After I have completed editing in LR I want to upload for printing but the colors have all changed to pinkish cast. Can the photo processor correct my colors? What if I submit to a microstock agency will my colors be correct according to my Lightroom image?
I have had pink stripes occur on four different downloads on LR4. I have been an Aperture user for several years and was making the switch to LR4 but growing concerned with this issue and need to know what is causing it before I continue down this path. I have never had this occur before in Aperture. My hard drive is relatively new, my memory and storage is fine. I did switch to a different card reader to see if it would work.
I have Photoshop CS. When I try to use the type tool by clicking on it and then clicking on the image (to place the cursor), the background of the iamge turns a pinkish colour. My foreground and background colours are both white. My settings are default ones.
How do you turn off the 'image is offline or missing' dialog when no drives are hooked with the source files. I'm on LR3, and I don't remember this being an issue with LR2. Doing a client presentation with my MBP and the files are indeed offline. I usually my client selection process from the grid and loupe views, but I'm getting this message, pretty large across the top of the image. I don't remember this being an issue before, so either it wasn't there at all, or the text was smaller.
I have created a pic in Gimp with layers. When I save it to my desktop (layers merged), it does not appear either on the desktop or in Windows Explorer. If I try to save it again, it flags it as already existing. When I try to open the file in Gimp, it does appear on the desktop and can be opened; however, the file icons are grayed out. I'm assuming the grayed out icon means something.
All of a sudden today when i went to process photos, in either Lightroom 4 or CS5 all the skin tones are bright pink? They are fine when viewing them on my computer, just not threw adobe products.
I want to know if it's possible in CS3 to drag an image file from Windows Explorer into an already open file in PS. Right now when I drag over, it opens that file. I want to have it where the image is inserted as a new layer into the existing open file. is that possible?
I shot an event for a couple (a reception) and I didn't have my gray card so I set my Canon 5D mkII on auto white balance (shooting with a Canon 24-70 2.8 and a Sigma 85 1.4). As you'll see from the two example photos - the shots taken in the venue lobby looked fine, but the shots from inside the event itself were amazingly saturated. The room had a ton of very bright uplighting in purple and pink - the shots looked fine in the viewfinder, but once I brought them into LR4, there was a nearly complete purple/pink cast over everything. Setting the white balance in LR to auto, tungsten, flourescent - nothing worked. Adjusting the temp sliders - only slightly better. Reducing vibrance and saturation useful a little more, but I'm really having a hard time finding a fix!
I have been deleting, or rather, REMOVING files as I edit a wedding, I assumed they would go to the recycle bin which I could empty at a later date, this is not the case and now when I start up LR it is telling me that I am running critically low on disc space on my c drive and that I need to delete the files.
Since upgrading to LR 3.6 I am unable to export .jpg photos from Windows Explorer directly into Lightroom 3.    I always use to be able to right click on any photo and 'open with' Lightroom 3 (.exe) before this upgrade.  Also, in the library files I could do the same with my RAW photos - i.e. right click on one of them and 'open with' the LR3 icon in the list, but am unable to do this now.  I know I can open up LR3 and import the photos, but I simply prefer going into Windows Explorer to pick and choose the ones I want. My OS is Win 7.
If I'm right clicking on a file in LR and choose "Show in Explorer" an Explorer Window opens with the Libraries, but not with the folder containing the file I choosed in LR.
In my Library View (Grid and FIlmstrip) and Developmend View (Filmstrip and Preview) the function "Open in Explorer" is always disabled: Right clickGrey entry "Open in Explorer"Â
The company I work for needs to manage and watermark many different types of photos (perfect for Lightroom.)Â The only problem is, when Im uploading photos to our website, the Lightroom watermarks dont show up in the thumbnail preview of Windows Explorer. When I right click the image thumbnail and select "preview" the full size image preview pops up with the watermark. I guess my question is, is there any way to get the Lightroom watermarks to show up when viewing files in Explorer in large thumbnail view?
If I open my .rw2 files in Windows Explorer, the blue color is very saturated and also if I had import my .rw2 photos into Lightroom 4.2. This has occurred when I had upgrade Lightroom 4 to 4.2 Â I'm using Windows 7 Pro - 64 bit and photo's are taken with my Panasonic Lumix LX-5
I tried to create some keywords for photos, and save them into oringinal photo files by selecting photos in library then choose "Metadata>Save metadata to file" from right-click menu. Â But, when I right-click original photo files in windows explorer and choose "Content>Details", these metadata set in lightroom doesn't appear. Â is there any way to view it without any 3rd software but windows explorer?
Windows Explorer set to open image files with PSE11, but when I double click on image in WE it launches PSE11, but I then need to click on Open tab in PSE11 to get it into work window. PSE10 did not have this problem
Why can't Windows Explorer show thumbnail previews of DNG's on my Windows 8.1 64bit Pc. I assume is has something to do with not having the DNG codec. However, on Adobe's website it says their DNG codec only works on Windows 7.
I am trying to make a 3-D model from a 2-D sketch I made. Â I have only worked in 2-D so I'm not sure on how to do that. I have a sketch of heart with two names on the inside. I want to make the heart solid while leaving the inside of the letters open so you can see through the letters. Â Attached is the sketch I made.
I have A background Image I want to make transparent how would I do this I know how to make the background behind the image transparent but not the image its self.

I would like to make a seamless mosaic of aerials, however I can't figure out how to turn off the border on each image. (The border which changes color with whatever layer the image is on)
