Jul 2, 2013In windows I always use ALT+T shortcut to open Filter menu in Photoshop. That make my work faster.
How can I do the same thing on MAC? I can not understand.

It would be really convenient to be able to shift-click several objects and toggle the visibility of them. Jul 19, 2013A co-worker scanned a photo and emailed it to me to edit it and try to improve it, but everything I want to do is grayed out so I can't select it and I can't figure out why. Maybe it has to do with how she scanned it?
It's CMYK, 300 dpi, and 8 bit.
I'd like to sharpen it and adjust the hue/saturation, but they're grayed out.
why this is happening and how I can work around this so I can make the changes I need to make?

Photoshop :: CS6 Will Not Save Keyboard Shortcut For Dust And Scratches Filter
Jan 2, 2013I am running Photoshop CS6 with all updates on a Windows 8 system. I have several keyboard shortcuts set up that all work fine but when I assign a keyboard shortcut for the dust & scratches filter it will work until I close Photoshop - when I then open Photoshop again this shortcut is gone but all my other shortcuts remain.
I have tried going back to the default keyboard shortcuts and then adding just the shortcut for dust & scratches (I have tried ctrl-F8 and several others) and then closing Photoshop and opening it again with the same results. I was able to add back all of my other shortcuts and they work fine.
For some reason I can assign a keyboard shortcut to anything except the dust & scratches filter.

Aug 16, 2013I use the clone stamp and the brush tool regularly. Each of these tools provides a Mode: dropdown list to select from in their menu bar.
The drop down options I use most frequently are Lighten and Darken. I would like to create short cuts to Lighten and Darken, such as Ctrl+Shift+L (Lighten) and Ctrl+Shift+D (Darken).
The tools panel menu bar does not appear to have a selection list in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box.
How do I create these shortcuts.

Oct 13, 2005I was doing a project at school on a PC and I came home and went to continue on my Mac and most of the options on the filter menu aren't there, specifically the artistic submenu, I searched through all the other menus and can't find it anywhere, am I just blind or is there something wrong with my copy of PS?

Aug 29, 2013I have attached an image...but in 2013 we had an expanded Right Click shortcut menu...so if you clicked on a line for example it would give you alot of options...as you see in the image I do not have all those in 2014.
My "Shortcutmenu" is set to 11
Pickfirst is set to 1.
In CUI I do not see any seperate menus loaded under Shortcut.

Jun 2, 2011I use Autocad 2011, I appear to have somehow messed up my right click short-cut menu settings. Before, I could right-click and get all of the edit options (delete, move, rotate, draw order, properties, select similar, etc.). I could get these options whether an object was selected or not. Now, my options are the "default" ones (Repeat, Pan, Zoom, Quick calc, etc, to name a few). This happened after I made an adjustment to the drawing in a viewport. Ie. I was in layout, clicked into model space to draw a line, then clicked back to paper space. I NEVER do this (I always switch back to model to edit), except for this one time. Also, if I select an object and hit "delete" on the keyboard, nothing happens. I've already tried adjusting the "shortcutmenu" command number, and nothing really changes in the shortcut menu itself. Also, when keying in a command, the keystrokes used to show up beside my cursor, but now they show only in the command line at the bottom. That's not really a big deal, but I did like the previous function.

May 20, 2013I use the right click as repeat last command a lot, but occasionally I need the shortcut menu and I have to go back and change my settings for right click.
What I would like to do is make Shift+Ctl+right click bring up the shortcut menu, but I cant seem to find it in the command list and when I do searches on google it just brings up stuff about adding an item to the shortcut menu.

Aug 26, 2008I have made an extra CUI that is loaded as a partial CUI.
Now I want to add a context-sensitive shortcut menus like this: POP504, OBJECT_AEC_DOOR.
The problem is that this shortcut menu only shows up if I add the shortcut menu to the main CUI file. If I add it in some partial CUI it never shows.
Does shortcut menus only work from within the main CUI?

Nov 6, 2012I have an inactive snap shortcut menu. When clicking shift + right mouse button the menu appears but when I typet
"E" for "ENDpoint", "M" for "Midpoint" or when I just click over the respective icons in the menu nothing really happens and I get the following message in the command bar:
"Command: _endp Unknown command "ENDP". Press F1 for help."
or
"Command: _mid Unknown command "MID". Press F1 for help."
I tried following, none of which worked:
1. resetting the main customization file ACA_Global.cuix
2. switching between different profiles and cuix files
3. reinstalling Autocad Architecture 2013
4. uninstalling and Installing Autocad Architecture 2013 service pack 1
5. installing older versions of Autocad (2008 and Architecture 2012)
6. reinstalling Windows 7 and installing Autocad Architecture 2013 again
