I'm using LR3 for a couple of weeks and I'm facing problems to create successfully a new webalbum. After Keying in the ftp-server details LR3 is unable to upload the pic's to the server. I've tried to upload the pics via Filezilla which works perfectly fine, means no problem with my provider or data connection or even with my iMac.

When I entered the Organizer, everything worked well until I tried to create a new category under a category that had already been created. After several attempts (and crashes) I rebooted the computer and succeeded in creating the new category. When I then attempted repeatedly to create a new album within the new category, the Organizer again crashed several times. I suspect that rebooting the computer will fix the immediate problem, but this should not occur in the first place and is unacceptable as an ongoing problem.

I want to take a bunch of my pictures to my iPad via iTunes. iTunes will accept a PSE Album as a source. But not a Smart Album. I also want to reduce the size of the jpg's in the album. Sort of what I can do with Export. Is there some way I can do this?
Ultimately I'd like to get all my new photos to flow through this downsizing, into the album and be delivered pretty automatically.
Why still there are no personalized album sizes in LR5?
Professional wedding photographers do not use blurb books or albums. We NEED BIGGER ALBUM SIZES for printing in other companies than blurb!
Since LR3 we are asking this feature. It's better to do everything in LR than have to jump to other programs to just do an album that we can do in LR. Besides that, everything stays in the same catalog for future printings.
What is the best way to import an event from iPhoto to lightroom as an album? When I go to import the only option I see is every single photo I have in one folder.

All pics and albums are in the organizer. However I cannot add additional pictures from a file folder in the organizer to an album that is also in the organizer that was previously created in elements 6
View 6 Replies View RelatedAfter using "edit in" to take an image from LR3 to CS5, I would then save the edited image by "save as" then add -1 for an edited version, -2 for b&w, -3 for a funky edit, etc. (i.e. name-1 or name-2 would be typical file names) They would all save to lightroom. However, since I upgraded to LR4, I can't do that anymore or it doesn't save the image in LR. This has thrown my whole workflow out of whack - especially since I want to use the album module and need those versions of the images for the album.

I have ensured that permissions on facebook have been set to public, deleted lightroom uploader on facebook, reauthenticated numerous times, and created a new album. Every time I recieve that error. Most times one or two photos are uploaded, all duplicates of ones that have been previously published.
I am using lightroom 4.1 with OSX 10.6.8
I can organize photos into collections in Lightroom 4 and publish them to Revel, but I can't access them as collections or albums in Revel. Is there a way to publish from Lightroom as a collection or album and have the organization transfer to Revel?

this program will not allow me to copy/paste any pictures from MY PICTURES/DOCUMENTS.
they all go into the photoshop program and i have to right click on the picture and use the SEND TO option, send to my email and transfer from the email (sometimes this path will not allow the picture to be entered where i want it to go).
is there a way to bypass the photoshop?

This file that I am playing was copied from a CD. (I made the video with my camera, copied it onto my computer, then burned this video onto a CD.) So it seems like I lost some information by copying from my camera onto my computer. Is there something I can do to fix this so I can play at a normal speed?
