is there anyway of adding sound to a photoshop document in image ready or just regular photoshop, i wanna the sound of a gun firing,
i have ps 7.0 with image ready and photoshop 8.0 cs with image ready
is it possible to put sound, either a song or a clip, into a picture such as a web banner... my friend wants to have a forum tag were you put your mouse over it and music plays. Is this possible to do in photoshop or image ready?

I am a Video studio PROx4 user. Recently, I had some old 8mm films transferred to video and now I'm editing them in Videostudio prox4.
I have a few clips where I want to add sound; HOwever, when I drag the sound clip to the Voice track or the music track, the clip remains silent. The original clip seems to have a audio track already. I can split the audio and the delete the track from the voice track, and then unmute it and re-submit the music track I want to use but it somehow doesn't do the trick.
I added subtitles to the video...but then there were a few seconds without sound (sound is fine before adding subtitles) all along the video sometimes.

PTPUtils.CreateLayer() method creates a new layer in the given DB. However, the code gives me an "eKeyNotFound" exception in the line p.Layer = newLayer.
If I remove the p.Layer line, the code works very well. But the entity only goes to the default layer "0".
My document palette adds the same colors that are NEVER in my art every time. I swear it's a glitch. The colors are so bizzare. And when I go to delete any of them, it says I can't because they are in use. But they are for sure not being used.
Here's a list of the colors:
Black A0QM, Pantone 142, Black A0QM (1), Black A0QM (2), Black A0QM (3), DIC 2287p* (1), PANTONE 142 (1), Black A0QM (4), PANTONE 142 (2), Black A0QM (5), Black A0QM (6), Black A0QM (7), DIC 2287p* (1) (1), PANTONE 142 (3)
That's the order they are always in. I don't even know where you would get any of those colors and what they would be used for? Except the Pantone of course.
When I add "Document Settings" to the quick acess toobar it causes Inventor to Crash when I close the active .ipt, idw, etc.

Have put the audio on to the project as i always have and ever had any problems wih it. Now though it will only play the sound when the audio clip is selected and not when project is selected, although the coloured lines move on the mixer in both sourround sound and non-surround sound when project is selected.

I can open this pdf file outside photoshop.no problem openning other pdf files on photoshop.

When I open short videos to edit the sound on the original video plays fine but when I open a larger video (1 hr) the sound does not play. I have played with the mute button to no avail. View 1 Replies View RelatedI want to use Photoshop CS6 ( all updates installed ) for editing my videos captured by the Panasonic GH2 camera. I tried all ways of opening the video0001.mts file known to me ( pressing the + symbol, pressing the little film symbol, open as layers ) , and the video itself is shown and played in PS, but the the sound is switched to off and cannot be switched on.
Is there any special setting required or will I have toinstall a special codec for these files ? As the camera is pretty old, I thought for a full compatibility with CS6.
