I have just started using Photoshop Elements 10 after having worked with Elements 6 for some time. I cannot print the same image more than one time on the same page. It prints out on separate pages. I was able to print the same image several times on the same page with Elements 6..
View 1 RepliesI have created an image and would like to print as many copies of it as I can fit onto a single page from my printer (let's say A4 size). (My image is a logo that I am printing to water-slide transparency which is too expensive to waste one sheet per image). I can't seem to easily do this in Paint.Net (the options for contact sheet and wallet don't come out in quite the size I want). So I guess the best option is to save the file in another format (tiff, jpeg, PNG etc) and then copy it multiple times into another app like Word or PowerPoint, and then print from there. However my image has some transparent areas that I need to keep as transparent. How do I do this? Are there some image file formats that will retain the transparency? Likewise do word or PowerPoint support the transparent areas and print as such?

I have this program on my laptop as well where it does not have this problem. Have tried reinstalling but problem remains on my desktop.
I've been asked to produce a timeline to be printed 110cm deep by 410cm wide and wall mounted on Foamex.
The time line will be made up of individual panels - one for each year. 2010 / 2011 / 2012 / 2013 / 2014...
The reason for each year to be printed as a separate panel is to prevent 2013 being plonked on the end of previous years - hope that makes sense! (Each panel will be a summary of the year.)
Ideally I would like to design the timeline with a flowing background graphic so I would need to create the main background as one, then exactly crop each year panel to print individually.
What I'm unsure on is how best to crop each year including bleeds ect so when butted uptogether the design looks seamless.
I am trying to get several different images to print on one page. I have an Imac and Photoshop Elements 9. No matter what I do I can only get the same image mulitiple times on a page. I have tried picture package and just print, neither works. IPhoto makes this very simple but I'd prefer to use Photoshop where I edit most of my photos. print different images on one page and different sizes if possible.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have owned Photoshop CS3 and CS5. I have used these products across 3 different computers, OSX and Windows in several different versions. I have used 4 or 5 different printers and each and every time my images print offset to the left of the page with about an 1 inch blank space down the right edge of the page. Portrait or Landscape, it makes no difference. I have tweaked the settings in Photoshop and the operating system and printer settings endlessly, all to no avail.why Photoshop isn't capable of printing an image centered on the page or borderless. I am currently using Windows 8.1 beta, an Intel i5 based system, a Canon MG6220 printer with Photoshop 5.1 64 and 32 bit.

>To have the identity plate appear on every photo in a multiphoto template, select Render On Every Image. The identity plate is centered on each photo and can be moved, scaled, or rotated using the controls in the Overlays panel.
I can move the ID if it is rendered only on one image.
I cannot figure out how to move the ID plate once I have clicked "render on every image." It seems to be fixed in the center of each image.
When printing a image in halftone from Corel x5. The image looks great in print preview but if I try printing it prints a solid black page.
View 7 Replies View RelatedIn the past two days, two-page PDFs that I save out of CS6 are printing with the second page upside down. I have tried resaving the documents—didn't work. Tried saving the documents as individual PDFs and combining the PDFs in Acrobat—didn't work. I have had my colleagues print them, and the second page is upside-down too. When I print two-page PDFs that I saved last week or longer ago, I have no problem at all. It just seems to be happening with recently saved PDFs. I didn't update any software on my computer between saving the PDFs that are printing correctly and when this problem began.
View 11 Replies View RelatedI am in the create Photobook portion of Photoshop elements. In the photobin if I right click on a photograph and then left click the option "use image as page background". It deletes the current background and inserts the photo that I have selected but it seems to be about 50% opacity. I can see the photo and it is half faded with the white and grey square background.
How do I get the background photograph to show fully (or 100% opacity?) I can not find any where to set this?

(I have multiple pictures on a page I've created - for a scrapbook) Currently, when I use the middle points on an image, it stretches the picture and distorts it. How do I get it so that when I use these points it doesn't stretch the image, but crops it to a different size. (And by doing this, parts of the image is lost, but thats ok)

View 1 Replies View RelatedI notice in the latest version of PSE, they have added a checkbox Center IMage to the PSE prnter driver. In previous version there was no option to drag an image to another part of the page.
But when I uncheck Center Image in PSE 11 I am still unable to drag the image to a differnet location on the page. Am I missing something? What function does this checkbox have if I am unable to drag a picture elsewhere on the page?
I have two documents, both with 300 DPI. The first is a 4x5 image and the second is an 11x17 page. I am trying to drag the entire 4x5 image (it's composed of several layers) onto the 11x17 page and keep it the same size. However, when I drag and drop, the 4x5 image is enlarged to fill the full width of the 11x17 page. This happens even if I hit shift. I recently upgraded from PSE10 where I did this regularly and can't figure out how to do it in PSE12. I have an iMac with OS 10.8.5.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am using Photoshop Elements 10 on Win 7 PC. I am trying to print multiple copies of one image on a single 8.5x11 sheet of paper? The images are artwork for buttons (to be used in button-making machine) so the dimensions must be exact on the duplicated images. When I select Picture Package, the images are resized to fit the dimensions in the picture package. When I select Contact Sheet, the images are resized to fit the number of columns I selected. Neither is acceptable. How can I repeat the same image on a single piece of paper without having the system re-size the image? I know that I can manually create a new PSE file and manually insert the images into this file. This is what I have been doing as a work-around.

very long image loading times when loading an image into CS6 from LR4.When I right click an image in LR4 and select edit-in CS6, CS6 immediately starts up, and loads. But after CS6 is fully up on my screen, I get a spinning ball first, then spinning white/grey circles, until my selected image appears within CS6.
I am operatinng with an iMac 27 2.8G with 8G of memory and using SL 10.6.8 I have about 300G of free space on my HDD.
I use to use Elements which has a nice feature to print multiple selected files in many different formats on a page. A selection button lets you print each picture only once so that you can, for example, shoot 60 images to the printer and get 20 pages with three 4x6 on a page. The Picture Package automation in Photoshop does something similar but it's a struggle to print each image only once -- you've got to manually set each page up correctly. how to do this more conveniently? Plugins, etc?
