photoshop album 2.0. i am attempting to burn a group of photos to a cd and the error message i continue to ge is "the cd divise appears to be installed but is not running pleas reinstall adobe photoshop and try again". i have reloaded photoshop 3 times with the same result
View 1 RepliesI have Elements 8 and burning photos to a CD/DVD is very easy to do. who just bought a new computer and Elements 10 is on it. I tried on her version, but I couln't find how to do it. I couldn't even find a video tutorial on how to do it in Elements 10. She has not created an account yet - could that prevent access to the Adobe TV tutorials. I have had my version for two years and I forgot how I set it up.

I want to center this group on the page but as soon as the background layer is selected, each photo piles onto each other with a mind of its own. I received PSE 8 in a bundle with a Bamboo tablet. I loaded it up and have been editing pictures just fine. Yesterday I downloaded and installed some actions from MCP's site and messed with a few of them. Today I downloaded and installed the MCP Facebook actions. I was able to mess around with it a bit along with some other action until after a few minutes I reveived a message from Adobe telling me that it has detected that a program closed unexpectedly and asked if I wanted to send an error report, which I have. I gave it a rest for a while but it is still crashing. I can get into the Organizer but when I attempt to go into any of the edit areas, it will load up and after a few seconds I get the message. I am using Windows 7
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm new to LR4 and I need to burn some blown out photos. When clicking on the brush, choosing burn (darken), I then hold down "O" to highlight my work.
When I click the brush on the area to be burned, it puts a black dot there, moving the brush does not leave the red trail so I can see ehat I'm burning. Then when I move the exposure slider, nothing happens.
WHy is it leaving that dot and why cant I burn? It has been working fine for weeks, I must have hit a button or changed a setting.
I went to multiple other photos with no luck, rebooted my Mac, no luck.
I tryed brush A & B and it was working on B but it was much more intense of a burn and not what I was looking for.
One of my gigs is as a school photographer. When looking at all the photos as a group there are slight variations in the levels and tones. My way of dealing with this is to go through them in LR one by one and make adjustments to make them all look like they have the same tone and levels. I typically do this with the the highlights, shadows and sometimes the exposure sliders.
Is there a way that I can define what I want an image to look like in terms of it's "brightness" and then automate a process that will make all the photos in a group look the same?
I can use either Lightroom or Photosho CS to accomplish this. I have a Creative Cloud subscription if there's any other tool or application.
We have a large project that we want to try reducing the DPI on the graphics. I am new to photoshop and wondered how to do it and if you can do it in a batch?

1st is 936 X 1101

layers are 4000 X 2200
I've taken a large quantity of digital photos during the rare snow we had this year. Am new at digital and unfortunately I took at too great of a resolution for what I want to do with them.
I am making GIF backgrounds for PPT, and some grouping will have as many as sixty pics in them. But the file sizes are HUGE (my goof) and GIF animators can't handle them.
Is there any way to compress batches of photos all at once? (Can't find that on the Batch command unfortunately) Resizing them one by one is laborious, even using hotkeys. Time is an issue.

View 1 Replies View RelatedRight clicked on an album for "Export to DVD" and a little preview window opened & downloaded 360 images for 10-12 minutes, it closed, then I put a DVD in the tray & the program automatically started to burn to it for about 10 seconds. I checked the DVD and it only had nine images.
Tried the whole process again and got 7 images on this DVD. Why won't all 360 images in the album burn to the DVD [when they apparently all download to the "Preview" window?

I am able to do this except that the photos in the slide show copy are unacceptably fuzzy whether I use it on a computer or a DVD player. Every avenue I have tried produces the same result.
