Dec 27, 2013I am using Photoshop Elements 10 Version 10 (20110831.m.17215) and everytime I plug in a memory card to upload images it wants to upload every image on the card, even though it has previously uploaded images from that card, even though I have the "Copy New Files Only (Ignore Already Imported Files)" box ticked in the preferences Camera or Card Reader section. This gets very frustrating and time consuming when I have to go through the images every single time to uncheck the images that have already been uploaded.

May 30, 2013Not all the photos in my windows folders are appaearing in Elements 11 media view. In one case only 1 photo appears in media view but 42 appear when I press "reveal in explorer"
If I choose File|Get photos and videos I get the message "Nothing was imported" with "file already exists in catalog".If I choose "Find all missing files" I get the message "No media to be displayed"
I tried "Repair catalog" but this did not solve the problem.After searching the internet I tried renaming C:ProgramDataAdobeElements Organizer Catalogs My Catalog humb.5.cache and a new one was created (over twice the size of the original) but stll not solving the problem

Feb 17, 2013I was trying to create a simple slideshow with sound when first my computer warned of low memory (something that doesn't seem plausible), and then Photoshop Elements 9 and the associated organizer crashed. When I brought it back, several photos were "grayed out" and my organizer is completely frozen. The error suggests that there are corrupt files. I tried to follow the instructions on the website, but cannot find any sort of Catalog menu or means of changing anything in the catalog or organizer as indicated in the troubleshooting and restoration instructions.

When I click on the folder I see every image whether or not they are in a album. That is I see all images from all albums.

Dec 29, 2013I shoot in Raw format with a Canon EOS 60D, when I import raw files into Elements it first loads Adobe Camera Raw. After working on an image & then opening the file in Elements 11 ( Expert tab ) it offers a variety of options to enhance the image. It seems to be doubling up OR can I import the file directly into Elements 11 & work on it without using Adobe Camera Raw ?

Likewise Laura returns all photos with Laura in, but type both Gill followed by Laura will only return photos of Gill. I did not have this problem on Elements 10.
