Hi, I've been sent the BETA version of CS4 and when it loads now I get a message saying "Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, please reinstall the missing components."
I've uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail.
Im using PsCS6 ... by opening a video ( any format avi or ... ) I face this error :not kind of right documnt !!!

View 5 Replies View RelatedI bought a full copy of Videostudio Pro X4 about a month ago after experimenting with the trial version for a good while, and it was all running smoothly until I was adding some rain effects to a rather large movie, and it said something along the lines of not enough space to load something, and then all the FX thumbnails disappeared. When i closed the program and tried to reopen it, it said "Error loading from stream" followed by a "Videostudio Pro has encountered an unspecific error and needs to close, please contact Corel Support and include a copy of the Dump file.". And now every time I try to load the program it gives me this error, and thats without loading the actual project that the file had the initial error on. All the files within the folder were captured via VS either as Video or as Stop-Motion so are under the default settings as I havent changed them or converted them atall.
I cant find anything on the knowledge base about this, and neither on these forums. I'm unsure how I send the Dump File, which I have found to Corel? I'm abit confused from the warranty support bit of the page where it says about having a one-off chance to contact them? So obviously I dont want to mess up my one chance so thought I'd check here what to do next!
A re-install of the program seems the logical next step but will I lose my project?
My PSP X3 locked up and I had to use the Task Manager to close it due to "not responding." This has repeated each time I have tried to load the program, including trying the suggestion of pressing "Shift" and trying to launch the program on a reset. There's no error message, it doesn't get that far. The welcome screen loads, shows the program is updating the cache, etc. but then it goes to no response, no error message, just 100% locked up. Have to use the Task Manage every single time to get it to close.
Right before this happened yesterday, I also experienced difficulty copy and pasting one image or selection into another. No paste commands would appear. I tried doing the "clear" selection as posted online, but no real answer on that either.
short of uninstalling and going through all that crap again. I'd buy the latest version, but since I've had no end of problems with this version I am hesitant to move forward if there are more bugs.

Searching on web I find out that similar happened with PyMel but solutions from there do not work. I see that libssl and libcrypto are already in Maya lib folder, symlinked from support folder. How can I find out what exactly is missing here, or what is Maya (Bullet) compiled with so I can fix this?
The full my message I get is: "Error loading PSD file: Unsupported compression mode: 65409", do you know why? Is the file corrupted? Is there any way to recover it?
I don't have Photoshop, by the way. I use .psd format because I work on both GIMP and SAI. I tried to open it at SAI, but there were nothing but lines. The colors went missing.
I really don't want to lost the file, since this is something I work on for months. I can't redraw all the thing I drew since the deadline is in the end of May!

getting problem when starting up LIghtroom. Error says 'error when loading preview cache. Close and Lightroom will try and fix the problem, but nothing happens and now have the same error constantly.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWe just moved the Autocad LT installation for one of our users to a new computer and now when opening certain documents, we get the below error. The error didn't originally occur on the old machine, but after re-installing it on that machine, we get it there too. Is there a way to clear the error or find out which plugin we are missing? We have tried installing the plugins on the autodesk website, but weren't able to fix the error.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm currently working on a site which is almost 95% complete. The loading time for the site is approx 7-10 seconds which seems to be slow. I have placed a preloader but that doesn't seem to be coming up while the site is loading.
Is there anyway to speed up the loading time. Like some code that will tell it load specific number of frames first and then load the rest in the background?

I installed Photoshop CS3 Trial and whenever I run it and choose to begin my trial period I get the following error message:
"Problem with Trial - problem loading trial period for Adobe Photoshop CS3".
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and even ran the Adobe CS3Clean Script but nothing seems to help.
I should note I never installed any earlier version of Photoshop on my system (I use a fresh copy of Windows XP with only a few programs installed).
I'm running Photoshop Elements 5.0. Everything was working fine til this mornin. I've had the program for about a year now. When I tried to open it this morning I got this error message that popped up.

Photoshop CS6 64-bit loads and ACR imports images but Bridge in CS6 does not seem to load. I get the message "Waiting for Bridge CS6 ..." but nothing happens. I do still have CS5 installed but since CS5 works, I do not want to uninstall that to take a chance on CS6.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to get my magazine ad to match the original as close as possible. The first ad I placed came back muddy and dark. So I had the magazine contact the printer they use to get an ICC profile for me that I could load as the working color space in photoshop to prepare my file. Im I doing the right thing here? Is my solution loading the same working color space as the printer and then prepare my file to get a more accurate print?
Assuming that this was my fix I installed the ICC profile they sent me and when I went to "Load" that profile from the "Color Settings" dialog window and surfed to the folder I saved the profile in it doesn't show up. At the bottom of the "Load" dialog window there is a "Files of Type" drop down arrow and the only two file types listed are .CSF and .PSP. No .ICC file type there.
i just upgraded from 7 to CS...looks good and would like to keep using it. Only problem is whenever i try to open my .psd files created in 7, i'm giving the message:
"Could not complete your request because the layer is not a valid text layer"
Is there anyway to overcome this, as i need to access all of last years work.
I only changed to CS as when 7 finished loading the fonts in the startup screen, it would jump back to windows and close PS?
saved a siggy or something as a JPEG, and lost all its layers, is there a way to get them back?
