View 1 RepliesI'm using PSE10 and want to make photo books. I have a book uploaded and have been putting photos in but my problem is the text. If I use a smaller text to tell a story on the page (ie: size 9-11), it is so small on my screen that I cannot see what I'm typing. I want to zoom in on certain sections of the page so I can see what I'm typing and make necessary corrections etc. When I try to use the 'set zoom percentage' it zooms in on the center of the page and I cannot figure out how to scroll so that I can see the top or bottom part of the page in the zoomed in state.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to convert some of my digital images into an image that children are able to color in when printed out.
Does anyone know the best way to do this with Photoshop of Paint Shop Pro?
I've been to many tutorial sites but just can't seem to get the right effect.
All I want is for my image to be white with black lines outlining the edges so that my children can be creative and color them in.
I am in the process of making a photobook using Lightroom and discovered when I reached page 240 that I couldn't add any additional pages, much to my surprise. I was surprised because I knew from Blurb's website that the limit for standard paper is 440 pages and mistakenly assumed that this limit would also apply within Lightroom. I did more research online and found many others being surprised by this limitation after spending hours and days on a photo book. I will likely work around this by exporting from Lightroom to .jpg and uploading to Blurb, but that will take extra time and effort and reduces the appeal of using Lightroom to create a Blurb book. I had also tried exporting from Lightroom to .pdf only to find that the .pdf format exported by Lightroom is not compatible with the requirements of Blurb.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am using Elements 11, and my first project is to make a photo book for a recent trip. I have figured out importing the pictures and titles. I want to include a 3000 word story on 3 or 4 pages. I have spent hours trying to do this. I thought I would be able to easily copy and paste from Word but that isn't working for me. I have retyping the whole thing in "Your Text Here". I can't seem to make it work. Pane sizing is an issue. Editing after I have typed several paragraphs. I am about to give up. I can't locate any tutorials etc on how to do this. I bought Elements 11 for Dummys and they might as well have skipped photo books. It was useless.
View 2 Replies View RelatedLoaded my photos into an album. I am trying to create a photo book for Christmas and have started working with a company other than Shutterfly because of page design offerings ? Can I upload an entire album to that company? I have tried and I am having difficulty. Do these photos need to be uploaded to that company in folders or must I upload individually or can I do the entire album at once? I am dealing with hundreds of photos.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am working on a photo book and it is not in the recently edited list anymore. I found a folder with all the pages and pictures except for the title page. View 5 Replies View RelatedI am wanting to create a book, for home printing, to cataloge the life of my new dog. It could therefore eventually contain a large number of pages and I will need to add pages as time goes by.
But I would also want to print pages as they are designed and add them to the binder on a regular basis. Problem is that I have been completely unable to find any option for printing selected pages.
The programme only seems to be capable of printing the whole project, which means that if I have 50 pages all of them will be printed once I hit the Print button. I have searched all of the print options, page set up otions etc. but cannot find anything that allows me to print, say, pages 25-30.

View 3 Replies View RelatedHow do I go about ordering a photo book from any of the on line services when the program will only save my created book in the pse file format and none of the services recognize that format. I have tried several services and can't fine one that will allow me to upload my files in the proper way. The services don't allow me the creativity that I bought the PSElements for. Since losing Kodak I am stuck. Will Elements 11 solve this problem? I would rather not have to relearn the whole program again at this time.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have Photoshop Elements 10 which I work with sparingly. I would like to outline a section of the photo (a face) and somehow select it to be the whole photo - in other words to get rid of all background elements. I can outline the area with lasso, but do not know how to just save that area. When I save, the whole original photo is saved. I also tried the magic extractor, which really worked to make just the face and crop everthing else out, but it has a white background the same size as the original photo, which means it is essentially a reactangle with a face in it. I am trying to just get the face so I can paste it into a document, sort of like when people put heads on fake bodies. This is for a church newsletter. I have done this with my old Picture It software, but that was on my old computer. I think I should be able to do this with all the gadgets Photo Shop has, but I must be missing something.
