I recently had to replace my computer. So I went with a 64 bit machine with Vista 64bit. My reinstall of CS2 went well (upgrading to a 64 bit version will have to wait but not too long I hope:-). Activation was OK; registration said it succeeded as well. But every time I start Photoshop it says I have not registered it and it asks me to do it again. I have tried to complete the form three times now and it always says it succeeded. Then the next time I start I bet the registration dialog box again. What can I do to satisfy CS2?
Need new copy of CS6 from Amazon.com. On system start up it askes for the ser no# each day like its a trial version it says input ser no# or buy copy i put in ser No# and it runs good all day then when i start up the next day it does the same.
i am installing CS5 on my iMac and at 64% complete (installing Adobe Device Central CS5.5) it asks me to insert Disk Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 to continue. But all my files are download installs so of course I have no DIsk.
Why does Photoshop ask me if I want to "Save" when all I do is open and make a PDF?What has been changed, and therefore in need of "Saving" in Photoshop's eyes?
Encountered this error message? Â "Illustrator CC has stopped working. Please enable Verdana font(s) and relaunch Illustrator." Â I've checked the font and it's enabled but Illustrator refuses to open. I uninstalled CC and reinstalled it, but still no joy. Â I'm running the latest version of Suitcase Fusion 5 and Verdana is enabled. CS6 seems to work, but my CC files are not opening in an editable form on CS6.
I recently loaded my photoshop CS2 onto a new computer and everytime I open a photo the registration box pops up. I checked with Adobe by phone and I am registered, but the box still comes up every time.I cna't find it in any of my program files.
I'm running Photoshop CC 14.1.2 on Mac (OSX 10.8.5) and whenever I use "Save As…" Photoshop marks the original file as edited and asks me to save it again before I close it - even if I have not made any changes before or after using "Save as…". This behavior is breaking some of my actions and bothering me quite a bit.
I just upgraded to CS3 on Windows XP and every few days I am prompted to register. I registered twice and then spoke with Customer Service who could not see the registration so they manually registered me. Since then the registration screen appeared again and I registered a third time.
I just spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone going back and forth between Adobe Customer Service and Photoshop support. Customer Support wants me to return CS3 and buy it again under a different customer number. Support wants me to uninstall all Adobe products, delete the registry branch under HKLMSOFTWAREAdobe, delete all Adobe content under "Program Files" and under "Documents and Settings", create a new user account, add that new user to the Administrators group, then reinstall all Adobe products using that new user account.
I asked support where Photoshop CS3 records the registration information and was told that since CS3 is a new product, they do not have that level of technical information.
Has anyone else had a registration problem with CS3 on XP?
where the registration information is stored? If it is stored in the registry, I should be able to manually enter the keys and data.
I am starting a small screen printing business and need help with registration marks. I have adobe photoshop 6.0. Now I know you have to scoll down to print option and then from there you can check a box that says registration marks but they dont work, nothing appears. I have used them before about a year ago so I know how to get them on. They just wont work now...
I recently downloaded trials of both Lightroom 2, and CS3 Extended. Since then, I have purchased box sets of each but have not received them yet. When I do, can I just type in the serial # to register the versions already on my system, or do I have to install the new versions? I am concerned about loosing the work that I have already done in Lightroom 2.
When I'M trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS3 i just klick on the setup.exe and then this strange message pops up and says:
"Swedish": Programvaran kan inte installeras eftersom JScrip inte har Registrerats Korrekt. korrigera JScript o starta sedan om installationsprogrammet.
"English": The following program can not be installed becouse JScript havvent got registred correctly. Configurate JScript and then resstart the program.
i am having a problem with my registration, when adobe photoshop sc3 loads up it asks me to "never register, register later or register now". i can not seem to press any buttons, they do nothing. i have had this problem before with adobe acrobat, all i done with that is edit the registary.
I open Photoshop cs2 the product registration window pops-up. I registered the product but it still pops-up every time I open Photoshop. I tried clicking the Do Not Register button and I even reinstalled Photoshop now but that damn screen keep coming back every time I open Photoshop. Any idea how to get rid of the product registration screen.
I have installed CS2 on a new computer running Vista Ultimate. When I first opened the program, a screen presented requesting me to Register. I completed it, submitted it, they thanked me and I and was offered two premiums, an Adobe font or a limited subscription. Now, everytime I launch CS2 I get the same screen after the "home" page is displayed. I can "not register" or "next".How can I eliminate the reappearance of this screen?
Suddenly today, trying to open CS3 I get blank registration window which it will not go beyond. Â The application is there in the background but everything is greyed out. I am not sure I have ever filld inal the registration details, I have just always pressed the 'later' button.
I have just installed CS2 on a new computer with Vista home premium and the registration screen comes up ever time I open the program. I have had CS2 on my old desktop computer and laptop using XP with no problems. The program works fine after I get the registration screen out of the way, but it is a nuisance.
I recently downloaded Photoshop for Windows and now have switched to a Mac. Is there anyway I can switch my product registration or download over from a windows to a Mac format? and is there a cost involved, or do I need to start again?
I cannot complete registering my products (2 machines -- two CS6), because Adobe does not accept my address as it is. How do I get around this, as it keeps coming back saying it doesn't comply with their format?
I recently tried to open Photoshop (for Mac). Normally the register "Adobe Design Suite Standard CS3" pops up asking me to register (with the whole register form) and i just click register later. But now the screen is popping up completely blank.
No form, graphics or buttons. And i am unable to close it. Photoshop and the project i am working on load up but i cannot access it because of the register form window. How can i get rid of this? None of my adobe products are working.
The sequence that leads to my problem:  1. Use the Save As command to save a file (it doesn't matter what file format I use) 2. Use the Close command to close the file  It is at this point that I get a prompt to save the file before closing, even though I just did the Save As and haven't made any changes. One thing I noticed was that after using the Save As command, the the icon at the top of the photo window is solid for a split second, then becomes grayed out and an asterisk appears to the right of the text at the top of the window. So it's like some change is being made in the background that I can't control.  I still have Photoshop CS6 on my computer. I don't have this problem in CS6 and I haven't been able to replicate this problem there. I checked the File Handling section in Preferences, and all my options are the same in CS6 and CC.
