I don't have photoshop, so the titlepages i can make with paint look no good. All that is required is that there be a title that says Super Buddies, and a logo that says SB. The whole style, colors, and other pictures are totally up to the creator. I could use more than 1 title page, so if multiple people would want to make one that is fine.

Are there any special ways to go about this or CAD standards that I should observe?
I mostly use A3 and A4 paper for architectural metric drawings.
Is it worth making me own templates so that I can just jump into future drawings or is it better to download templates from the internet?
Is there a logical way to use a Title Block and border page that I created for use on an ANSI size A page to create an ANSI B, C, D? Scaling seems to work in one direction (x or y) but not both. Stretching doesn't solve my text in the Title Block from appearing too small when I create a D size.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI would like to know how I can edit my Title Block at the bottom of my page. I used to be able to select it in the past when opening the new template file. However after I performed drawings in the model window and back to the layout, I cannot click or edit the field anymore. I tried highlighting using my mouse, shifting layers and exploring right click commands but nothing good came up.
Refer to the attachment what I mean. I am running AutoCAD 2013 and I am on the "AutoCAD Classic" theme.
I tried doing a search online and on the forum with keywords such as "edit title", "edit name" but nothing relevant came up.

Standard sheet number option gives you only 1, 2 and so on.
I want A1 where A does not change and 1 changes depending on sheet number.
I added a title to my movie but the title is showing up on random clips now.

I was sent a .psd-file (actually 3) which were created in Photoshop CS3 but I can not open any of them, because PS tell me
"Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document."
Also, I was sent a lot of .psd-files during the last years and I have most of them in my email-account. Unfortunately, I can't even open any of them either!! And these were .psd-files PRE CS3 and worked just fine in CS2 ...
I tried everything:
- Drag & Drop from Windows Explorer into Photoshop
- "Open as"
>> Nothing seems to work...
I have no MS Paint or digital photography skills at all. I have tried, but it never turns out the way I want it to, so I come to the digital photography pros for a favor. Would anyone do a simple job for free? All I need is text added to the picture.
I would like "GA VA 2006-2007" and underneath have "22-14-8". The bottom left would be the best place, I think, but if you have another idea, go for it. All I want is to make it look good.
I use Photoshop CS4 now and I have a problem when I want to import (by dragging'n dropping, importing, open - I tried every way)a .png or i.e. also an .jpg:
when I worked a short time with PS (i.e. 10 minutes) and want to open a .png then, there comes the popup-window with: "Could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file"
The funny thing is: my file is NOT broken!! Because if I then shutdown PS and open it again, there is no longer a problem to open the .png-file.... after a while of course it comes back...

I get this message when I try to open a .mov file...
"Could not complete your request because DynamicLink is not available?"
A customer of mine has a problem when he tries to open a pdf document in photoshop. This document is only 50MB large, but Photoshop displays the message "could not complete your request, not enough memory (ram)" when he tries to open this.
It is a windows 7 x64 system with 6GB of RAM. When the file is being opened, in process explorer you can see that photoshop is using more and more RAM untill it reaches the point of just above 2GB. Then photoshop displays this message.The system still has 30% free RAM memory left, but adobe won't use this memory.
I run CS4 on Windows 7. Whenever I boot up, I get an error/prompt that says I have to restart the computer for updating to continue.
I know this has been discussed in many different places here, and I have tried everything everything I can find in them. Sometimes I get a fix, and then the next time updater runs, it's back.
Why can't this well-discussed problem be fixed in an update sometime? Or, perhaps this is my penance for still using CS4.

I'm using Windows XP and PhotoShop 8.0. I've been working on a drawing all day, and I've opened it up numerous times over the last few days. I've edited it in Paint Shop Pro as well, and haven't had any trouble with it until now. Out of nowhere I got that 'file not compatible' error and I have no idea what to do. I've tried opening it in GIMP (won't open), PSP (won't open), and ImageReady.. which opens it, but all the layers except the bottom one are blank, and the bottom one's colors are wrong and it only seems to show the top half of the image.
Is there any other way I could open and save this picture? I don't have any more programs that might be able to open it, but if someone else could or something, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
I receive this ERROR when I try to open in Photoshop CS2 different files from the same project.
The file size is about ±52MB, with several layers and SmartObjects.
What makes me insane is that I am able to open it on ImageReady CS2 and Illustrator CS2 but not in PS CS2.
I already try to open it in Windows Safe Mode but no success.
This is vital file for my work. Does anyone knows a solution for it?
I cannot save or go into blending options~
Is there something I can do to not lose all the progress of made of getting that far?
Would any of you guys be able to change the color of this logo from yellow/red to lightblue/blue? Or possibly explain how to do it?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI started to get the message "Could not complete your request because of a program error" a little while back, but it would go away after restarting photoshop, so I wasn't too worried about it. But now I've encountered this one file that won't let me do anything to it. As soon as I open it it pops up with the error message. No amount of clicking makes it go away, and I have to force quit photoshop. Always the same thing. I haven't found anything that works (I tried the file info>copyright idea and deleting Photoshop's preferences, even getting rid of extra fonts, and clearing the library>cache.)

It's a psd file. There are only 2 layers on the files, one is a vector smart image.
I opened the file and was able to edit it fine on a friend's computer, no error messages whatsoever - so it's not a corrupt file. (But that doesn't solve my computer's dilemma.)
I am having trouble with completing value scale gradations. I do not have a problem using the Gradient Too. My problem begins when I attempt to pick up the color with the Eye Dropper Tool and then apply it using the Bucket Tool. The H slidder remains at the correct number. The S and B sliders do not move so gradation does not occur. I keep getting a "Could not complete your request because of a program error."

I am on PS CS6 version 13.0.06 x64. Running on Mac OS X version 10.9. Installed the new Maverick on November 10 and not sure if that has anything to do with this.
In PS I get the error above when I go to File/Open and look for a photo file to pull. Before I even get a chance to chose a file the error pops up and does not let me go any further.
Also if I am in LR5 and send a photo to PS through Photo/Edit in/Edit in Photoshop CS6 it will open it. However, when I go to save as JPEG the folders just disappear and brings back the photo and does not allow me save.

I have extensively searched on the internet for solutions and have tried everything such as: disk checking, deframgenting, playing around with photoshop preferences, deleting temp files, resetting preferences, clearing disk space. I have assigned two hard drives for photoshop, one with 16 GB free and the other with 8 GB free.

View 18 Replies View RelatedI have a single user who's PS (CS6) that seems to always (or atleast, a great majority of the time) corrupt large .psd documents. It doesn't seem to matter if she is working with previously created files, or starting from scratch. If she saves a file that is larger than about 900MB, it corrupts and nobody can open it anymore. I've tried removing the entire CS6 design suite, and reinstalling it, but the issue persisted. I have about 10 users on identical systems that have never had issues, and she never had issues until about two weeks ago. As far as I know, nothing major changed on the system when this started happening. how I can stop the file corruption?
