View 1 RepliesI installed Photoshop CS3 Trial and whenever I run it and choose to begin my trial period I get the following error message:
"Problem with Trial - problem loading trial period for Adobe Photoshop CS3".
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and even ran the Adobe CS3Clean Script but nothing seems to help.
I should note I never installed any earlier version of Photoshop on my system (I use a fresh copy of Windows XP with only a few programs installed).
I wanted to install the Photoshop CS6 trial, however both installation apps that are available come up with errors:With Adobe Download Assistant, after a few seconds of the message "Installing application", I get the error message: "The application could not be installed. Try installing it again (Error# 0)".
With Adobe Application Manager, after the files are downloaded and extracted, I get the error "Installation failed: Insufficient disk space to extract files. Please clear space on C: and try again (EX10)", even though both on the target drive (which I've set to D:) and on the C: drive, there is plenty of space available (85GB and 2.5GB, respectively).
I previously had CS4 installed, and uninstalled it before attempting to install the trial of CS6. I'm running Win XP SP3 32-bit on a laptop with 4GB RAM.
before i installed the CS4 trial, i uninstalled all previous photoshop versions that were on my computer(cs2,3). but when i open photoshop cs4, it doesnt even start to open. all i get is an error reading "licensing for this product has stopped working" and it says that i must restart my computer before launching, which i did. it's the same error every time. i have a windows xp home edition 32 bit.512 Mb of RAM.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI installed Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium (Trial Version) from a PC magazine cover DVD. After the installation I opened up Photoshop,
Dreamweaver & Flash without a hitch. After closing them all down, I attempted to re-open Photoshop about 20 minutes later. I received a message "A problem was encountered while trying to load the trial period for Adobe Photoshop CS3".
I attempted to open Flash & Dreamweaver but received the same message. I re-started my PC, no good. I did a repair of the software, no good. I reformatted the hard drive and re-installed the software, no good. I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended (Trial Version) from Adobe's web site and installed it on a second PC and got the same trial period error message.
I installed Adobe Acrobat 6 Professional (Trial Version) from a PC magazine cover CD and it worked fine. I have searched online and quite a few people seem to be having the same problem but as yet I can not find an answer. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to fix it. My PC is an ASUS A8V Deluxe, AMD64 3200+, 1280MB RAM, GeForce 6200 256MB Graphics Card, SoundBlaster 5.1 Audio.
I am using trial version of adobe photoshop CS6. I installed the product it runned fine for a day but then it gave error - 16. I reinstalled the product and it runned fine. But after 2 days it again gave the error. This happens with Adobe Flash Professional CS6 also.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI downloaded and installed the CS4 trial version. It installed ok with no errors. CS4 runs ok. Except when I tried to open a JPG file. I got an exception error and the app aborted. When I ran CS4 again I was asked to enter the license key. There was no 'Trial' option displayed. And the menu header of the window said my trial version had expired. Hence I can no longer run it after less than one day.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am trying to add several photos to a frame. I just downloaded the free trial of photoshop elements 12, but the entire column labeled 'layer' is disabled. I can't use clipping mask. I am wondering, is this feature disabled because it's a free trial? Do I need to have my photos arranged differently in order for the layer column to be active and usable? Is this a feature that elements does not have?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI wanted to try adobe's Lightroom and downloaded and installed the trial version. I have decided not to purchase at this time and attempted to uninstall the product. I beleive it is crashing my computer as it is the only new program i have installed in literally years. This is the error message I am receiving.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 for school. I recently installed it on my computer on 1/8/14 and registered it 1/13/14. I went to get it in yesterday and I received a notice that my trial version has expired and am unable to get in to photoshop completely. I have the product serial number or license and it is in my profile. I don't recall doing it but I might have downloaded a trial verious last year. how do I remove that trial version and begin using my licensed version? I have assignments due and it's hard to get them done when I can't even access my program.

View 21 Replies View RelatedI downloaded a trial of Lightroom 4 and went to import my Elements 8.0 catalog. It says that it did do it, but with errors...and now when I open Lightroom, all my pictures just show up as grey squares. If I try to import pictures individually, it says that Lightroom already has all my pictures in the Library.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm running Photoshop Elements 5.0. Everything was working fine til this mornin. I've had the program for about a year now. When I tried to open it this morning I got this error message that popped up.
It says:
Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable.
I've tried repairing the program. That didn't work. Restarted my computer. That didn't work. Uninstalled the program and tried opening it again. That didn't work. I'm at a loss! I really need to get into my program b/c my work is there. I tried opening some of my files (they are located in my Pictures folder) and they pop up with the same message.
Everytime I try and use my adobe photoshop elements 8.0 it gives me an error of 148:3. When I click ok it closes my program. So now I can't work on my photos.

when I have contacted the live agents - they ask for my serial # and email address - then tell me they are transferring me to an expert agent, but they don't show up... have tried this twice.
I recently have had a pop-up window stating that I have a "font error." This error popped up about a month after installation. It pops up right before the program opens before I begin working. However, my fonts work fine within the program. if I may be missing fonts or if there is some other kind of technique that I have yet learned due to this error. I would hate to miss out on something that the program offers.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have Photoshop Elements 5.0, but not Premiere Elements. I'm creating a slide show of 415 photos, and I added a soundtrack with about 10 music tracks. All the music tracks have been copied from music CDs. It works fine in Preview mode; but when I save it as a .pdf file, it won't play back with the entire soundtrack. The sound stops after about 2 tracks, and I get an error message. The error message reads:
Warning: Java Script writer
Acrobat has encountered an error while playing this media clip.
It doesn't appear to be a file size problem. I've tried saving it as a medium size file, instead of a large file, but I still get the same error message when I open the saved file. (The large file is 170 MB; the medium file is 134 MB.) Also, there doesn't seem to be a problem, if I only include 2 music tracks.
Does Elements 5.0 support this kind of soundtrack? Will it work if I get Premiere Elements 3.0? Or do I need to get Elements 6.0 and Premiere Elements 4.0?
My PSE 6 ceased to run. I have uninstalled it using the provided uninstaller. I have tried to re-install but keep getting this message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library runtime error
Program E:/Adobe Photoshop Elementssetup.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way..I have PSE 10 installed and it runs OK BUT I prefer the older v6 which has Twain support for my scanner
Usually when I bring up Elements 10, it says welcome back Kenny, now when I type in my password it is showing Error 400. I have tried several times to create a new ID.....no luck. It just started doind this last night. What do I need to do?
