I am trying to get several different images to print on one page. I have an Imac and Photoshop Elements 9. No matter what I do I can only get the same image mulitiple times on a page. I have tried picture package and just print, neither works. IPhoto makes this very simple but I'd prefer to use Photoshop where I edit most of my photos. print different images on one page and different sizes if possible.
View 2 RepliesI have just finished putting very many weeks work into Photoshopping a scanned image and now I want to print it with multiple duplicate unaltered images per A4 sheet.
The image is 15cm x 7.3cm, so theoretically I should be able to print 4 of these on an A4 page no problem. However, the solution to how to do this simply and without altering the original image at all complete alludes me. I have tried using google to find a solution and have tried the File -> Automate -> Picture Package option, but besides being overly complicated this also seems to alter the dimensions of your original image. I have also heard about a "long way" of doing things, which involves creating a new A4 sized image and duplicating your image manually 4 times on this page sized image - however I am also quite stumped as to how I should do this without losing any detail of the original image.
I need to print multiple copies of a single image onto an A4 sheet with crop marks around each image. I have tried "contact sheet" and "picture package" but this doesn't provide control over the image size and I can't get crop marks.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have created an image and would like to print as many copies of it as I can fit onto a single page from my printer (let's say A4 size). (My image is a logo that I am printing to water-slide transparency which is too expensive to waste one sheet per image). I can't seem to easily do this in Paint.Net (the options for contact sheet and wallet don't come out in quite the size I want). So I guess the best option is to save the file in another format (tiff, jpeg, PNG etc) and then copy it multiple times into another app like Word or PowerPoint, and then print from there. However my image has some transparent areas that I need to keep as transparent. How do I do this? Are there some image file formats that will retain the transparency? Likewise do word or PowerPoint support the transparent areas and print as such?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm working at a screen shop, printing .ps files for film. Most of the art is provided from the client on seperate artboards of varying size. In the print dialog box I select "custom" from media size options. This sets my page size to the size of the selected artboard. The problem is each page needs to be a different size so I am forced to print each page one at a time. Is there a way for illustrator to change the media size per artboard?

But I have read though a couple of books, and cannot find a way through PhotoShop to place different photographs on one page. I am able to do it employing Quark xPress 4.0 and picture boxes, but that seems like a clunky solution, especially for web publishing.

I searched: "when you hit the print button-the wizard will come up- there is a "printing preferences" button- when you go there you can set the "pages" per sheet to 16- this will give you 16 copies of the picture on each sheet". The options I have available are 1, 2, 4, 9, 16 but I'd like 6 & 15 or possibley some other configuration. The second suggestion was to paste multiple images onto the page, is there a way to do that so the images line up in a regular grid such as might be done with cells in a word processing program?

I have hundreds of photographs to print ranging from 2x3" up to 8x10" and I want to print them all off on a 44" roll and cut them out individually.
All I want to do is point Photoshop to the folder and have it arrange the images in the most efficient configuration for printing automatically, allowing me to set the color management on the document and the dpi of the 44" wide picture before I print it.
i have created a business using photoshop and saved it as a PDF, i also have a friends business card in a PDF version....both have bleeds and crop marks....what is the easiest (or longest if necessary) way in Illustrator CS3 to put say 3 colums by 4 rows of the same business card on one sheet, with crop marks and all, and print it?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just upgraded from Photoshop Elements 10 to Photoshop Elements 11. One of the reasons I stayed with Adobe rather than Corel was the ability to work with multipage PDF's.
I noticed that I can't add more than one page to a project and save a multiple page PDF. I can open a multiple page PDF, but not create or save one.
Is this a new limitation, or just a software bug Adobe plans to fix?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am using Photoshop Elements 10 on Win 7 PC. I am trying to print multiple copies of one image on a single 8.5x11 sheet of paper? The images are artwork for buttons (to be used in button-making machine) so the dimensions must be exact on the duplicated images. When I select Picture Package, the images are resized to fit the dimensions in the picture package. When I select Contact Sheet, the images are resized to fit the number of columns I selected. Neither is acceptable. How can I repeat the same image on a single piece of paper without having the system re-size the image? I know that I can manually create a new PSE file and manually insert the images into this file. This is what I have been doing as a work-around.
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I was using an older Photoshop version ...I could select "print with preview" and there I could adjust the size and proportion of the image to the paper size - I would see the paper in a preview box and could adjust the image by sliding the box at the corner points and size the image any way I wanted ... and could see the actual preview of how the image could fit on the paper .... in Elements 11 - even if I do a PDF and print in Preview- there's no way I can see to do that ... I only see options for set sizes- even under the custom sizing menu ... I'm using exactly the same printer that I used with Photoshop - so I'm assuming this is a limitation with Elements ... I don't even see the option in Elements printing to change the image percentage as I've been used to with any other page setup before ....
View 4 Replies View RelatedIn the past two days, two-page PDFs that I save out of CS6 are printing with the second page upside down. I have tried resaving the documents—didn't work. Tried saving the documents as individual PDFs and combining the PDFs in Acrobat—didn't work. I have had my colleagues print them, and the second page is upside-down too. When I print two-page PDFs that I saved last week or longer ago, I have no problem at all. It just seems to be happening with recently saved PDFs. I didn't update any software on my computer between saving the PDFs that are printing correctly and when this problem began.

I've just finished scanning thousands of photos, and I've placed them in about a dozen different folders. Now I'm looking to edit them one at a time. So I call up the Organizer and open up the Editor area to work on the first photo.
