i am having a problem with my registration, when adobe photoshop sc3 loads up it asks me to "never register, register later or register now". i can not seem to press any buttons, they do nothing. i have had this problem before with adobe acrobat, all i done with that is edit the registary.
I use third party plug-ins from two different companies and they all worked during my PSCC trail period, but now PS won't recognize any of them. I've tried re-installing them using the custom install process, but they still don't work.
I am trying to install the Kodak DigitalROCProv2.8bf filter in Photoshop CC. I got it to work in PSE 11 and 12 buy setting the additional plug-ins path. Their support is useless, so that's why I am trying here.

where I need to create a custom menu item on the photoshop menu bar, display a pop-up window with some text box fields on click of the menu item and capture the values from the pop-up and pass iton to some 3rd party tool to do some processing. Is this all just possible without using Photoshop SDK and just by using some scripting?
My previous version of PhotoShop was CS5, and I have my photography logos created using the font "chisel thin".
Now that I have a new macbook pro laptop and am also now using the cloud version of PhotoShop CS6, when I open my saved logos on the cloud, it does not recognize the font "chisel thin"? So, is there a way to download the "chisel thin" font so it is available for me to use on the cloud? If so, how do I go about doing it? I'm not super tech savy, so clear, exact detailed instructions on how to download / update the "chisel thin" font
I would like to know what the best tool/filter/whatever is for knocking out backgrounds in image files. The classic dropping out of backgrounds around hair, trees, etc., etc.,
I just upgraded from PSE 10 to 12. I was able to get my NIK and my Topaz folders to show up under the filters menu, but not my Alien Skin (Bokeh 2) folder
I've noticed that a number of my third-party filters (Alien Skin Exposure, SilverEfex Pro and Topaz Simplify) are not available in CS4 since I upgraded to Mountain Lion. I can still run them in Lightroom.
I have reinstalled Exposure and did so with Mountain Lion's gatekeeper disabled. This made no difference so I thun completed uninstalled this plugin and reinstalled again from scratch and it made no difference.
The plugins that aren't available all appear to be installed in the Applications folder.Basically each of the plugins is greyed-out in the menu bar and if I try to run them from a palette (SilverEfex) I get an error message “The command SilverEfex Pro 2 is not available”
This is a question regarding Elelments 11 and embedding ICC profiles. I have succesfully set up a colour balanced system for printing on my own premises. At the time of printing I select the relevant ICC profile for the printer/ink combo I am using. However I need to send files way for larger sizes and want to ensure colour correct prints that match as closely as possible the prints I produce in my own studio.
How do I embed the third parties provided ICC profile in the file before sending to them?
I recently loaded my photoshop CS2 onto a new computer and everytime I open a photo the registration box pops up. I checked with Adobe by phone and I am registered, but the box still comes up every time.I cna't find it in any of my program files.
I just upgraded to CS3 on Windows XP and every few days I am prompted to register. I registered twice and then spoke with Customer Service who could not see the registration so they manually registered me. Since then the registration screen appeared again and I registered a third time.
I just spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone going back and forth between Adobe Customer Service and Photoshop support. Customer Support wants me to return CS3 and buy it again under a different customer number. Support wants me to uninstall all Adobe products, delete the registry branch under HKLMSOFTWAREAdobe, delete all Adobe content under "Program Files" and under "Documents and Settings", create a new user account, add that new user to the Administrators group, then reinstall all Adobe products using that new user account.
I asked support where Photoshop CS3 records the registration information and was told that since CS3 is a new product, they do not have that level of technical information.
Has anyone else had a registration problem with CS3 on XP?
where the registration information is stored? If it is stored in the registry, I should be able to manually enter the keys and data.
I recently had to replace my computer. So I went with a 64 bit machine with Vista 64bit. My reinstall of CS2 went well (upgrading to a 64 bit version will have to wait but not too long I hope:-). Activation was OK; registration said it succeeded as well. But every time I start Photoshop it says I have not registered it and it asks me to do it again. I have tried to complete the form three times now and it always says it succeeded. Then the next time I start I bet the registration dialog box again. What can I do to satisfy CS2?
I am starting a small screen printing business and need help with registration marks. I have adobe photoshop 6.0. Now I know you have to scoll down to print option and then from there you can check a box that says registration marks but they dont work, nothing appears. I have used them before about a year ago so I know how to get them on. They just wont work now...
I recently downloaded trials of both Lightroom 2, and CS3 Extended. Since then, I have purchased box sets of each but have not received them yet. When I do, can I just type in the serial # to register the versions already on my system, or do I have to install the new versions? I am concerned about loosing the work that I have already done in Lightroom 2.
When I'M trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS3 i just klick on the setup.exe and then this strange message pops up and says:
"Swedish": Programvaran kan inte installeras eftersom JScrip inte har Registrerats Korrekt. korrigera JScript o starta sedan om installationsprogrammet.
"English": The following program can not be installed becouse JScript havvent got registred correctly. Configurate JScript and then resstart the program.
I open Photoshop cs2 the product registration window pops-up. I registered the product but it still pops-up every time I open Photoshop. I tried clicking the Do Not Register button and I even reinstalled Photoshop now but that damn screen keep coming back every time I open Photoshop. Any idea how to get rid of the product registration screen.
I have installed CS2 on a new computer running Vista Ultimate. When I first opened the program, a screen presented requesting me to Register. I completed it, submitted it, they thanked me and I and was offered two premiums, an Adobe font or a limited subscription. Now, everytime I launch CS2 I get the same screen after the "home" page is displayed. I can "not register" or "next".How can I eliminate the reappearance of this screen?
I just added 3 new blue fx transition packages to VS Pro X4 and have others to add ( boris, canopus, adorage).... I noticed that the first 2 new blue packages ( 3d explosions and 3d transformations) were successfully added to their own category in the drop down list of transition effects, so now the list includes the new blue sampler that Corel provided, and both these additional packages. When I added the third package New Blue Paint Blends, it did not appear in its own category but the effects are present when you click on "all".... ( which is a nuisance to search through). I'm wondering if the problem that existed in VS2 where by there were a limited number of transition categories you could have is still a problem in VS pro X4 or whether this is an issue just for Paint Blends. I'd like to know before I add on the other packages... I hate for all the effects ( 100s of them) to end up in my "all" list.
Also is there any way to manipulate this list... and force a location?? I can only see that all the effects are listed individually in the Vfx_plug folder.
Suddenly today, trying to open CS3 I get blank registration window which it will not go beyond.
The application is there in the background but everything is greyed out. I am not sure I have ever filld inal the registration details, I have just always pressed the 'later' button.
I have just installed CS2 on a new computer with Vista home premium and the registration screen comes up ever time I open the program. I have had CS2 on my old desktop computer and laptop using XP with no problems. The program works fine after I get the registration screen out of the way, but it is a nuisance.
I have an idw that will not check in because a 3rd party file is missing. When I expand the browser, I see this file "barGrate&.bmp" that is missing. I can delete everything out of the idw and this third part app node is still there.
How do I delete this, or find what is referencing it. I can't check the idw in until this is corrected.
