View 2 RepliesI am trying PSP 5 and have downloaded additional picture frames from an external sourse. I cannot find a folder named "picture frames" in the PSP 5 program files.
Where do I place these new templates?
On adobe photoshop, I know that there is a program that automatically resizes images for you.
I'm pretty sure there is program that automatically puts an image on each photo for you, that you choose in a folder.
Ex: How do you put your logo on the bottom of the right corner (or anywhere) on all the photos you put in a folder?
I read a little about using the displace filter to do what I want but could not get it done properly.
I have a nice "golf ball" image. and I want to put a logo on it and have the logo image flow right down into the dimples like it would be on a real golf ball.
I'll attach the images I'm woking with. If you can give me a step by step procedure I would really appreciate it. I need to get this done but I would also like to understand how to do it so I can be a better photoshop user in the future.
I am trying to resize a logo to place on a business card. When I insert the logo and hit ctrl+shift to resize with the cornerbox I shrink it and the box becomes smaller but the image stays the same size. So pretty much it is merely just zooming into the logo and cutting off the picture. It is a jpeg. file. Beginner at InDesign here.
View 1 Replies View RelatedThis is probably a moronic question to most of you, but in my defense I just started using coreldraw X5 yesterday, and I have no graphic designing experiance.
My boss is having me design the backdrop for a competition he is hosting. He is an Event Producer. And Im trying to take the company logo and place it on an image in corelDRAW X5. I cant figure out how to erase the white from behind the logo. Or convert the image that will do it automatically.. I dont need a power point presentation, I have full access to all the tutorials and the stuff the program came with, and I need the education on this product anyways.

View 1 Replies View RelatedImagine working with a photo of a purse that has a handle. The handle is upright letting you see background space above and below the strap. I need to cut the purse, strap included, from the rest of the picture. Then I have to save it on its own. I am not moving the cut out purse to a new picture to place it on.
How do I do this? Is there something that has to be done to the picture first, (bachground, layer, etc.) before even selecting the right PCS6 tool? What is the best tool to use?
I am having trouble importing a picture into the logo document I am working on. I am designing a logo for a roofing co. and following a logo tutorial on garysimon.net website on 'how to make an awesome logo' using photoshop cs2, but when I follow his steps for importing a picture into the logo document that I am working on, it will import it to a new document screen. From what I can tell by reading his tutorial, it should import it into the same document screen that I already have the company name on so I can create layers and work on the one screen.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI want to create a logo. The word I am creating is going to be Foxx. I want the backside of the F to have a fox's head coming out of it. I want the appearance of the Fox's had to be growing from the back side of the F. I am capable of pulling this off. I am more interested in the techniques that some of you would use to acheive this task.
1.What I would do is find a picture of a fox's face in this case a profile shot.
2.I'd then import that pic and extract the head from the fox (only in the picture PETA )
3.I'd then use my combination of the pen tool, shape tool, and direct selection tool to trace the fox's face.
4.Finally I'd design the F to match the fox's face.
I do not have Illustrator.
I'm just working on a flyer for a party and I like how the picture looks like after clicking on the picture with the magic wand.Now the question if I can save that picture with that looking someway?
I could use the print button, yes but then I lose the quality of the pic.
you could copy the layer from picture 1 to picture 2.
So you coud copy whole "effect-strings" much easier as before.
Is there a chance to implement this feature to P.net?

I have a picture of an airplane and a company logo. I need to put the logo in such a way that it looks as if it is painted on the wing. For that I need to twist it, rotate it and somehow curve it. I only know how to do the rotation but not the rest.
I am linking an example file with the airplane as the background and the logo as a separate layer.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI was searching for capabilities to zoom in and out on a graphic and my search led me here. I just want to find out is Paint.Net is a library that can be useful to achive what I want. Here is a brief description of the task:
1. I need to develop a small application designated to conduct a survey of all the workstations in a company. The surveys will be conducted on tablets. Because our expertise is in .NET platform, we need to implement the application for Windows-based tablets;
2. I start with a bunch of floor plans (CAD drawings that can be formated in .bmp, .jpeg, .tiff or any other graphical format you can possibly think off;
3. As the surveyor walks around the offices, following the floor plan that was selected on the tablet, he/she needs to click on the floor plan and through a small form that pops-up, indicate whether the workstation/office that is surveyed was empty or occupied and if it was occupied, whether the person was on the phone, on the computer or in a collaboration. Simple checkboxes.
4. When a workstation was surveyed, I need to place a flag or a letter on top of the floor plan, just to indicate the location as being surveyed (floor plans can have up to 250 workstations and offices, so it's easy to miss some).
5. Because the floor plans tend to be huge, fitting all of the graphic file on the screen of a tablet may render the plan unreadable. So I need to build zoom in , zoom out capabilities. Pinch zoom in/zoom out, the iPad way, would be fantastic, but I need to find out if the tablet (Samsung or HP) supports that. Meanwhile, I can add scroll bars to move different areas of the plan into view and a slide control to zoom in and out.
My questions:
- Does the Paint.NET library have any functionality to allow me to zoom in and out of a graphic?
- Can I add icons (or letters - 'C' for on the computer, 'T' for on the phone, 'X' for empty) on top of the floor plan? I need to place them at the location of a click on the plan (need to get coordinates for that) but also need to memorize them so that if a certain area is taken out of the view and then brought back into view, I need to redraw all the icons/letters so that the surveyor doesn't survey the area again.
- Finally, at the end of the survey I need to print the entire floor plan and add all the icons (or letters) on top of the plan, to give the manager an overview of a snap-shot of the floor at a certain time of the day.
Can I do all these things with Paint.NET?
Is there a plugin that will place a watermark on my pictures?
