Had my windows(7/32) installed again And DPX with latest updates.But now the PS-plugins gives me an error and quit message.The buildin plugins work(enhance-videofilter) Redfield/AV/Mehdi are not.

Are there additional plugins coming soon? If not, for me, there isn't much of a reason to use the 64 bit in what I do. Or, possibly, I'm not aware of advantages 64 bit is bringing me right now.

On my Adobe Profile, it shows the serial number and when it was registered.

I'm just learning the program (upgraded from Xtreme 5 Pro).
i am just testing Designer Pro X 9 (have Pro X) and when trying to locate PS Plugin folder, i get the window "currently no 64Bit (8bf) support" "choose the 32Bit Version". I have Av. Bros. plugins, which are also available in 64 Bit.
View 9 Replies View Related'm trying to install a color wheel plug-in into Photoshop CS6, however I can't seem to get it to appear in the extensions menu.My biggest problem is that I can't find the folder where the plugin should be placed.I didn't install Photoshop onto my C: drive you see, and when I go into "C:Program Files/Adobe" all that's there is "Common Files".
Now, I tried going onto the drive where it's installed, but when I go I see both an "Adobe" and "Photoshop CS6 (64bit)" folder. There's no extra "Photoshop CS6 (64bit) folder in the Adobe folder, all that's in there is "Patch files" and there's not Plug-ins folder whatsoever in the Photoshop CS6 folder. I tried creating one, but that obviously didn't work. Not even setting that folder as the additional plug-ins folder worked... I'm not sure what else to try or where else to look.

View 10 Replies View RelatedI recently installed the CC versions of Photoshop and Bridge, but all my plugins disappeared. I've tried reinstalling them, but they still don't appear in Photoshop CC. I use Nik, OnOne, and Topaz plugins - get them to work in Photoshop CC! This is on a Windows 7 PC.

I am running windows 7 64bit. I copied & pasted them into the plug ins folder (in both applications of photoshop - there is the 32 bit version on 'program files (x86)' & the 64 bit version in 'program files'), but neither will work.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am on an iMac meeting all of the LR4 spec requirements and then some. I just installed the release copy of LR4 this morning and have been playing around with it. I just discovered that the "Edit in" feature does not work at all. This worked fine in my previous version of LR 2.6
When I click on "Edit in" Adobe Elements 10 or Topaz Fusion Express (to call up Adjust or B&W Effects) nothing happens. No error message. No popup. Nada. I went back to my prior version of LR and things still work there.
I also tried the "Edit in" Elements option on my Windows 7 PC 64 bit version of LR4 and at least with Elements it seems to work. I have not installed Fusion Express on the PC yet so I don't know if that works or not.
got the new Alien Skin plugins to work. When you install Alien Skin, you install to a single directory, both 32 bit and 64 bit plugins. Then in X5, File Locations, I put that directory in the settings but still nothing. maybe X5 doesn't work with them.

Turning the magnet icon on and off does not do anything .I am using the latest Xara Designer Pro version [7.1.1.17261]. Is there any way to get it back without re-installing? I'm tired of having to re-install every time something goes wrong [which is kinda frequent]. I don't like having to reset the xara function icons each time [I use a different arrangement than the garden variety supplied].
I am using an i5 processor and have 8 gigs of memory running with Windows 7 OS.
Today, I've been mostly trying to get the Cloud Gallery 2 widget to work as advertised. According to the instructions, once the photos I want to use are in place I can -
'Set text shown when mousing over the image using the caption field on the image tab of the Utilities > Web Properties dialog. Do this for all images.'
I've done this, but all I can get to appear is the main title of the widget itself. At no point can I get individual captions to appear describing the graphic.
In XDP versions 5 en 6 I created brushes, templates, etc. I'm looking for an easy way to import these into XDP7 which I just installed.

What is the normal way to cause the printed product to cut off at the desired edge?
In this case the blue noisy bkg is the exact size of what is supposed to get printed.
i just downloaded and registered xdpx9.2.1 (launch).
when i launch 'create panorama' i get the popup 'Panorama Studio program has been detected. Do you want to use the standard built-in panorama stitching feature or launch Panorama Studio*?'
if i click 'panorama studio' i get the following error this is a completely native clean install of xdpx9 so a re-installation of the program isnt going to fix anything especially since i had exactly the same problem with xdpx8

2. and will they be 2 stand alone programs and can switch between the two? or overwrite each other>?

I had to re-image a portion of my laptop, due to some "illigal actions" that caused some of my windows files to become corrupt/lost/damaged/unable to work. In that, I lost the regestry key (or whatever it is) for Photoshop, that is installed on another drive.
Is there a way to "recover" the regestry files without reinstalling everything?? I have all the instalation stuff on hand (or i can find them with very little searching), so thats not the issue. I had some problems with my computer actually accepting the CD at times when i installed the first time, so im trying to avoid that a second time.
