How do I dim them all down to the same shade of grey? E.g. turn everything except white into #CCCCCC.
Open a new doc in Greyscale mode, and use your Color palette in RGB Spectrum to select your hue of grey/colour. And to get a finer shade of grey/colour within the hue of grey/colour you're working with, click on the little arrow (top right of Color palette) and open up the drop down menu and select Current Color. This will give you a finer palette of grey/colour saturation to work with.

How do I make shade on one side in a curved manner (that is, it gets gradually darker as you move from the interior of the blob to the edge). Also, how do I add light in the same manner or as a condensed reflective/glittering spot. I also have some circles I'd like to make into spheres with a similar technique. How do you make spheres out of circles in regards to shading and light?

View 7 Replies View RelatedReferring to the image attached, this is my question: I want to make all the blue and red in the image of one plain shade. You can see that in the image there are couple of patches of red and blue color separated by while lines. Now inside one of these colored patches (which is isolated form another patch by a combination of above mentioned white lines and the boundary of the image itself), the color is either red or blue. This color does not look uniform because this image is a scan of a painting. Hence, although the entire patch is red/blue, not every pixel in that patch is of the same shade. If I wanted to change everything inside one such region to a plain red or blue color, how can I do that? If such is the case then I will try to articulate it better. Find attached, the image.

View 1 Replies View RelatedSo when you're zoomed out, you can see a grey background around your canvas. But when you're zoomed close enough, so that your canvas is bigger that your screen, you can't see that grey background, since the canvas become the borderline of your working space.
Â
But is there a way to make that grey background visible even if i'm zoomed in?
Â
Example: I'm drawing grass and I would like that my brush strokes begins outside of the box, while being zoomed in.
Is there any way I can make grey text into black? If I alter the contrast the background becomes grey which I do not want.
View 7 Replies View Relatedcan I alter the BACKGROUND COLOUR from the Grey to a lighter grey as in P/Shop Album 2.00 which is just what I want..I hate the darker colour as background..I have just purchased the Elements 11.Â
View 5 Replies View RelatedIf I select a "New" document in CS5 I find that I am only able to paint or fill in in grey scale. This is new. In the Color options panel the grey scale slider is ticked and all other options are greyed out.
How do I remove the tick by the side of the grey scale slider and make the other options available for selection as normal. I note that if I open a previously opened document all options are available it just seems to be new blank documents.
as a user of pse 6 I 'm used to work with darkgrey background in the organizer.
This works perfectly for quickly assessing brightness and contrast of pictures.
In pse 10 however I could not find any button to change the preset lightgrey background colour to darkgrey.
There's a transparency box you can check when you go to print.

I am currently running Map 3D 2012 with CadWorx and I am having an issue with one of my multi tab drawings. Any object set to plot grey (any grey), that is in paper space, is plotting black only in one of my layouts. similar objects in model space and in both spaces on other layouts are all plotting accordingly.

View 2 Replies View RelatedSay I have a cartoon-like image of a face, outlined in black, and filled in with a background color. The image was saved as a .jpg so it got anti-aliased and the black outline & background instead of being 2 shades (one for the background, one for the outline) became many shades. Aside from the painstakingly long process of erasing all background pixels and replacing it, yet again with all the same shade, is there another, perferably easier and faster method of doing this.

Is there a feature in photoshope that allows to put a shade under a written text. For example something like the shade under the big Google word on their site, which gives a kind of three dimensionality to the text.
