i want to do is a "calendar like" picture and so i need to make the background of the actual calendar (with the month and dates ) transparent so that only the name of the date and numbers show.
and i would also like to know how the make the sarroundings of a the logo transparent
i hjope ive been specific enough (basecly i want to know how i could make a calendar from a normal pic and add a logo to it. )
Can you make a calendar in Photoshop? Be able to print it off and have everything look like a calendar? My teacher wishes to know if it would be cheaper to just do it ourselves and I believe it would be. I'm just wondering if I could make the calendar pages in Photoshop easily.

I had no problem changing the resolution on paint shop pro until it decided it crash and never reopen. Now I'm trying to figure out how on earth to do that with gimp. On PSP I just went to image/resize and all I had to do was change the 72 to 300. I'm at loss on how to do it with any other paint or photo program.

Step 1: Make GIF Layers
Step 2: Open Animation Window
Step 3: Select 'Make Animation from Layers'
Step 4: Save as GIF

I used to use a plugin in previous versions, but the file formats subdirectory is missing from the plugins directory. Surely this should be possible in CS6 (extended even) straight out of the box given that every web developer on the planet needs to make loads of these.
