Photoshop :: Why All Fonts Typing Capital Letters Only
Sep 26, 2013I was trying to design a birthday invite the other day and all of my fonts are only typing in capital letters. The caps lock is not on and i tried messing with the button on my keyboard thinking maybe it was sticking but this problem is only happening in Photoshop. How did my fonts become all caps locked and how can i fix it?

Oct 9, 2012Once I installed windows 7, while I WAS using PSE 9, I had the tiny font problem. I stopped using PSE for 2 years. I just installed PSE 11. Though better, the Font is still way smaller than I would like. Maybe it's just tougher for seniors? Can they not make the font adjustable? I was told there is no way to increase the size of the font?

Mar 28, 2013I recently reinstalled Photoshop Elements 9 on my new Windows 7 sytem which replaced my old XP system which was hit by lightning and destroyed. It worked fine to start with, then on the second day after the system had gone into sleep mode( not the first time) and I woke it up, I could not bring the organizer up out of the Taskbar. I tied to restart the system to recover but it hung up say saving settings and eventually I was forced to hit the reset button to get going again.When I try to start the organiser again from the welcome screen it just goes into the taskbar and stays there. The editor comes uo fine, but thats not much use without the organiser. I noticed when I tried to bring up the organiser the Task Manager showed that the organiser was running and using 49% of the CPU time but that eventually stopped and the organizer still won't come up.

Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? So far I have disabled Antivirus scanning. I have also loaded latest drivers and firmware for all PC components. Adobe Premiere Elements 9 is also up too date with patches

And it can't be changed. When clicking on the down arrow (to change the font), the User Interface "jumps" up and down. But, the font won't change. Apr 10, 2013I am overlaying a name on a metal plate and have a font style and size picked out, but I need to increase the weight of the individual letters, mainly the "light strokes". I tried the tedious process of outlining each letter with the Magic Wand tool, expanding by 3 pix, and filling, but one letter would then touch the next, so selecting the next letter would then incliude the letter I'd already expanded. Outside of picking a different font, is there a way to increase the weight of a group of letters? I'm using PSE 7 on a Win7 computer.

Aug 25, 2012I cannot access my fonts menu. The drop down menu is blank box and snaps shut. I also have trouble with "save as" and file format...ie save as jpg...the drop down quickly snaps shut, I can often catch it after several tries but seriously lol.
These issues have something to do with user settings...I made a secondary account and the program works fine but changing between accounts is not the best solution. Where/what I need to look at in user settings ?
