View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I use the share button and try to enter new contacts the program will not save them. So each time I go in and want to send an e-mail I have to go look up the e-mail address and re-enter each time.
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I try to save contacts in either Elements Organizer 10 or 11 in the Contact Book, it saves nothing. After I click the save button and reopen the contact book, anything I entered is gone.
Â
I've tried entering names as I'm preparing to send e-mail, I've tried doing it through Edit>Contact Book..., and even by adding a New Group to the Contact Book before entering new name, none of which work.Â
I am running Photoshop Elements 5.0 on Windows 7. I receive an error message when trying to share photos using Outlook 2010. I have selected Outlook as the Client E-mail in Preferences / Sharing. I have ensured that Outlook is the defaul e-mail in Windows Internet Control Panel. This feature used to work for me before I had to re-install Elements because my computer crashed.
View 1 Replies View RelatedAm running PSE10, fully patched and updated, on Win 7. My default email client on the machine is Outlook, not sure if it's 2010 or 2013 (Microsoft has made it remarkably difficult to find out this simple fact - About apparently no longer works that way...) but I think it's 2013. Outlook works fine for all normal uses. I believe Outlook was installed after PSE10.
Â
I recently had my first opportunity to use the Sharing options, and discovered the program simply crashes when I attempt to do a Photo Mail - which I've done often in the past with other versions of PSE but not so much with 10.Â
Â
In the PSE10 preferences, I've discovered the only option for Email clients appears to be Adobe Email Service - Outlook is not listed. There is no "refresh list" option.
Â
[URL], which seems to provide a solution involving a registry hack, if one wants to use Windows Live Mail. Apparently Win 7 does not store a default email client where PSE10 is expecting to find it. I have no problem with registry changes, however I don't want Windows Live Mail. I have Outlook, I'd like to use Outlook.
Â
I would think there would be some similar registry hack for Outlook, however I have not been able to find it. I could probably work it out by looking at the keys entered in this hack and trial and error, but would prefer to just know what works and do that...
Â
The machine I use has other logins, will I need to apply that fix to these additional logins separately as well?
Click on Edit, Preferences, Sharing and select client to use. It only gives two, Windows Live and Adobe E-Mail Service.
View 2 Replies View RelatedHave Adobe photoshop elements 8. Have tried every thing that's called for, but can not get my pictures into the Microsoft Outlook. The program still want me to go to Internet control panel to make the change and I've done that.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have recently installed Photoshop Elements 11 on a new Windows 7 64 bit PC.
Â
When I try and send an attachment by email (Share - File Attachment) then my Outlook 2010 client is missing from the list of Email Client options. I only see the Adobe service and Windows Live Mail.
Â
Is there a way of getting Elements 11 to recognise that I have Outlook 2010 installed ?
I cannot import my Outlook contact list to Photoshop when using the Share feature.Â
View 7 Replies View RelatedUser guide states: "Customize Brush Tip Shape options like Granularity, Spatter, Hardness, and Distortion controls. With a stylus, alter the spread of sprayed strokes by changing pen pressure."
I see the settings for controlling ganularity, distortion, spatter, etc., and the stylus tilt angle seems to control "distortion".
Â
The cursor "spray" outline seems to change shape as when the stylus hovers over the tablet. But there appears to be less control when stylus contacts tablet.

I used traditional airbrushes for years. There are some interesting emulations here, but a better description

I also tried clicking File/New and then paste but again...no paste option. I have a second machine with the same Outlook and CS3 and the process works flawlessly. I know this is probably either a Windows or Outlook query.
View 10 Replies View RelatedI understand the process of splitting faces and applying a Bonded Contact between the split faces when you have a bolted connection with a nut, but what kind of contacts would you use for say a threaded connection? For example, suppose you have a plate that will be bolted to a mold. The plate has clearnace holes for said bolts and so that the bolts are threaded into the mold to be lifted. The plate has a threaded hole for the lifting mechanism (Swivel Hoist Ring). Finally, the desired load is applied to the Swivel Hoist Ring and the bolts are placed in pre-tension. I would like to simulate this via FEA but am getting tripped up in the contacts. Also I am trying to make it as simple and efficient as possible (by eliminating any bolts or other parts that are not needed). I use INV Pro 2014.Â
