AutoCad :: Layer Protection Through Password
Jun 24, 2011I just want to know if it is possible to protect certain "Layers" thru password or by any other means so that nobody else can modify the layer properties. How?

When someone then right clicks and saves the image, all they get is the transparent foreground and not the photo underneath. I have tried to do this using GIMP. However, the web guidance I have seen says you also have to edit the HTML code to do this. Is there a way of doing this from GIMP itself without involving HTML code?

One time my computer's OS crashed, and it's an emergency to finish my work within the morning, so I took my harddisk and went outside to look for public computers.
Since my file is copyrighted and private, I was afraid that my PS files we're copied over the network and viewed after I left the computer shop.
Is there any options or plugins that we can use, to set and open the PS file in the photoshop program with password protection [or encryption]?
So we can, atleast, have confidence when bringing these files anywhere...

I allow viewing and I allow printing but nothing else and a password is required to change this.
Is there somewhere/someway that I can set the PDF export to have these parameters and password set so that they are automatically applied when I export?

5.) TRIM MODE like AVID (no ones really knows how handy this thing is when you have 16or more audio tracks at a feature film)
6.) Give us a snapshot of an image that we can grade a little bit better. (or show me where it is ;-))
7.) Easy subtitle option (STL Import or whatever - change all the 700 Titles in one go...
8.) The ability to conform to PARTIAL FileNames (would make relinking of fals imported D5 Material from Meda Composer wayyyy easier - since AVID keeps the names but adds a zillion of useless characters at the end)
8.a) straight forward force relink option.
9.) simple blur functions in text editor
10.) direct output for H.264 for blu ray that we can use directly in Encore (or do we have that?)

Nov 20, 2013Adobe asked me to change the password. After doing this, I have been unable to activate the Photoshop and perhaps also the other Adobe products. The activation process ask for the serial number and when I'm giving it, the system says that it is too short. If I'm trying to make a phone call to Adobe, the support is only in English and I cannot understand the spoken English of the support.
