinding the place to a halt.
I'm trying to create a routine that enables the user to change the iProperties on an assembly through Apprentice. I had a sample file that was working last week but when I ran it again I suddenly have a runtime error -2147467259 (80004005). Here is the sample below:

I am using Inventor 2012, service pack 1 is installed as is hotfix DL17804781.
When opening certain Catia files, I get a Runtime Error. After I click ok, Inventor closes without the ability to send a crash report.  I never had this issue using Inventor 2011, so I am not sure if it is new to 2012 or if I have something else going on.
