Why won't LR5 save my original RAW imports from D7100. I can import them and process them but the originals are then lost. What am I doing wrong? With every other camera the original RAW image is saved in the library.

When Importing I would like to convert the raw images in slot 1 to the Adobe DNG format and to have the JPEG images simply imported as JPEGs. (Strangely enough, I have not found a way to launch Camera Raw directly.)

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy ai doc has a stretched font and when i subsequently added indepented words/phrases in different locations, they are all stretched as well. I only wanted the one stretch, so I will have to go in manually and will never get them exact, or just start fresh, so I wondered if there is a way to restore them to their original properties. Also is there a way to avoid what I did? It also stays in "stretch mode" when I typed in a different font, which is how I noticed because the o's are supposed to be almost a perfect circle and they were ovals, so it was obvious, although the first font wasn't to me.
View 2 Replies View RelatedURL....I am using PSE 12 as a photo editor for Aperture 3.5.1 and the photo is duplicated (as a tiff) in Aperture and PSE editor opens with the image. When I close the file and say to save the file it brings up the save as window.
I tell PSE 12 to "on first save -- save over current file" it now brings up the "save as" window and won't save over the file (changes the file type from .tiff to .tif)
I need to convert a large number of images to png and need to later sort them by the original date created. "Save as" results in the current date/time as the date created. CS5.
