How do I insert the custom arrow graphic so that it appears when I create a bulleted list, instead of the standard bullet point, which appears by default?

What would be the best way to remove duplicate points from DB?
I do not think iterating through the whole database and compare each point's coordinate would be the best way since it will take a lot of time if the points are many.
I once saw a CAD command that does it for me. (which I can't remember now)
Maybe I could use that command.
I have an "existing" surface built. But there has been some construction since my company surveyed the site. So, my surveyor went out and got the new points in the area of the new construction. I am trying to remodel the "existing" surface without rebuilding the entire surface. I have removed the old (demoed) points from the point group used to define the surface. But, the points are not being removed from the surface.

I have seen in the past how people have put together a flyer size document with various photos etc blended in with invitation details like venue, date etc.
The question is how and where do I start?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am wondering if there is a way to add/remove/redistribute anchor points on a compound shape so that there are evenly spaced anchors along the outline of that shape.I am aware of the "add anchor points" command. But that adds a new anchor at EVERY midpoint between two anchors. It doesn't smartly calculate where to add and where to avoid adding anchors.
View 1 Replies View RelatedIs there a way to remove redundant points whilst maintaining the exact shape of the path?
After using Pathfinder or Expand there are often many redundant points which can't be removed using Simplify or Unite.
The VectorScribe plugin has a Smart Remove Points feature which is exactly what I want. I'm presuming the only way I can get that feature is to buy the plugin.
A simple example is shown below: The path is part of an exact circle and I need to remove one of the anchors.
I am studying for an MSc in Geology and am doing seismic mapping. To tidy up my maps I exported them to ArcGIS so I could join various ones together and also contour the maps. Then I exported the GIS maps into illustrator so I could attempt to smooth some of the contours as they are extremely jaggedy due to the nature of the data.Is there a way to quickly smooth lines or mass delete points that make up the lines?I am asking because I have 30+ maps and each map has maybe 50lines with each line being made up of currently about 1000 points each...
If I can't find a solution I will probably end up drawing over the contours with the pen tool and just smoothing it that way, as it should be a lot faster then deleting so many points.
I am currently using Illustrator CS5 and have access to CS4.
Just gotta do a A6 Flyer which will be printed by a priniting company.
Just checking should the bleed size be 2mm?
I made a flyer in Photoshop, I saved it as a JPG. Then I went into my email client AOL to insert it into the body of the email to send out to my clientele. I sent it to myself first to check the resolution etc. The problem is I cannot get it to keep the orginal aspect ration within the email. I compared it to other flyers sent to me, that were produced in Photoshop, I checked all the specs and everything in them matched mine. When I put them into the email the retained their orginal format.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to print a flyer that has art on the front and back. I copied the images from Photoshop CS to Microsoft Word on page one and two. I then printed page one and then turned the page over and printed page two on the back. Though I have the same settings for page one and two in Word, it's not aligning.
Is there another way to do this so I can get perfect alignment for the front and back of the page. Can I do this with Photoshop or should I use a table in Microsoft Word or should I use another program altogether like Adobe Pagemaker or Quarkexpress.
