View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a photo in large size and high resolution. However after I apply the Picture-In-Picture effect in Video Studio ProX5, it became very blurry. Already check all the Attribute settings and there is nothing wrong with the setting.
View 11 Replies View RelatedI tried the following in Illustrator,
So basically, I created coloured text inside Adobe Illustrator and however much I zoom into the text, the text always appears to have smooth edges. Once I click on 'Save For Web', the edge all around the text becomes rough and aliased. I chose GIF and PNG, but it still happens. The text is on a transparency background. The same problem applies to images when I am creating a logo.
I thought this was going to be a piece of cake in the new Illustrator CC but I am having a few unanticipated issues:)I need to create some vector tire images with different edges, such as the top one in the image below. So I thought this would be SO easy by simply creating a pattern brush in Illustrator and then using that for the outside. So I created the shape you see in the middle image below and created a pattern brush with this shape.I then created an ellipse and used the new brush for the outline.
All of those are open paths...it has taken the shape and applied it to the outline but has kept each shape separate, so I am not able to fill the circle in black. I could of course go in and manually join each little corner separately where the little shapes meet but this will take FOREVER with all the images I have to do.
I'm trying to snap a head with it's neck with the merge edge tool, but somewhere along the way, the edges lost there border edge characteristics and now I can't merge the edges. Is there a way to make the edges back to the way they were?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a photo but it's pretty blurry. My SLR was set on Manual mode, and I went to take a photo, but the people moved, and it came out very blurry.
Is there any way that I can make it less blurry so that I can print it out? I tried the unsharp mask, but after a couple of times it just looks strange. Maybe I wasn't doing it right, or there's another way?
I designed my wedding invitations using photoshop CS3. They came out great. However, when I want to print them the lettering comes out blurry. And if I save as a PDF the lettering comes out really crisp but, some of the letters lose their color ....

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am a magician and I would like to design my own, custom playing cards (special gaffs). The first thing I needed to do was to get the sizr of the card right. With that, I had no problem.
Next, I needed to insert the number of the playing ard (in this case I was using 8 ). I had downloaded a special playing card font, used for bicycle cards to acheive this.
The problem came up when I typed in the font. It is just too fuzzy. If you take a look at a normal playing card, the image is thin, and sharp. the image I got, was fat, and too blurry. I have tried those buttons at the top, I think it is the anti aliasing method or something.
I created small labels about 1.25 inches in hieght but my text is kinda blurry. The text is readible but does not look professional.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI took a new Canon DSLR camera on a family trip to Africa and managed to take some very blurry photographs in the Kruger National Park. I understand that there is an "Unblur" feature available in one of the Adobe products but have been unable to find out if it is in Photoshop or Lightshop and which version.

Opened a clear image in QuickLook. Opened in PS CS5 to edit and it is blurry. PS is blurry/pixelated too - the tools, the font, etc. What can I do to fix this? I have had PS CS 5 for awhile now and have never had this problem before. Already tried re-opening, shutting down.

View 2 Replies View RelatedIn photoshop I created a document that is 8.5x11, the size of standard printing paper, with a letter in a handwritten font. When I print my letter the print quality is not so great. I have resolution for the image set to 100. There is a little bit of a blur around the edges of the font and overall it is not very crisp.
If I take that same font when printed through microsoft word, it is very crisp, sharp and high quality.
What might be the disconnect between the two? Why is the same document much more crisp and clean when printed through word than through photoshop?
When I open an image in Photoshop it looks blurry at any zoom including 100%.Same image looks fine in GIMP, Explorer, etc. Here's an example. The left side is what it looks like in Photoshop.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just tried to create Pdf.
I used high quality jpegs and chose a 100% quality setting and at 300 dpi.
I also chose the same pixel dimensions as the original documents.
But the outcome is blurry - as if the original had been highly compressed. The sum of the sizes of all files is about 40% larger than the final pdf file.
How can I get rid of this compression and create a pdf document whose pages are as sharp and high quality as the original?
I'm working on a business card but every time I try to upload it to vista print the design is blurry. I can't figure out why. It looks fine on my computer. I'm also using their custom design template so the dimensions and stuff are fine. I would try the psd but the psd file is too big. Anyway to shrink it? I've tried JPEG, png, and eps so far.
View 7 Replies View RelatedScaling on a pattern layer sucks. When you scale a layer up or down (anything other than 100%), the end result is blurry and ugly. Here's an example: URL....
I would love to be able to choose the scaling algorithm used. In this case, the raster layer was scaled down with a bicubic algorithm, which worked fine for it.
What would be the easiest way to make a picture not blurry?
