I took an image off the internet.. used it on a project. When you look at the completed page, the image (LOGO) looks good, my client loved it, called it excellent. I printed it and sent to him.. well, that logo is rather blurry. Is there a way to make it crisper, more clear? Somehow make it sharper?

I try to make a blurry/transparent overlay simply a picture which makes only certain regions of a screen/picture blurry if I use it as overlay, I've already tried everything I can in PDN but I don't know how to do this. Here is a picture how it should looked with the overlay:
only this areas shuld be blurry-transparent the rest should be completely transparent so that I can use it as overlay for livestreaming I don't want that u make one for me I want a how to
I managed to get my logo to white and looking nicely but when I try to create a border around it it doesn't look sharp. I am selecting the text, growing by 1 or 2 pixels around and filling a second layer with black and exporting as PNG (to maintain tranparency). You can see what the finished product looks like at [URL]..... in the slider on the main page. It does not look sharp at all. how to do this in a cleaner looking manner?

View 9 Replies View RelatedI am using a script to export multiple layers of 16x16 pixel icon files into separate PNG files. It works very well with one big exception. All layers that contain text becomes very blurry.I have tried converting the text into outline paths before exporting, but it does not work. The text becomes blurry and thick.
When performing a regular Non Script export to a PNG file you are allowed to chose antialiasing method between "type" and "art". When using the "type" alternative everything looks good, but when the "art" alternative is selected the text look very blurry and bad.When using script multiexporters it seems they all use the art version. But I have tried a bunch of other scripts as well but with the same blurry result for the text. How to get the option to chose the type optimized initializing for the script exports?
I have a picture of a gravestone on the wall of a church. Because of access I had to take the picture from below so that the resulting image is a regular trapezoid, being longer at the base than at the top.
How can I make the image into a rectangle? Effectively I need to expand the width of the image at the top whilst keeping that at the bottom the same, with everything between being expanded in the right ratio. I am not worried if the images of the brickwork around the stone are distorted - I can remove them.

I wanted to make text/image glossy in paint.net.so i followed procedure given in this link : URL...
I followed exactly as described on page2-page5.everything goes exactly like mentioned ,except for last page(5) instruction ,which says " When the positioning of the selection looks correct, go to Edit > Erase Selection to delete the base of the gradient. You should now see that you have created a glossy text effect similar to that that you can see on the first page of this tutorial.

If I increase exposure or ISO, I either get blury image due to long exposure or noisy sensitive photo from high ISO. And the flash just looks ugly. So I took a fairly dark shot and wants to imporve it using Paint .Net. Is there plug-in or tutorial for this? I tried to use auto-level, which is horrible looking. Recently I have seen a pretty effective HDR Simulation effect on Fantacia Painter Free on my WinPh7. The result is natrual and yet brighter. How do I make something like that. Making a fairly dark photo (not too dark) to a better brighter and still natrual looking one?

I tried to use some flags in an ai. file. The flag size I want is very tiny, less than 1cm. It's very strange that when the printer show me the pdf proof, some flags(png and TIF) looks blurry while the others(also png and TIF) looks ok. I download those flags online and the image looks very big and I only need them in a tiny size so I just shrink them and think it should be alright; I don't understand why they are blurry. My question is can I use the SVG flags that I download from Wikipedia and use them on the ai. file?
P.S. I guess it's the complexity of the flag that affects the quality. Because I have a TIF flag sized 4.2MB and still shows blurry.
