View 1 RepliesI just upgraded to Photoshop 10 from 3. Now, when I am editing a few days worth of pictures one after the other, I go to open the next file (picture) the computer takes me back to the top (first one listed) each time. Many times I am editing over 100 pictures in the file, and now have to scroll down each time and that takes forever. I have to remember what number picture I was on. In my earlier version, the compiter "held" the spot where I was so it was easy to select trhe next picture to edit.
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I am editing a lot of pictures, after saving the edited picture and when I go to open the next picture, the folder always goes back to the beginning. This then requires to scroll down to the nest picture to be edited which takes a LOT of time, especially if there are 200-300 pictures ihn the folder. In the "old" elements this was not a problem. Is there a setting someplace. I am using Elements 10.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am trying to place pictures into my paragraph text so that the text wraps around the picture (like you can in Word).? Can anyone let me know how to do this in Photoshop 7.0 for Windows??
All I can find is how to wrap text around object (i.e. word on a coffee cup image itself) or putting the actual picture as fill for the font.?

View 2 Replies View RelatedAfter opening a .jpeg file, I'd like to add text. No problem adding text. The problem is editing the text. Apparently, PhotoShop Elements 10 gets stuck on one font. And it can't be changed. When clicking on the down arrow (to change the font), the User Interface "jumps" up and down. But, the font won't change. I am able to change the color of the text, but not the font. I checked my System and there's no problems. I even did a Virus scan...none found. Is there a setting from within
PhotoShop Elements 10 that I'd be able to import the fonts on my System ?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm in process of creating a photobook using LR4's Book Module. Whenever I create a multiple columns page or photo caption, the text won't flow from the 1st column into the succeeding column.... The multiple columns feature however does work for normal text placeholders.
View 10 Replies View RelatedI have two pictures that i want to stitch together, but the results are shocking.
Basically i want to keep the picture of the hands, but instead of holding up the world, i want it to hold up my school logo.
As it is going to be a logo, the size is not really a huge issue, as long as it is big enough to show what is happening.
You will find two simmilar pictures with only one noticable difference. To the middle left in one picture are a group of mountains, in the other one there are no mountains. What I ask everyone to do is to save these two pictures and answer me this question: Were the mountain edited out of picture 1, or edited into picture 2?
The more specific you get with your answers the better. In a day or two I will post my own answer to compare to everyone elses. As of right now I will not tell you which one is or isn't edited, I want everyone to figure it out on their own. Remember, right now, there is no wrong answer. But if you do answer, give whatever proof you can.

I've been using Photoshop CS6 for a while, and suddenly, some random "squares" shows up! A kind of a filter? And it prevents me for editing my pictures..! How this suddenly came up?
I'm using a MacBook Pro 15,4" Retina.
I have included both a text and a date as part of the photo caption on each of my photos. When I have attempted to search for a specific date or year, however, nothing comes up. For example, if I search for my photo on "Fido 1985", I can find Fido, but if I simply enter "1985", I get nothing.

When attempting to add simple text on an individual layer, the layer is turning black. This prevents me from seeing the text I'm editing. When I move to another layer the text displays correctly. When I go to edit the text by clicking the image the layer goes black again. It is like editing text in the dark, turning the light on to see the changes, turning the light off to make the changes, repeat.
I am new to adobe photoshop and would like to add something like Bob Photography to all the pictures I take.
