Is it possible to make a personal photo into a watermark or just use as a photo to put at the background of the template, I mean the page that surrounds the template page, the one in the furtherest background, I know I can change the colour but can I add a photo to that background?
I am using Web Designer 6.
I've just got the photo & graphic designer 7 for personal use and im trying to put a photo i have onto a different background. I have the background photo and the photo i want to add to it on my computer. The photo i want to add onto the background has got things round it that i want to delete but when i use the magic erase it just fills it with something else from the pic. Is there any was i can cut the part of the image i want away from the rest to then be able to add it to the background image?

So far there has been no problems using jpeg scans for most purposes, however I am now working on a project that will require a background color change. Please choose a document name, serial number, or serial letter so the destination name is different for the different input files.
I'm using the File> Process Multiple Files method.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I change the opacity on my text layer, the text does not fade. It disolves instead. The resolution was terrible, became worse and then the text suddenly dissapered.
I don't think it was the disolve type either when it is set in that mode. However,I tried changing the mode anyway
I changed the mode to normal, divide,. overlay, burn, soft light, subtract. Whatever I tried it made no difference.
I recently downloaded the 4.3 version of Lightroom. I tried to use the IDENTITY PLATE to watermark a photo and print it out and the function does not appear to be working..I have used the feature many times in previous veresions. I am able to see prior versions of my watermark under the edit tab, but they do not show up on the photo...

I am trying to change the background of a photo. Not just change the color but change the color AND make it keep it's original shading, etc. I have some family photos we had made recently and they used a beige color draping for the background. The ones we had made before had a black draping. I was wondering how I could go about using some sort of additive coloring to transform the varying shades of beige to the same varying shades of black.
I have already used the masking tool to separate the background from the rest of the photo.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have Photoshop Elements 10 which I work with sparingly. I would like to outline a section of the photo (a face) and somehow select it to be the whole photo - in other words to get rid of all background elements. I can outline the area with lasso, but do not know how to just save that area. When I save, the whole original photo is saved. I also tried the magic extractor, which really worked to make just the face and crop everthing else out, but it has a white background the same size as the original photo, which means it is essentially a reactangle with a face in it. I am trying to just get the face so I can paste it into a document, sort of like when people put heads on fake bodies. This is for a church newsletter. I have done this with my old Picture It software, but that was on my old computer. I think I should be able to do this with all the gadgets Photo Shop has, but I must be missing something.
