View 2 Replies View RelatedI need is a font that looks like mud splattered on a surface. Like you may have seen as a 4x4 decal for an offroad truck.
View 1 Replies View RelatedThe closer I got to the same look was to create a brush with the size of 1 pixel and 500% spacing, but it's still a bit slow to get even a small area looking like it's been sprayed. Plus, in the end my pattern looks too regular, not very natural. Here is part of the image whose look I'm trying to recreate (400% and 100%).

View 2 Replies View RelatedEvery time I use the paint bucket on something, it always leaves a small grey outline on the edges. How to get rid of that?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI recently had a computer virus. The hard drive was scrubbed, and we had to reinstall all our programs.
Now, on my CorelDraw X3 graphics suite, the photo paint program is only partially functional. The clone and paint tools do not work anymore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times, rebooted the computer, but no progress. We have Windows XP, the same as before.
I'm having trouble using the paint brushes in photo paint x6. i open a JPEG or bitmap then use a paint brush to paint on the image but there is no paint. do i have to use a mask now? I tried copying a dupe for a second layer to see if that worked but nix. i still have x4 and i do it there. but what's with x6? all the other tools work but the paint brush.

I want to use the paint brush for editing a photo I have, but the only color available is black. No matter where I've looked in PSP, there was no option to change the color of the paint brush. I've read online that you need to change the pallet to material pallet, then go to "Foreground & Stroke Properties" and set the color box to the color I want, but the only colors I get are different hues of black and gray.
Even in Paint it's just a matter of clicking the desired color to use different colors. Why isn't it so simple in PSP?
I have colored in a part of a picture using the magic wand selection tool, then paint bucket. There is still some missed areas So I try to use the paintbrush tool .
However the paintbrush tool isn't applying any color (with me) .
I have polygon object that I created. I initially started with a cube and then extruded faces until I got the final shape I wanted, which is a tree.
I've been trying to paint some paint effects on the tree but when I make is paintable and try to paint on it I get problems. I paint on the surface and everything looks fine. As soon as release the mouse button my curve and paint effect jump to the base of the tree. No matter where I paint on the tree.
I have been working with Paint.net for a couple of years and have never had this issue before. Suddenly, today, I tried using paint bucket to fill in a square and it filled in the entire image. I don't know if I accidently changed some setting on accident or what. how to make this stop so that the paint bucket only fills in the area I have outlined for it?
View 8 Replies View RelatedOK I am stuck. I have created a new image. Created a new trasnparent layer and deleted the background. I pasted an exising PNG (with transparency) into the layer. All my tools do not work. I can paint onto the exsiting image but when I try to paint over transparent parts of the layer nothing is shown. There must be some simple setting I dont know about right?

View 1 Replies View RelatedTrying to use the paintbrush to paint a solid color and this keeps happening.
View 1 Replies View RelatedThe paint brush does not work no matter what color or size chosen???
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am trying to select single color areas in the picture and paint them with different color. There are quite some of these areas in the picture, which is a problem for me. I have been using Magic Wand tool (with Shift click) to select all these areas with same color but I am not able to paint these selected areas with "one click".
Now I need to use Pain Bucket tool maybe 100 times to paint all the individual selected areas one after another. Is there way to paint the whole active selection at once?
I was wondering how I can make the PENCIL(I accidentally put brush) or something to paint 2 x 2 pixels? This is for some pixel art.
View 4 Replies View RelatedOn Paint, you have these nice lil' knobs at the end of the page that can easily resize the canvas:
Hotlinked from here On Photoshop, you have to go to Resize Canvas and guess the pixels, points, or whatever. Are there any plugins, hacks, voodoo spells... anything that I can do to get those lil critters on PS?
Not knowing what I was doing, I very carefully used the brush tool to paint a 'selection'. Except, I guess a brush tool cannot create a selection.
Is there some way to add the painted area to a mask so I can increase the vibrance of the area which I have painted over?
I recently upgraded to CS6 (version 13.0.1 x64) on a Mac OS X 10.7.4, and my masks are acting wonky. When I add a mask to a layer and then use the brush tool (using black) to paint on the mask to remove the mask from a portion of my image, nothing happens. If I invert the mask so that it's all black and then paint on with a white brush, I can get the effect of the mask.
But then if I happen to use the brush on a part of the image that has already been painted (it is white on the mask), that part of the mask turns black even though I'm using a white-colored brush. Is there some sort of setting I need to change? What am I doing wrong?
