Mar 19, 2013Having failed to open a Raw file from my new Nikon D600 I have down loaded the trial of elements 11 but this still does not open the file.I have seen that update 7.3 is needed and that I need to go to update to select it.

Feb 20, 2011I just finished making sure all 4 published patches were applied to my copy of Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3. The Nikon D40X is in the supported camera list. When I try to open a NEF file I took today I get the following error: "An error has occurred while trying to read from the file." What am I missing?

May 12, 2011When I migrated to 2012 form 2011, it only migrated a partial list of the support file search locations. So, I reset the ones that were missing and exported out my profile.
Next I saved my workspace to my name and checked the box to "automatically save workspace".
I shut my computer down for the night. When I restarted my computer, then AutoCAD 2012 the missing support paths are missing again. I am not the only one in the CAD department that is having this issue. It is so annoying to have to reset my profile every time I shut my computer down.

After reading about it, I saw that I could add them back in by putting

at the end of acad2013.lsp.
1. However, I get malformed string on input error in AutoCAD.
2. My other question is do I need to list only the custom paths or all of the built-in paths as well?

May 30, 2011I believe a dwg I am trying to access is affected by the acad.vlx virus as an alert comes up to check autodesk for solution (ID: TS13717811) however the published solution doesn't seem to work for the latest version of AutoCAD LT 2012 as it asks me to access a file in the support folder which doesn't exist on my system.

Jun 12, 2012Do a quick print screen of support file search path? Our computer's are set up by an outside source and I believe they did not migrate anything correctly or did something incorrectly. My issue specifically is anything to do with rendering and materials displaying is not working. I just want to make sure ACAD 2013 is looking at all the standard file locations along with our customization files. This is happening on 2 computers that have 2013 installed, all the rest are still using 2012 and this works fine. I tried exporting that profile, but still nothing works for rendering.

Jul 19, 2012I add 3 folder locations to the Support File Search Path. At random, all 3 of these locations disappear. I haven't tracked when this happens and what maybe happened previously, but I know I'm not the only one within my office that this has happened to. The paths are on a file server for our blocks.
Not sure how relevant this is, but I have a HP Z420 Workstation, W7-64-bit, Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate, using AutoCAD MEP 2013.

One thing I would like to add to this lisp routine is the ability to add support file search paths.
Is there a simple setenv variable for this? or is it more complicated?

May 6, 2013i have trial of ps6 & could not open raw files from nikon d600 - note came on screen saying: "could not complete command because the file appears to be from camera model which is not supported by the installled version of camera raw". i know it does because i tried on friend's trial version and wanted to try myself!

Today I downloaded all the updates yesterday as prompted by Adobe..Now NONE of my RAW files will open and it just sends me to a page claiming that I need to update to version 7..which I just did!! What am I to do now? I have restarted and searched for further updates but there are none.
