I have tried paint.net or anything similar. I am trying to make a banner for my website. I have managed to put a single picture onto a canvass and 2 pics side by side, but I would like one with 3/4 pics on it, 1 large at each end and 2 small in the middle. Is this possible with paint?
I have painted a banner and now I will create an animated gif, so the banner should be waving (like in reality). I have tried it with Effects -> distort -> twist but I couldn't realize it that it looks real.
I am doing an e commerce page selling fairly traded products or eco things. obviously i need a logo and company name, which i am working on right now. this needs to go on a banner. the other things i'd like to have done are company statement "about us" terms and conditions postage prices and times rescheduled payment options Newsletter options.
I am making a banner with a picture that is right justified and the remaining part of the banner a color I pull from the photo. I am also trying to make a gradient to smooth the photo into the background.
I am able to crop and re-size the photo. I create a New Layer, color pick and fill the background and my banner looks good. I then select the gradient tool and select Transparency mode. I click on the photo and the background color disappears and starts showing the transparency checkerboard. I create the gradient and select another tool to deactivate it. After that my background color never reappears.
So my banner has a photo that fades into a blank area.
I've been fooling around with paint net to get acclimated. I know how to make rectangular banner - but I would like to make a banner that has rounded corners. Does paint net allow me to do that>?
I am working in CoreDraw X6 on Windows XP, and I was trying to create an animated gif banner. When I completed the set up, hit preview, the animation did not work. Thought maybe it was just the preview so I saved the file as an animated gif. Opened it in Windows Picture Viewer, and it still did not work. I also tried the process in X5 without any successful result.
I made a custom sprite for a game called MapleStory. I'm trying to use fonts over my pic but I can't see them.. and yeah. I don't think when I type the font it even adds the effect of the font it's supposed to.
Here's a pic:
Also is there a way I can preview the pic before I save it? Can't seem to do that either.
I have two separate pictures with this I would like to make into one. I'd like to have the top of one meld seamlessly with the bottom of the other and how to accomplish this.
When I take a picture with the camera rotated to the right the pictures shows up in Windows explore with the picture top on the right. In X2 it also showed with the top on the right. In X3 and X5 the photo is shown with the top on the top, auto-rotated.
When I rotate the picture in X5 or maybe X2 counter clockwise the picture is now shown in Windows Explore correctly, top on top. But when viewed in X5 the picture now appears rotated to the left, the top on the left.
I have one drawing and now I will make an animated gif. How I can make 10 pictures from one picture (every one a little displaced) and than to make an animated gif with Paint.Net?
is there a good plugin/way to cartoonize pictures and nope I dont wanna use the oil painting effect because I don't wanna make it look like a oil painting with thousands of little paint dots.I'm rather aiming for a smooth surface.
Also is it what the above are meant to be like, obviously the middle one needs tidying up!! but its how they are meant to end up....professionally like the sky sunrise and the magazine one of several actors together...thats what I want to end up achieving, like the mag and the sunrise pic. :-)
Also does it work the same in photoshop....I ask as i have that, but find it incredibly difficult to use..(that said I found the above hard, but seem to have cracked )
The first job I want to do is work on a series of pictures taken on successive days, and then print them out four to a page to show a consultant. I don't appear to be able to do anything so simple and am astounded.
Is it possible to have more than one picture (preferably 2 or 4 and maximum 6) on a full screen at the same time. So that choosing which picture you want to keep is made easier. Now I increase zoom of thumbnails but this leaves a lot of unused space around them including the different tool bars.
I'm using a trial version of Paint Shop Photo 2010, trying to make a simple slide show with music. I downloaded into my laptop from my desktop, 137 pictures already organized and sorted by me and numbered sequentially (using my old faithful, but antiquated PAINT SHOP PHOTO ALBUM ). However!! When I bring this into PSP2010, all the nicely numbered pictures are scrambled! And I can find no way to do a simple file sort by "Name" (i.e. number). I can sort my File Folders by name!! But that does me no good. PSP2010 leaves me with no choice but to hunt each photo from memory (no file nos. are showing now) and drag it into the tray.
My question is: How do I change the colors of the default white-and-gray grid behind pictures (the one shown when you have a transparent or blank area in your picture)? I'm asking this because I'm trying to design some glass-like icons (that use a transparent white on the edges), and due to the white areas on the grid behind the picture it's very hard to see the separate pixels. Is there possibly any way to change these colors to, say, black or something, so I can see what I'm editing better?
Im getting married and took some pictures with my fiance so we can create a save the date to send out. Her brother was the photographer who has a very expensive and high quality camera. Took those pictures and opened them in paint.net. these pictures open up to be about 75 by 45. I might be trying to do the impossible but im trying to get it down to be able to fit on a 4x6 picture but everytime and way i try it always seem to pixelate it.
I'm wondering, that Paint.net doesn't have any magnetic features. I need a magnetic grid which will import pictures and let me organise the pictures for creating a big picture.
I need a feature that will arrange the pictures.
(I want to arrange 26*20 tiles (which have 48px) into a big map)
