May 18, 2013I have loaded pictures from PSE 11 to my face book page but it only gives me 1 of 3 options. I load one pic it goes onto my timeline as normal or it will let me select on of 2 albums or create a new album. I have like 8 albums on my facebook how do I find or choose my designated folder with it only giving me the option for 2 the 2 I don't wish to load any more pictures to. I see it if there is not an option I'd need to save it to my windows view/folder and upload them that way.

Sep 9, 2012With the Artboards feature now available, should i still use InDesign to create a layout for a simple children's picture book with a small amount of text per page? It would be much easier for me to stay in Illustrator. My plan is to create a a pfd book and an ebook for sure - and possibly, later a printed book. I'm completely stumped about how to make the right choice. BTW - I don't plan to produce the ebooks via InDesign but through a simple iPad App that just allows you to lay in a picture and put the text over it.I'm using CS4.

Apr 1, 2014Trying to set up a datamerge file to create multi page spread documents with fields on different pages. Attempting to set it up so it's as automated as possible as there are up to 20 different merge documents needing to merge with up to 100 different csv records from the same file each week . The merge documents have different and repeated merge fields on most pages.
I've set it up so that the document has facing pages, and most pages have images spread across the whole of the spread. the pages preview fine, they are created ok when using 'Create Merged Document' although the page numbers continue from one document to another (another problem). but when I come to export to pdf, then the merge only shows the image on the left spread but on both left and right spread single pages, and the page numbers don't show the correct page numbers eg it will go p1 p2 p1 p2 etc all the way through the document instead of p1 p2 p3 - p20 etc. I don't want to have to merge first then pdf but can't understand why the images and page numbers are not showing correctly.

Dec 28, 2012I recently purchased PSE 11 to replace PSE 10. When I entered the Organizer, everything worked well until I tried to create a new category under a category that had already been created. After several attempts (and crashes) I rebooted the computer and succeeded in creating the new category. When I then attempted repeatedly to create a new album within the new category, the Organizer again crashed several times. I suspect that rebooting the computer will fix the immediate problem, but this should not occur in the first place and is unacceptable as an ongoing problem.

I want to take a bunch of my pictures to my iPad via iTunes. iTunes will accept a PSE Album as a source. But not a Smart Album. I also want to reduce the size of the jpg's in the album. Sort of what I can do with Export. Is there some way I can do this?
Ultimately I'd like to get all my new photos to flow through this downsizing, into the album and be delivered pretty automatically.

I'm pretty sure this fairly easy to do but from Bridge menu tool.. I don't see that in the list of things you can do with selected prictures. Looking up `slideshow' in photoshop help file only leads to direction for using a slide show for viewing pictures inside photoshop. Isn't there some starndard to way to create a cd/dvd presentation of pictures in slide show format using Photoshop?

I have a PNG-to-SWFutility, but when I used it on the PNG saved after I opened my PDF andexported from GIMP, the end result was not good enough. A co-worker saidGIMP couldn't make a PNG (w/transparency) with enough quality. He said we'dhave to use some other software. Part of the issue was not being able toresize without losing quality before the PNG export. True or false?

Mar 30, 2012If it's a bug, then I cannot believe it wasn't caught before the release. So here it is. I simply put artistic text down on page 1. Select the text and copy to clipboard. Add a new page and paste the text. On my computer, the text changes from artistic text (as copied to clipboard) to paragraph default text left justified across the center of the page. It doesn't matter how much text I select, it always pastes on the new page as paragraph text left justified and across the center of the page.
However, if I select artistic text and any other object, copy and paste to a new sheet, it works erectly. Apparently, I now have to select text and an object to insure that the paste feature works properly?

I am trying to create a simple 3D map, but not with the default iso settings. It's actually a remake of a map made many years ago on a squar grid using a rise of 1 and a run of 2 (all done by hand on graph paper). This creates an angle that is 26.5651°.
For iso, [scale: H=100%, V=86.602%] [shear: hoizontal axis -30°] [rotate: -30°] and so on, varying for the left, right and top. I have this working fine for iso.
My problem arose when I went to the 26.5651 angle. What settings should I use for the three sides (left, right, top)?
Is there any way to get the extrude and bevel tool to do work with my settings?
Lightroom :: 5 - Flow Text From Page To Page?
Aug 5, 2013A little + sign appears at the bottom right corner of a text cell when the text overflows. I find I cannot pick up the additional text by clicking the + sign to place it on the next text cell thus linking text from page to page. Am I missing something or is such a useful facility unavailable in Lightroom? If that's the case, is there a good reason for Lightroom not offering text linking between pages?
