is there any way to put Remove from disk as default action when hitting del and deleting a picture ("remove" from LR catalog is normally set as default). Lightroom 4 on Windows 7 OS.

I love deleting my photos from both the catalog and my disk but the default "lit up" button on LR3 is only to delete from the catalog. Why to do that and then have an uncataloged picture sitting on their drive.
Is there any way to shift the "default" highlighted button to the delete from disk button so I can just press return when I go to delete my rejected pix?
I wanted to ask, if it is possible to open an image in my default editor, if I do a double click on the image?In my case, I want to open the image in Photoshop CC for further manipulation.

I'd like to use the "Jump into Group" feature, but I don't want the background artwork to be grayed, or washed out. Is there any way to disable the default action by AICS 5?
I understand the reasoning, but when working with elements that interact with elements outside the group, the effect is not useful.
I should use the right term… I talking about "Isolation Mode".
How can I adjust size of default action frames they are very thin. I have tried double clicking on that part I think it is in the actions but can only adjust the drop shadows etc not the actual size of the frame ie like in the wooden frame.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm creating a Construction Template in Revit 2014. When I create new levels these appear in Floor Plans and automatically generate a new Structural Floor Plan view with the new levels but the previous levels don't appear (those that come in Revit by default).
I dont want to delete the level 0 which comes by default.
Just tried to automate a batch and resize, and then save for web all of the pictures - it didn't work the way I wanted (probably recorded something wrong). But When I tried to rerecord the action - it became impossible to change size of the pictures. I already restarted my computer, but the function of size changing still isn't working.

I have deleted 200 bad files and the never showed up in the trash. I have been trying to clear up some disk space but the available disk still shows the same so I know they haven't been deleted. Am using Lion on a MacBook Pro 15 and am fully updated. Am I doing something wrong?

Until yesterday I was able to delete pictures, using the contextual menu or the delete key. I got the message asking me if I wanted to delete them from disk or from the catalog.
But now, that popup message doesn't appear. The picture is not removed, just nothing happens.
I checked the logs and this is the error message:
performCommandDesc could not perform command ag.library.expandAllStacks (Command was disabled.).
I uninstalled LR moving it to the trash. Then I deleted the com.adobe.Lightroom4.plist and I also removed the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom.
I rebbooted the machine and installed it again. But the issue is still there, with the same error message.
I verified the disk and checked file permissions.
I also tried to use another catalog from a backup.
Nothing, same error.
One anusual thing that I did before the error was to install the "HDRsoft Merge to 32-bit HDR Plug-in for Lightroom - Version 1.0"
I removed it but the error was still there. After the re-install I didnd't install that plug-in again so if it was the problem, it shouldn't be after the clean installation that I did again.

When in LR 4 selecting "Edit inPhoto Shop CS5" for an image I no longer get the edit option box to choose "Edit a Copy with Lightroom Settings" . This seems to have vanished in LR4. I would like to re-enable this option. Right now I get a original file in PS/CS5 without the ability to select some other option.
