Photoshop :: Documents Always Snap To Left Side Of Screen?
Jul 26, 2013My untabbed documents always snap to left side of the screen. I can't center them in the screen. How do I fix this?

Photoshop :: Get Workspace To Snap Onto Side Of Screen In 6?
Jan 19, 2013When I first installed Photoshop 6, my Workspace was snapped into the right side of the screen; it was attached to that side. Somehow I have managed to pull it off there, and I would really like to put it back, but I can't figure out how. I'm including a screen shot, since I'm sure I'm not describing the problem well at all.

May 20, 2013I am having trouble getting my presets to show up under presets on the left hand side of the screen. They are still in develop presets but there not showing up and Ive tried deleting them and adding them again then closing out of lightroom 4 and going back in but I can not seem to get them to show up again. Jun 3, 2013I'm here with 2013 SP2 64 bit Build 200 and two screens. Left screen is graphics area, Browser is on the left of right screen. Graphics is ATI Fire Pro V7800 with driver 9.3.3.3000.
In video (zipped MP4) you see a cutout of both screens, think of screens changing at the left of the browser.
Now, in many cases, after doing an operation, the browser is jumping back to the middle of my graphics in the left screen.
Photoshop :: CS6 / Un-docked Documents Move To The Left?
May 13, 2012In Photoshop CS6 if one wants to use floating document windows (I don't care for tabs) the opened image cannot be moved around the interface. If you drag the image the document window snaps back to where you moved it from plus some amount to the left. Eventually if you keep trying to drag it to a new location it will move all the way to the left side of the screen and will snap back there when you try to move it. I often like to have several images up at once as I do comps and I am very disappointed that such a major interface issue made it through testing un-noticed.
This happens on both my laptop PC and my Desktop. Both Windows 7 64bit pro machines and each have 8G of ram. Desktop has Nvidia graphics and the laptop has Intel graphics. Happens in both 32 and 64 bit versions of windows.

Oct 10, 2013I have been using various versions of VideoStudio for years to successfully edit videos for courtroom presentations, but this is the first time I have been asked to create a video using two videos playing simultaneously or a side by side image. The first video is a surveillance camera video of a traffic accident, and the second video is a video of a reconstruction of the accident recorded later on the same surveillance system. Even though we can play the videos separately in court, the prosecutor is asking whether or not there is a way to combine both videos into one final product, thereby showing the actual accident side by side with the recreation.

The source dimension is 4256x2832, and specifying this as output size will also create the bars.

Then I want to fill up that inch-wide column with a particular color. The end result being that I will have an inch-wide bar of color running vertically down the left side of my project.
I know this is probably really easy to do but it's been a long time since I had a course in Photoshop.

Then on the photo, I move the line on the top and left to where I want it. The aspect ratio then goes back to original size. What am I missing?
