I am looking to create a table first of all which needs to be able to container text etc.
After that, ill be looking to create a mix of orange types to fill the top main title boxes and the same but lighter for the rest of the box.
But how would i about doing any of this such as creating a table, mixing colours etc?
Is there a way in the description field of an Inventor hole table to have mixed units? Some hole sizes at fractions, some at 2 plc, and others at 3 places.

Ok, so i have a plot table set up asigning different line weights to different colours. I have layers set up pointing to the specific colours.
Eg Layer Exterior Walls - Colour White Colour White -> lineweight .25mm
There are some lines on this layer (and on others) which appear different to the rest when plotted, as though they aren't following the line weight rule.

Is there a way to create a new sdf files with certain colour, transpacency etc (standard that i create) and not random colours?
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen something with transparency covers part of an image (Mandatory process)(Such as the transparent layer in Twitter that distort the background), if I want to retain the original image look, I have to change part of the image into a more virbrant colours as before it was covered with a mandatory transparent layer.
Here is a demonstration In this case, I want to change the upper part so it looks the same colour as before, so I will need to change the upper part with more contrast or brightness, etc, so after the layer is added, it looks the same as if without the layer on. A way to do this as I mentioned, is to use curve tool or change contrast and brightness, but there is no way that I can get it to 100 accurate.
I am in the middle of a huge project and all of a sudden have a major concern.
When I am using layers and the background is a photo of the colour blue (rectangular shape).Now as a new layer, I am pasting another photo (a smaller rectangular shape) on top,with say a car in the middle.
Then saving this 'montage' as one jpeg.Now, when printing this image, would the blue colour that is physically under the smaller car photo shine through underneath? Or would it only print and use what is physically shown, despite me knowing that underneath there is another darker colour?
(As the end result should just show the smaller rectangular photo with the car and that one being surrounded by a blue border.)
How do, Some time (2006 maybe?) back I used paint.net to generate the following image in shades of green.
How this can be re-created to shift colours to all green shades?
What if any plug ins would be required? and the process?

I have been happily using PSP X4 & previous versions back to 6. Suddenly my materials pallette is all black & white, & nothing I do will bring up the colour picker . When printing the thumbnail is also blacked out, although the print is OK. First noticed it using the Border tool -it only shows black even though it is printing a white border !

i regularly have to print out colours for sublimating fabric, and use illustrator to create a panel of blends to print out.
I put four colours in the corners, make an 18 step blend or the top two, then the bottom two, expand them then ungroup them, and then change the blend options to 8 steps and blend them vertically one by one.
all in all it's several minutes work, but i thought i could change the values of the four corners, and then use actions to blend the grid.
initially it stopped and told me ungroup was unavailable, so i created smaller steps, but still can't get it to work.
is this possible, or do i carry on manually crating grids? or is there another way?
I use PSP X3 for web image editing and am sometimes sent jpeg files which are in CMYK format. Unfortunately PSP does not display the colours in these files correctly. Yellow will display as brown, pale blue as turquoise and pink as purple for example.
If I open the same file in almost any other programme, including the humble "Paint", the colours display fine and my workaround up until now has been to open in another programme, copy the picture to the clip board and then paste it into PSP as a new image. The colours are then fine but it greatly increases my work time, especially when I have many images to process.
Surely there must be a way to get these images to display correctly. It has nothing to do with monitor or gamma adjustment otherwise they would display incorrectly in all other programmes also.
Maybe it is a bug or just something that Corel have overlooked. RGB jpegs display fine, the problem only occurs with CMYK images.

