Photoshop :: CS6 Registration / Get The System To Accept Correct Address?
May 26, 2013
I cannot complete registering my products (2 machines -- two CS6), because Adobe does not accept my address as it is. How do I get around this, as it keeps coming back saying it doesn't comply with their format?
Nearmap has provided an aerial image georeferenced in the same coord system as Google Earth (epsg:3785).  I found a Map 3D coordinate system WGS84.PseudoMercator (epsg:3857) which on web forums is equivalent to epsg:3785. After loading the image into a dwg on the epsg:3857 coord system I then queried the image into a dwg file on an mga55 gda94 coord datum.
It rotated the image correctly but as we had survey located features in the drawing the image needed to be shifted a further 1.75 metres SW than the transformation that Map had performed.
My question is to confirm that the Map epsg:3857 is indeed the same as epsg:3785? Given I had to shift the image I suspect it isn't.
Nearmap have also suggested using an epsg:900913 coord datum but there isn't one in Map 3D.
I am in the process of building new machine and have a pro seat that for some reason is not showing the standard IV Icons.I have already built this machine and authorized all the softwares so I do not want to go through rebuilding to fix something so small.how to make the system show the correct icons for all the IV file types.
I have been running a valid copy which I registered when I installed. Recently get a message to uninstall, re-install then contact support. When contacting support, they say the SN is invalid and refer me here. I registered the SN three years ago, and it is no longer there. I have CS3 Dreamweaver, and InDesign which the registration is no loger in the myProducts file either. I haven't tested, but am assuming I will have a similar problem with them as well.
My new CS5 HDRPRO & Photomerge from Tools & Atuomate would not accet files and was giving me dialog boxes that did relate to the action or would not load the files. Â After level one of trouble shooting then more work with a Sr.?Tech last night we isolated that the folders and method of transferring my images from my Nikon D7000 may be causing the HRO & Photomerge function from not accepting image files in some Folders. Â A. Could be the port in my MacBook Pro has failed & is corruting the files. Â B. Could be that when I take the origional image files out of the folder created by the Nikon Photoshop does not like that. Â C. Photoshop does not like image files after they have been moved from one folder to another.
My original Photoshop full version was v. 5. Since then, I've bought upgrade discs through CS3. Windows 7 won't accept my original version because it's too old, I guess, so I can't load any of the upgrades, either. How can I get around this so I can use Photoshop on my Windows 7 machine. I can't keep my XP laptop forever.
I recently loaded my photoshop CS2 onto a new computer and everytime I open a photo the registration box pops up. I checked with Adobe by phone and I am registered, but the box still comes up every time.I cna't find it in any of my program files.
When the IP address of one of my scanners was changed (due to power outage), two listings of the scanner now show up as separate devices with the same name in the PSE9 WIA list - one of these with the old obsolete IP address. The same device is also listed with the new address and it works. How to I delete the WIA listing with the old IP address?  Only one entry with the IP address for this HP printer/scanner shows up in the Windows 7 list of printers. So this WIA list is a remanent of the past. How do I get rid of it?
I've seen this question asked here and elsewhere, but without any resolution, and can't find any mention in the documentation.....I customized Illustrator's color settings thusly:But when I save the profile and try to load it in Photoshop, it throws this error: Â "The color settings file contains settings that are not supported by this version of Photoshop running on this system. These unsupported settings will be reset to their default values." Â Then if I close the dialog box, re-open it, and manually choose the same settings, it seems to accept it. Here is what Photoshop currently shows:
what's going on? I'm running the CS6 Master Collection on an Intel quad core with 8 gb RAM and an nVidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti (2 gb PCIE 2). OS is Win 7 x64.
when opening PSCS6 for work I get a popup telling me about my photoshop trial and that I have 30 days remaining? I have nad CS6 since it came out and paid in full for the upgrade from CS5.1 I did receive an email about a survey and sweepstake they wanted me to enter but I couldn't get the login page to accept my username etc.
