Photoshop :: CS5 - How To Remove Hover Bubble That Appears Over Tabs
Sep 23, 2012
Using CS5, when I have multiple images open, it open in tabs which I like. However, when I put my cursor over a tab, a bubble appears that says the exact same thin it does on the tab. However, with the bubble there I can't click on the tab beneath it to select it or to delete it.
This is actually a huge problem when I make camtasia videos where I want to switch between tabs during a voice recording because I can't select different tabs smoothly.
How can I make it so nothing appears when I put my cursor over a tab (I want to keep using tabs though. This feature is great).
I'm wondering if there is a way to disable the menu that appears when you hover over polyline nodes/vertices in Autocad 2011.
I use mainly typed commands and am finding that when I select a polyline, I go to type a command and because my mouse is still on the polyline, half the time it ends up performing a completely different command because the menu has appeared in the meantime.
I am using autocad 2008 and I used the function that allows you to hide objects such as hatching or lines under text. When I delete the text, I expected the invisible box to delete with it. Sadly this is not the case. I am not able to click or highlight the invisible box. How to remove said boxes?
For some reason when I hover over all of the icons of the various tools, it does not give me a description of what they are. How can I turn this on/activate it?
happens with two different images. Haven't done any system updates for a week or more, nor added any actions or plugins. I do have a Wacom tablet that occasionally runs amok* until I unplug and replug its USB cable. It did that recently, but can't remember when. I can clip two layers by using opt+click on the little icon that loads an adjustment layer. Running PSCS6 v 13.0 64 bit on an iMac with OSX 10.7.4, 650 GB disk storage (639 GB capacity, 134 GB available), 4 GB RAM.
I'm trying to design a flyer for a foam party and I want a bubble effect for the text. What approach do you think will produce the best effect? Here's a flyer with an effect similar to what I want (look at the word FOAM).
I'm very careful with my work to keep my lines on the same elevation and and I fillet and trim so that boundaries should be closed but AutoCAD always finds some problem with my work when I try to hatch an area by picking a point, often claiming boundary failures with those little red cirlces NO WHERE NEAR the area I was trying to hatch!
Even more infuriating is how it seems to have NO problem temporarily hatching the area while I hover before picking the point. If it can display what it might have looked like, hasn't it found the boundary? Or were these two features coded by people working in opposite ends of the building?
I have a client who would like me to create a portfolio for him displayed in a manner similar to the one on this page:[URL]
I know how to create an animation where the visitor can click on the small image and a new frame appears with the large image on the right, but I cannot figure out how to have the small image change upon hover-over before the visitor clicks on it.
Coming from MDT I'm having a hard time adjusting to some of the features that are missing in Inventor. One of which was a command that allowed me to hover over any part in MDT and it would show me the part name and if it was a structural steel item would show me the G_L or length. I cannot find this feature in Inventor and don't even know if this is available. This allowed me to open an assembly and quickly go through it and see what it's made of. Where to turn it on or get it?
I have created 2 symbols "Level1" and "Level2" and I did hover on the button at "Level1" symbol then when I click on that button it goes to symbol "Level2", hover on the button works perfect on desktop browsers, but on iphone the hover is not working.
The code I use for transaction from symbol to another symbol is:
sym.createChildSymbol("Level2", "Stage");
and for the hover I use mouseover: "sym.play("BA");" action to play the label at symbol "Level1".
What I am trying to achieve is at click on the button on iphone to make the hover play first then it should go to another symbol.
I am trying to get an animation where the user hovers over one of 13 stars on string. What I am after is when they hover over one it looks like its been knocked and starts to swing for a shot amount of time.This should happen to them all. I have this code but it doesnt want to play!
Mouse Leave:
$(this.lookupSelector("star-1")).playReverse();
Mouse Enter:
$(this.lookupSelector("star-1")).play(0);
When you add more and more stars it just stops working.
when I hover the cursor over my own custom toolbar buttons, I get the message "Press F1 for more help" you can then go to F1 but that only for Autocad commands not my own programs. My question is how can I get rid of the message "Press F1 for more help" when the cursor is over my custom program buttons?
I'm editing blueprints for my summer job and I was wondering if there was a way to add a text field to the hover over menu of a region or polyline. I simply want to add the function of the room to the hover menu.
I am just starting my adventure with 3dsMax, and, right after leaving my port, I hit a rock. Encountering a hard steering difficulties, I realized this is not how the program is supposed to behave. URL...
I don't want to suggest anything, but I've read a similar topic (about 3dsMax 9), and the "victim" has been told he has a wrong kind of graphic card, a so-called "gaming card", not a "workstation" one. I might sound as a total noob, and I probably am one, but, all this time I have a PC, I've never heard about two separate kinds of cards, and necessity to having a separate one for playing games and a separate one for designing them sounds really weird to me... But can it be the reason of my problems as well? And if it is indeed, is replacing the graphic card in my laptop sufficient to solve them?
If you can use gimp or another (hopefully free) program to insert a music or sound file into an image, or signature say, and have it play when you hover your mouse over it?
I am trying to create a brush of a bubble. The end result I want is a colored bubble with a white shine like in this tutorial [URL]...... I am trying to make it into a brush so that I can replicate it easily and add an overlay to make the color.
I am having difficulty getting color in the middle and white as the edge/shine. I keep getting color as the shine and white in the middle. I suppose I am doing something wrong with the choice of white, black, gray, and alpha while making the brush.
Is it possible to put a speech bubble on a layer for use as a popup? In this case it would be a layer on a layer. I can draw a graph and I can import a jpg, but can't get the speech bubble on a layer.
Is there a way to tweak the boundary of callout bubble?
For example, if my wall section is cropped in to a L shape that includes the footing. Can the callout boundary looking like an L shape as well instead of a big wide rectangle?
I'm trying to create a 3 digit grid bubble that will align vertically along an elevation, but my grid bubble in use within the project insists on the text being horizontal... Is there any way to force the alignment to vertical...?
I have been desperately searching for ways to precisely surround my text with a bubble stroke. I need this shape to strictly adhere to the text's form rather than loosely surround it. The resulting shape will need to enclose both the top and bottom text, which ultimately will form a logo. I just want to clarify, I am not looking to simply apply a stroke around the letters. Again, I am trying to outline the entirety of this image with a precise shrink wrapped bubble.
I realize this is possible with the pen tool; however, my hope is to discover a more accurate and simple technique.I have posted an image of my situation, which illustrates my initial attempt to pen around the text.
I have my video and what I would like to produce is have a text bubble pop up with a picture inside of it instead of text. I need to have a border around the bubble as well.
