way to change where photoshop looks for the fonts? Its automatically looking in C:Windowsfonts or whatever, but I dont have that on ubuntu, so it cant find any fonts. I'm 'textless'. I want to change it so it looks in another folder for the fonts! is this possible?

InDesign, for example, will recognize any fonts that are here: C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesAdobeFonts.
Using windows 7 OS. from start> open control panel>fonts. For example: "AdobeFanHeitiStd-Bold.otf" is in fonts folder, but does not show up in photoshop list of fonts in "character" panel. what can i do to show all fonts in the charater panel list?

I just downloaded a bunch of fonts from online. They are all in my download folder. How and where do I move them from THAT folder into CorelDRAW so that I can use them in CD and also in MS Word?? I'll be loading Adobe CS6 soon and I'll want to use them in those apps, too.

I have installed some new fonts in my windows font folder, but they are not showing up in illustrator. I am using a cloud version of illustrator and have tried closing and restarting to no avail.

Left hand side is what is was before, and right hand side is what it is right now… they’re both on crisp though… Even though the right hand side is crisp, it looks like a strong, and when I put that on strong it looks even stronger . I'm using CS5.
"Set Font Family" doesn't work on pse 9. Font is stuck on myriad_pro. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling pse 9 to no avail. Then I downloaded an update of pse 9. I still can't change fonts.

View 2 Replies View RelatedBy default, PSE uses the Windows preferred location for this user. I have a folder that is easier to access, simply D:Scans, and I have to enter this manually, as well as removing the default to set up a folder with "today's date" every time I do a scan. I would like to modify these default settings. Surely those locations must be held in an installed file somewhere, and so if I can just edit that file I'd be very happy.

Can you have more than one font in a text box?
My text box tool does not allow changing, and if a change the font in in Tool Options on the left, it changes everything to that font.
There is a ovelap happening in the centre. I am unable to change fonts or font sizes. Never faced this problem in 12 or X3.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm getting ready to burn a project onto a Blu Ray disc, and after going through the create disc process and selecting 'burn', I get a message that the working folder may not have enough space, but I can select another folder in preferences. That doesn't work, any path I change in preferences just keeps going back to the folder that VSP chose, and always the same message. I downloaded SP2, no difference.
