The problem is, the lighting was horrible at the airport they were at and the picture turned out pretty bad. I'm no expert in Photoshop, but I do know my way around it pretty well- the problem is I don't know if there is any hope to bring out features in Ed's face.
This picture might be a lost cause, but if any of you think you know how to make the picture better,
I have attached a section of a picture that I am currently working on. I have been trying to get rid of some green and red pixels that are all over the picture. You can better see them in the hair and neck area.
The original file has a decent size and is 300dpi.
I have been trying to use the clone tool, paint over the hair but it just doesn´t look right.
way to get rid of the glare in this picture?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just scanned a transparency in my EPSON 2450. It came out with some curves like a rainbow, I don't know how it is called. Is there any way to remove that without affecting the texture of the photograph? (these curves show over a piece of fabric and I really wanna keep the texture of the fabric).

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've got are some scans of some drawings I've made and I'd like to get rid of a few blemishes. First of all, a few of them have some really ugly creases where they've been folded. How can I get rid of those? Second, some of them were too big to scan all at once and I had to connect several scans together in one JPEG. The borders between them are obvious and I'd like to know how to smooth them over so it's not so obvious that the whole was put together with several pieces.

I understand that there is an "Unblur" feature available in one of the Adobe products but have been unable to find out if it is in Photoshop or Lightshop and which version.
View 1 Replies View RelatedIs this even fixable? I have been trying to fix my dogs yellow eye look. I can not figure it out because the whole eye turned yellow in the photo not just the pupil. (He always looks so serious...he's a big clown lol.) Sooo... I have included some other pictures of what his actual eye color is.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a layer in a photoshop file that is semi-transparent, and want to make it opaque.
It hasn't got a layer mask, it isn't just a normal layer with the opacity slider down, I just accidentally used the eraser tool on it with a low opacity and didn't notice until it was too late.
I have some photos I took at a car show. Unfortunately, the event was held in a garage under horrible lighting. It gave everything a yellow-orange cast. What is the best way to remove or shift the color cast to more natural light. I tried Channel Mixer to some good effect. I have attached a sample image. I realize it may be hard to recover anything, but I'm just interesting in the technique.
Note in the image, there is almost no blue. The Channel mixer allows "converting" some of the other light into blue. I'm I on the right track?
Update has failed several times. The update log states a file is corrupt and the program needs to be re-installed. How do I do this?

I have some plans that have been been scanned. There is distortion either in the original or in the scanning.

The plans have reference grids that are
1. Not perpendicular; and
2. Not evenly spaced

Is there an easy way to correct?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a photo in RAW format, shot with a flash where the photo is properly exposed except for the face on the subject. It is badly overexposed. Any tips on correcting exposure in just that area? I think I understand the general steps - mask and correct, but would like any tips since this is the first time I'm doing such a thing. Usually, exposure correction for me involved the entire photo.

It is the only photo that we took standing like that outside, and my roommate and his newlywed wife probably would like this picture. I have it posted online, if you need to look at it or download it (I havnt had a chance to resize it or anything, so it is pretty big at the moment)

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have used PS to edit my car photos for a while now, but there is one thing I still haven't mastered.
In the photo below I would like to remove the sun glare 'spots' you can see on the rear wheel arch (plus a few smaller ones also), but when I try to colour that area it never blends nicely with the rest of the paintwork.
could someone help me fix it so the lighting is nice and normal? There is so much glare from the light.
View 3 Replies View Relatedtrying to reduce the amount of glare in this picture of my car. The picture will be used in a calendar so I need it to look professional. I tried getting rid of the glare spots by using the healing brush, smudge, and blur tools, but I'm clueless when it comes to the white spots. I tried using a black fill with opacity set to 8, and that helped a little bit. I'm attaching the original and the modified versions, but if anyone wants the high res version to edit it,
