View 1 RepliesJust had a logo designed and would like to add it to my existing photos. How do I resize and change the transparency of the logo when applying it to an existing photo. Everything I have tried so far the logo just covers the picture and I can't move it or resize it much less change the transparency. I am an amatuer and really don't want to put out the big bucks for photoshop itself.

Last moment, the client like the reverse the colors from (current) Black on white, to all White on dark gray background.

I have tried duplicating layers and it just replaces the whole image, it seems to work using levels layers but not the other layers ... Essentially all the images where taken with the same camera and lighting and lens's ...

Some objects only have an outline, and some only have a fill without having to go through each object one by one in the object manager?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have Elements 7. I've been using it for a couple of years and know my way around from playing with it but am certainly no expert. I am a jewelry designer with a small home web based business. I offer designs in both silver and gold and wanted to know if I can just change the color of a piece from silver to gold in elements. It's a huge amout of time and money remaking every piece in both metals--I am on a shoestring budget so this is a big deal. (I am attaching a photo as an exaple of what I'd need to convert below)

I have no trouble making a selection, but I'm embarassed to say that I don't know what to do after that. I've tried adjusting the hue/saturation, but important detail is lost, and (for example) if I was trying to make the image #ff0000 red, it wouldn't really be true in color with a hue/saturation adjustment. I know this image is not the best quality, but something tells me that I need to make and selection, then create a new layer.. but as a newbie I'm stumped. Said another way, I'd like to resize a group of identical objects but instead of there being a single center/anchor point in the middle of the bounding box, I'd like each object within the group to retain it's center/anchor point (so multiple anchor points) and resize based on those positions.