I use Win Pro with 3 RAM, lots of storage on 3 discs plus an external drive. Recently my 'Bridge" began to act strange. It wouldn't open up from the photoshop. Then the top half of the screen wouldn't show and everything behaved very stubbornly. So today I tried to reload the CS3, etc. I successfully loaded only one component but not the Adobe CS3, or the 'Shared Components'. I was informed that the original installation had moved for each of the components - the second one saying something about 'bridge start meeting. Etc. I have no idea how this came about, To correct it I am wondering if I simply removed the entire CS3 Systems,Namely delete them. Then I would install them again??? If this makes sense will i likely be able to retain the folders in the CS3. By the way the CS3 is still working apparently okay.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a problem with the VrayDisplacementMod. I have a large green area covered with grass ( a golf course ). There shoud be 3 types of different grass colour and hights. I have made my grass using the VrayDisplacementMod and received really great ( as for my needs ) results . Also have used the vertex map for the cool mix for the grass as the main gras in the middle is a yellowishgreen when the rest is covered by the darker grass ( around the main one ) . There is now really nice effect bettwen these 2 grasses but the problem is that the whole area has the same amount of VrayDisplacement....
I mean to get the effect where the dark graas around is much higher than the other one (in the middle of the area ) but I would like the grass getting smaller in a unnoticed way so that we could NOT see the border line between the hights ( just like the colour using the vertex map )

View 9 Replies View RelatedI recently burned video footage to DVD with VS Pro X5 (with the parameters already set in the VS Pro Burning module), and played the DVD on my DVD player...the DVD played pretty well on my player, though some "striations" or moire appeared in the background on some building sidings early on--but it didn't distort the overall play-ability of a particular sequence...
However, when I played the DVD on a friend's DVD player, the beginning of the DVD broke up and "de-pixillated," for want of a better word--though 2/3rds of the DVD's later footage played OK (and a commercial DVD played just fine on my friend's DVD player just before all this)...
That result left me very puzzled, why it should play more-or-less OK on my own DVD player, but so horrendously on another DVD player...
Is there some VS Pro (or a utility program) filter that I can run the footage through prior to/during a DVD Burn in VS Pro to get a smooth rendering of the footage?
I am trying to find out how to embed a mixed ink image into Illustrator (multiple spot colors) and not get single images once it's placed. So far I've only been able to do it with DCS 2.0 files which can only be linked, not embedded. I have been successful with saving PSD files and deleting all of the layer artwork, just keeping the channels, however when I embed that file it converts it into single images of each spot channel and not a mixed ink image. Basically what I'm looking for is when you look up at the top left bar when you have the image selected it should say embedded: mix ink image PPI: 300 or something like that. Instead I've only been able to get single image to show up. What format is required to get that?

1. Create a "pick point" selection set (using ObjectARX), containing the Parcel for which I want to create a table.
2. Execute the AddParcelTable command.
3. Programmatically push the Select Parcel-button and the OK button of the Create Table dialog using win32 API.
When the Select Parcel button is pressed, the label next to it displays 1 parcel(s) selected and when the OK button is pressed, Civil prompts the user to pick the upper left corner of the table, but the prompt is immediately interrupted with the message "Invalid 2D point" and the table creation is aborted...
how to create a new Table Style definition.
I don't want to create a table on a sheet, I want to define a new style and then assign the style to the existing table.
I have no problem assigning the style once it is defined in the drawing to the existing table.

I need to create a hole table for a part. I would like the origin to be at the center of the part. Problem is there is not a round hole at that location. Attached is a similar part. The one that I am doing is much larger and has many more holes... this is just an example.
How can I pick this as the origin of my hole table?

OK...so when I copy the desired cells form the excell worksheet and paste to paintnet, it works fine...the entire range of cells copied show up in the paste, but...if you first eliminate the gridlines in excell before copying the range of cells, the paste into Painnet only shows one section/quadrant of the excel range of cells which I copied. I don't want the gridlines showing in the final .png file...I know this must be possible...

Basically what I want to know is how to remove or lessen voices that are close to the camera's mic, when I am really interested in keeping the audio of the subject I am focused/zoomed in on?
Case in point, my wife was filming my son's pre-k moving up ceremony and we have some priceless video of him singing up on the stage. But a portion of the soundtrack is ruined by her yelling at my mother-in-law that she is holding the point-n-shoot camera upside down and the ensuing conversation. In this case, editing the clip or adding music and fading out the clip audio won't cut it.
In older versions of Illustrator, I used to be able to make a selection of multiple objects and give them a stroke or other attribute. Now it says “Mixed Appearance” and I can't do anything to the selection. How do I modify a multi-selection if it says “Mixed Appearance?”
