Just installed the 4.4 update. No desktop shortcut or start menu item. Found the program with Windows Explorer (Win 7 64 bit) and manually added a shortcut on the task bar.

I use the clone stamp and the brush tool regularly. Each of these tools provides a Mode: dropdown list to select from in their menu bar.
The drop down options I use most frequently are Lighten and Darken. I would like to create short cuts to Lighten and Darken, such as Ctrl+Shift+L (Lighten) and Ctrl+Shift+D (Darken).
The tools panel menu bar does not appear to have a selection list in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box.
How do I create these shortcuts.
Is there a way to add a keyboard shortcut or marking menu shortcut for visibility? It would be really convenient to be able to shift-click several objects and toggle the visibility of them. I have a mouse with numerous buttons that are mapped to commonly used IV features, but I cannot find a way to map a visibility toggle.

In windows I always use ALT+T shortcut to open Filter menu in Photoshop. That make my work faster.
How can I do the same thing on MAC? I can not understand.
I'm used to have the "Enter" and "Repeat Last Command" on the right mouse button. I want to use the shortcut menu on any other free mouse button (I have Logitech Performance MX mouse).

I have attached an image...but in 2013 we had an expanded Right Click shortcut menu...so if you clicked on a line for example it would give you alot of options...as you see in the image I do not have all those in 2014.
My "Shortcutmenu" is set to 11
Pickfirst is set to 1.
In CUI I do not see any seperate menus loaded under Shortcut.
I've searched around and can't find an answer to this one.

For example, when I select a text layer and press T, how can I change the font, size, anti-aliasing, etc. without using the mouse?
I use Autocad 2011, I appear to have somehow messed up my right click short-cut menu settings. Before, I could right-click and get all of the edit options (delete, move, rotate, draw order, properties, select similar, etc.). I could get these options whether an object was selected or not. Now, my options are the "default" ones (Repeat, Pan, Zoom, Quick calc, etc, to name a few). This happened after I made an adjustment to the drawing in a viewport. Ie. I was in layout, clicked into model space to draw a line, then clicked back to paper space. I NEVER do this (I always switch back to model to edit), except for this one time. Also, if I select an object and hit "delete" on the keyboard, nothing happens. I've already tried adjusting the "shortcutmenu" command number, and nothing really changes in the shortcut menu itself. Also, when keying in a command, the keystrokes used to show up beside my cursor, but now they show only in the command line at the bottom. That's not really a big deal, but I did like the previous function.

I'm using Autocad 2012 and I cannot get rid of the shortcut menu when using the
distance command. F12 works initlailly but only for first part of command.
Shortcut menu always appears.
Not sure what happened, but my right click short cut menu is no longer working. I have verified my right click customization under options and also confirmed that "pickfirst" is on. It was working and then just quite. I have restarted the computer several times but status remains unchanged.

Now in 2013, I have to right click then click V for move. I also used to be able to right click and type O for rotate. Now nothing happens. I have to click again on rotate rather than typing a key. There's a few others I'd like to change.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI am using VideoStudio Pro Ultimate 6 and it offers me certain Menu Packs and Title Packs, but when I try to install I get the message "Installed Version of the application could not be determined. Setup will terminate". All of the single Title packs install without a hitch, but several of the packages will not. At a lost of how to troubleshoot this and wonder have others here experienced anything similar or same. I was thinking because I upgraded from Version 4 ultimate and never got 5 because I got Mercalli and ProDad with the Ultimate upgrade in Version 4, that maybe it is looking for version 5. Other than that supposition, I am at a lost.

I just installed Indesign CC on a new Mac laptop (I can provide specs if needed), and when I open ID *all* menu items are greyed out. I can't create a new file, open legacy files, or even quit the app (force quit only). I have not installed any plugins. Other CC programs work fine.

I use the right click as repeat last command a lot, but occasionally I need the shortcut menu and I have to go back and change my settings for right click.
What I would like to do is make Shift+Ctl+right click bring up the shortcut menu, but I cant seem to find it in the command list and when I do searches on google it just brings up stuff about adding an item to the shortcut menu.
Is there a way to make Shift+Ctl+right click bring up the shortcut menu?
I have made an extra CUI that is loaded as a partial CUI.
Now I want to add a context-sensitive shortcut menus like this: POP504, OBJECT_AEC_DOOR.
The problem is that this shortcut menu only shows up if I add the shortcut menu to the main CUI file. If I add it in some partial CUI it never shows.
Does shortcut menus only work from within the main CUI?
I have an inactive snap shortcut menu. When clicking shift + right mouse button the menu appears but when I typet
"E" for "ENDpoint", "M" for "Midpoint" or when I just click over the respective icons in the menu nothing really happens and I get the following message in the command bar:
"Command: _endp Unknown command "ENDP". Press F1 for help."
or
"Command: _mid Unknown command "MID". Press F1 for help."
I tried following, none of which worked:
1. resetting the main customization file ACA_Global.cuix
2. switching between different profiles and cuix files
3. reinstalling Autocad Architecture 2013
4. uninstalling and Installing Autocad Architecture 2013 service pack 1
5. installing older versions of Autocad (2008 and Architecture 2012)
6. reinstalling Windows 7 and installing Autocad Architecture 2013 again
I am trying to install pixel bender into my filters menu. I have downloaded 64-bit extension as admin in CS5. It appears to be successfully downloaded, but does not show up in filters menu.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI deleted a number of LR5 sidecar files (xmp) using Windows Explorer. Done deliberately!
Now, LR shows 'Sidecar files' - xmp in the metadata panel -- even though the xmp file no longer exists. Is there some way to tell LR that the file is no longer there? and remove the entry from the panel?
When in Library mode I want to move around the filmstrip (at the bottom) when in Loupe View. The same can be said about being in Grid View. I am able to go to the next or previous slides with the arrow keys and by pressing Page-Up and Page-Down it jumps ahead/back 10 or slides. How do you jump to the first or last slide? When I push Home or End nothing happens. I thought it was supposed to jump to the first or last slide.

View 2 Replies View RelatedSee the below text box, which I frequently use to retrieve lists of requested photos. This box does not comport to industry standards. When you click on it, the last whole word erroneously becomes highlighted --I expect the cursor to be positioned at the pointer so that I can add or insert text. Instead my first keystroke erases the last entry! Additionally, the undo/redo keys (ctrl Z/Y) are non-functional. Applies to at least the last few versions.

I'm currently running 11.0.1).
Whenever I load photoshop, just as it is about to finish "Initializing panels..." an error box pops up saying: "Adobe Photoshop CS4: Photoshop.exe - Entry Point Not Found" "The procedure entry point
Is ThreadDesktop Composited could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll." After the box pops up I press the "Okay" button (that's the only one there) and it then opens Photoshop - which works perfectly. No other errors, no missing functions, no lag.
I'm pretty sure getting an error during start up is a good indication that not everything is 100%.
I just want to clean up some duplicate entries from the external editor drop down list. I know how to create them but how do you delete them?
