Oct 22, 2012psp x4. how to get the tool bar back. i don't know why it disappeared but it did. anyway this is the toolbar that allows you to change the thickness of a line or the thickness of your paintbrush. i think it normally would be just below the printer icon.

Each time I scale it'll do it differently. this time it made the right side thicker.

Nov 2, 2013I'm actually about to punch my computer screen. Ok so say I draw up a triangle with the pen tool
Then i hit the colour option
it changes to 1pt
So I change the weight to 0pt. How I want it, but then the NEXT time i draw up another path or whatever, and hit the colour option it goes to 1pt again!!! this is so fricking annoying i'm about to jump off a cliff ?

Oct 26, 2011In several instances I can't highlight text to copy or to edit, other times it works fine. If I click the radio button for the text in layers (other layers may be locked to prevent accidental selection), the baselines appears and I should be able to highlight the text, but I can't. If I highlight some other unaffected area of text successfully (unlocked layers), sometimes it will allow me to select the problem text directly after.

Jul 18, 2013I have backed up my files on my external hard drive, and then to make space I deleted some of them from my hard drive. Although I added the external files back into Lightroom (ver. 3) none of my Lightroom settings have remained, so all collection information and all development settings have gone. It there any way to get this information back? I have religiously done Lightroom backups but am afraid that if I use one of these back ups I will lose some of my more recent settings, work that I have done since I deleted the files from my hard drive. I am hoping there is some simple way of relinking to retrieve this information. I tried to use 'find missing photos' but couldn't get that to work.

In former version(s) of GIMP, I could clearly see where the line was going to be placed because of this feature. I miss it because when doing technical drawings precision and exact angles are needed. Is this feature not included with GIMP 2.6.11? How I can get this tool to work like it used to?

Apr 7, 2013Currently when I use the gradient tool I have no way of gettng back into the individual gradients that I have created - the little clickable circles that used to show up on the image have gone! Have tried everything I know about without reinstalling the software as Im scared of damaging/ loosing my catalogues and settings. Before you ask, yes I am in the gradient tool - the adjustments panel is viewable and apart from invisible handles seems to work as usual.

Jun 21, 2012I've been working on several files for some package design. Every time I try to replace some text that happens to be sitting over a linked photo, illustrator freezes up and crashes. Every single time without fail, it fails.
I tried to move the same piece of text off the artboard, modify it, and move it back, but it crashed even while off the board (and not on top of an image).
I'm running Windows 7, up to date on all software (windows & adobe included). Using Illustrator cs6, 64bit. I'm running on a new machine as well - though I was having this issue on another computer as well.

Mar 2, 2013I have been using Coreldraw for a few years now but I have never had a problem with scaling images. I created a circle and added some shapes to it. There is spacing between the shapes and the circle and they do not touch each other. When the image is at page size and it looks fine. But when I scaled it down using the shift key the shapes in my images touch the side of the circle and the spacing is gone. This is not what I want. There needs to be spacing between the shapes and the circle. I have included a sample of what I am talking about. How to make Coreldraw scale images properly?