I've just installed Elements 8 and I can't sign in. Won't accept/create my personal URL. I'm using Mike. Keep getting a "Failure" message.. Â I got brushed off by their Agent because my problem is with a back issue. Â I can not find a email address for Adobe? How to email Adobe
I just upgraded to CS3 on Windows XP and every few days I am prompted to register. I registered twice and then spoke with Customer Service who could not see the registration so they manually registered me. Since then the registration screen appeared again and I registered a third time.
I just spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone going back and forth between Adobe Customer Service and Photoshop support. Customer Support wants me to return CS3 and buy it again under a different customer number. Support wants me to uninstall all Adobe products, delete the registry branch under HKLMSOFTWAREAdobe, delete all Adobe content under "Program Files" and under "Documents and Settings", create a new user account, add that new user to the Administrators group, then reinstall all Adobe products using that new user account.
I asked support where Photoshop CS3 records the registration information and was told that since CS3 is a new product, they do not have that level of technical information.
Has anyone else had a registration problem with CS3 on XP?
where the registration information is stored? If it is stored in the registry, I should be able to manually enter the keys and data.
I recently had to replace my computer. So I went with a 64 bit machine with Vista 64bit. My reinstall of CS2 went well (upgrading to a 64 bit version will have to wait but not too long I hope:-). Activation was OK; registration said it succeeded as well. But every time I start Photoshop it says I have not registered it and it asks me to do it again. I have tried to complete the form three times now and it always says it succeeded. Then the next time I start I bet the registration dialog box again. What can I do to satisfy CS2?
I am starting a small screen printing business and need help with registration marks. I have adobe photoshop 6.0. Now I know you have to scoll down to print option and then from there you can check a box that says registration marks but they dont work, nothing appears. I have used them before about a year ago so I know how to get them on. They just wont work now...
I recently downloaded trials of both Lightroom 2, and CS3 Extended. Since then, I have purchased box sets of each but have not received them yet. When I do, can I just type in the serial # to register the versions already on my system, or do I have to install the new versions? I am concerned about loosing the work that I have already done in Lightroom 2.
When I'M trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS3 i just klick on the setup.exe and then this strange message pops up and says:
"Swedish": Programvaran kan inte installeras eftersom JScrip inte har Registrerats Korrekt. korrigera JScript o starta sedan om installationsprogrammet.
"English": The following program can not be installed becouse JScript havvent got registred correctly. Configurate JScript and then resstart the program.
i am having a problem with my registration, when adobe photoshop sc3 loads up it asks me to "never register, register later or register now". i can not seem to press any buttons, they do nothing. i have had this problem before with adobe acrobat, all i done with that is edit the registary.
I want to create some typography in Photoshop that will be used to create a web address that will be applied as a watermark to lots of images. Â 1. After I create the watermark, any easy way to apply it to lots of images? As an action? Something else? Is this easier to do in Lightroom? Â 2. Any style of typography/color that would convey a Mediterranean villa style?
When Sharing photos under Share. Address book doesn't seem to be connected to Sharing. Recently installed PSE 11. Catalog moved okay, but having trouble with Address Book.
Everytime I try to run the program I get an error message saying "Attempt to access invalid address". I am using Windows 7 64bit. Â I have unistalled and reinstalled PSE5.02 Unistalled Google Chrome Set antivirus to silent/gaming mode Ran as administrator Ran in compatitibly mode, Windows XP service pack2 Â I really need this working, I need to use it for a project thats due Monday!!
I have in excess of 64,000 photos catalogued in Photoshop Elements 11 stored on a NAS drive in various folders such as: \10..253.20.37photo2013USA, \10.253.20.37photo2012Canada . The problem is that I have recently changed ISP & the internal IP address of the NAS drive has changed to \192.168.1.78 consequently the ‘location’ of files stored in the catalogue is now incorrect. I wondered whether I could do some form of update on the catalogue database file to replace 10.253.20.37 with 192.168.1.78.
