May 28, 2012As you can see when I drag the appearance swatch to apply it to the text. The text disappears and only comes back when I change color.

AutoCad :: Why Text Disappears But When Explode The Block It Is Back
Nov 15, 2012I have created an attribute say 1 and made a circle and moved the attribute text next to the circle and now making a block including both text and circle but when the block is created the text disappears I have made sure to check the annotation on in both attribute and block creation. This is just happening in Autocad Map 3D 2012. Dont know why the text disappears but when i explode the block it is back.

Mar 13, 2013I have a large (22"x28") poster completely filled with 8 pt text. I have a simple image under the text. I want to change the parts of the text over the image to the image color. Basically, I want to make the image out of the tiny text and delete the image from the background. As of right now, I'm individually selecting text and changing the color, bit by bit. I know there has to be a much better way, this is going to take hours! I've been using AI for a very long time and this is one of the only times I've been completely stumped! I've included a sample image, the actual one is much more involved.

Dec 15, 2012when I try to change the font in corel draw x4, the text disappears, this happens with new documents, old documents etc.
It works in Photo Paint, but for some reason draw has stopped working. I restarted and tried everything I could think of!!! This seemed to happen after the latest windows 7 update.
Also on a sidenote is it possible to get rid of the ads when i start up Draw and PP x4? It keeps hassling me to upgrade. It is really really annoying... seriously I bought this product, why does it have pop up ads???

Jan 17, 2014I am using PSE12 with Mac OS X Mavericks. If I use the type tool, type some text then want to change maybe the font or size, the text disappears! If I set the parameters before typing everything is OK, but it is really inconvenient.
Also when I do a return in text the first letter of the next line is always a capital whether or not I start a new sentence!
Illustrator :: CC Text Doesn't Change Color Using Eyedropper
Mar 3, 2014I've been having this problem for a while with Illustrator CC but not with older versions. If I use the eyedropper to pick up a color, it captures that color and acts like it is applied but object/text continues to stay the older color. With text I have to use the type tool, highlight all of the text, and then select a color. This process if very annoying when I need to highlight and change several text boxes at once. I would like to just be able to click on the object/text and use the eyedropper tool to capture whatever color I need.

If I select a text or a group and try to change its color, the Fill color stays correct a the panel, but the text or the group maintains the old color, like the screenshot below.
The only way to change color its is selecting all text characters or all group's elements.

Dec 3, 2008I have a frustrating problem in CS3 that when writing a block of text, either with text tool or area text tool, that the cursor disappears. I need to see its new position after using the space bar or tab: ready to input the next piece of text.
It seems to be flashing some of the time if I click into the middle of the text block, but disappears where I want to continue it at the bottom of the text block?

How can I achieve that with a eye dropper tool? Every time when I try to sample a color from the image, the whole circle will change to purple instead of just the stroke? I have tried multiple key combination, shift, alt, ctrl but they all don't work.
