Is there or is it possible to create a plugin to directly upload a picture from within Paint.net to Twitpic, Twitter, Facebook and other kind of social network?
View 5 RepliesI would like to express my dismay at hearing that exchange content is being migrated to "social networks". While I have no problem with this, per se, this will restrict access for the majority of users who cannot access Twitter, Facebook and Youtube at work which is when they are likely to need the content most.
As a matter of interest how many of you have access to these networks at work (from your laptop/PC not via smartphones, tablet devices etc).

I'm using Paint.net since few years, and now I'm trying to coloring a brush with a precise color. I would like the brush to be in a blue color 3914AF (for example). I tried to use different fusion mode like "screen" on a third layer that I colored with this color...but it also let the color out of the brush itself. I thought of using the magic wandle before but to have a correct result...
HOW to change the color of any PNG brush directly in the picture in Paint.net.

I want to upload a picture of myself..the system says .. its too big... WHAT? how can that be... check it out.. [URL] of which I customized with Paint.NET.
I resized it to comply with the 150 x 150 size requirement ...guess what?? the system doesn't like my picture.. It not that outrageous ..as a matter of fact I think some people may like it..I also want to use it as my avatar.. then I found out that avatars can only be 120 x whatever..so I gotta resize that but not until I can figure the photo upload out....
What to do ..I did that.. system must be broke....not my fault , I just don't know where else to place this type of question.. when I saw the topic " QUESTIONS" that was my que.. why the system thinks my 150x150 pic is too big I rechecked the the size and according the Paint.NET is good to go..

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm a new video creator, under a time crunch trying to get a channel started on vimeo. I'm very happy with VideoStudio so far, but I'm baffled by what appear to be limited rendering options.
Basically when I upload to vimeo directly from VideoStudio Pro X6, it doesn't work. It uploads but then just hangs. If I take the rendered file, and upload it directly to Vimeo, the files are corrupted / invalid every time. If I use the MPEG-4 AVC 1280x720 preset to render my video, it uploads perfectly to YouTube but Vimeo says it's a bad file every time.
Here's what is frustrating me: I'm used to the full rendering options in Sony Movie Studio or MPEG Streamclip. With those programs I can easily match the vimeo compression guidelines. But in VideoStudio I can't figure out how to get full access to the rendering criteria? I can go to Create Video File > Custom > Options, but the options there seem very limited. I don't see any way to adjust the vimeo upload preset.
Vimeo's tech support suggested that I compress with MPEG Streamclip - but how should I render my edited video from VideoStudio before I compress it with Streamclip?
Wondering if there is a plugin that will match a color that is in picture. For example if I was trying to touch up a part of the sky it would pick out the blue I needed.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI uploaded the lightroom 30 day free trial that i received when i purchased adobe photoshop elements 10. I am now unable to upload pictures directly to my computer because every time i put a memory card in, lightroom pops up and they upload there. Because of this i can not upload the photos to any other program, including the program that i spent $80 to use. I have tried deleting the shortcut, but this doesn't uninstall the lightroom program. I am not sure how to uninstall it because i want it off of my computer.

Most specifically, how do I set a transparent color for a gif? But how do I make an AREA of ANY file transparent? One thing I tried to do was use the "Wet Floor Reflection" plugin, and it requires a transparent area below the existing image. I couldn't do that, either.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI added a new tag to a large batch of photos which then needed to be re-upoaded. It was taking a very long time and about halfway through, I got an error. I started the Publish funtion again and all was fine, but then again with a handful of photos left, I got the error. This time the Publish function didn't move anything and I just got the error. Even after removing the new tag from the remaining photos, I am unable to use the plugin to upload any new photos to my flickr account. I use the flickr library within LR as part of my organization strategy and really don't want to use any other uploader.
The error message in question: Flickr API returned an error message (function flickr.photos.setMeta, message Bad URL found)
Is there tutorial or any way to create background that same or alike in the picture?.

We have Civil 3D 2013 (and 14). We need to create an ArchGIS file that includes pipe networks created with C3D, pavement and building which are polylines. export from C3D to shp file, or import dwg into ArchGIS. Since no one here has worked is familiar with map where would be a good place to start looking for information on accomplishing this task.

I need to create a smoke affect over a picture. It needs to be transparent. I've tried a few approaches but my brain is having fits trying to figure it out. Google has drawn blanks.

Since the image has different colors, the textcolor should ajust to the underlying image.
If the image color is dark, the color of the text sould be light or the other way round.
I want to create a rectangular picture but I want quite pronounced curved corners
I now I can change all the corner pixels to a differant colour ot make them transparent but as I want to do this to lots of pics I am hoping there is an easier way.
Every-time I upload a picture on the internet after export it to JPG, PNG or any other format, even after working with RGB/only web colors and exporting for web and devices, I get the same result: An image with terrible colors.

I have a question for CS6 experts, and grateful for any responses.I'd like to paint directly onto a .obj file in 3d; doing all my texture work in PS. In earlier CS extended version, I could paint directly onto the model, and the color was opaque and gave me the pure color I was looking at.
Now, when I paint onto the modelin CS6, I see the color is diffused, or the lighting is affecting it, or it's blended with the lighting... Why? And how might I paint directly onto the model, and "turn off" the lighting without it all going to shadow? When I turn off the eye for the light, it all goes black.
Essentially, I would like to simply paint directly on the model in 3d space, creating my own light and shadow with my paint texture.. I attached an image here of what I was capable of in an earlier version; you can see that the color is "solid" and not diffused through to the lighting setup in the model. I would like to eliminate ps lighting as much as possible, and have the pure color show up on the model..

View 2 Replies View RelatedIs there some sort of restriction in Paint.NET that restricts the folks creating plugins from permitting the plugins to interact or function directly on the canvas/layer?
For instance the smudge and liquify (and others) open another window where you make your adjustments. The reason why I ask is this results in doing some things blindly because you can't see the rest of the canvas. I think some of these plugins will be so much more effective (especially with the recent addition of grid warping) if you can do some of these things on the canvas so you can shape images/textures to follow contours, but this is nearly impossible without doing so with several blind attempts.
Following a computer crash had to reinstall Photoshop CS5 on a Windows 8 machine. Downloaded files to use PicturePackage and Contact Sheet. Dropped them in the proper Adobe plugin locations.They show up in the Bridge Menu under tools - Photoshop. However when I click on one a message pops up: The Command ",unknown." is not currently available.

Options on this corel are different. So in Corel 12, how do i change the settings so that when I double click on an image, it will open it in Corel photo for editing?
What is the proper way to change the color of a social media icon like this one. I have no trouble making a selection, but I'm embarassed to say that I don't know what to do after that. I've tried adjusting the hue/saturation, but important detail is lost, and (for example) if I was trying to make the image #ff0000 red, it wouldn't really be true in color with a hue/saturation adjustment. I know this image is not the best quality, but something tells me that I need to make and selection, then create a new layer.. but as a newbie I'm stumped. Oh, that is - a newbie still using Elements 8.
