Im using windows 7 x64. And i have installed both Illustrators x64 and x32. I can open Illustrator but when i trying to create new file Illustrator stop working.

Similar to how an include file would work on a webpage, ie: create the menu as an include file, then all pages that reference that include file would have their menus changed when that single include file gets modified.
Or another way of looking at it: like how headers/footers work in word, ie: change the header or footer and all pages in that document are automatically modified.

My illustrator CS6 crashes when i try to open an AI file with RGB color mode. I worked on this file yesterday and changed it to RGB mode. Today i tried to open the file again but illustrator won't open it and crashes. It does work when i want to open a file with CMYK color mode.

I'm working on a memory experiment and I want to create a file with a drag and drop feature. I set an image as layer 1, and several images as layer 2. I would like to create a file where people can drag and drop on of the images from layer two onto a slot in layer one. Ideally I would like it to remain stable if the place an image in the slot (meaning if they try to place one of the images from layer 2 into layer 1, I want it to align perfectly).

My problem is when I create a MPEG-4 HD files. It kept crashing the program while "Creating File..."

I tried another project with photos and music only and encountered the same problem. Shortening the project yielded the same (one song and a few pictures).
I tried using "Custom" and using the HD settings resulted in the same error. Nothing works.
My patches are up to date. How to create Hi Def movie files that I can playback with and Apple computer (Quicktime).
After initial install of Elements 11 on a 64 bits Windows 8 the application works fine.
Creating a collage based on A4 dimensions works great.
Then restarting windows 8 and starting elements 11 the application crashes every time when creating a collage.
Removed Elements 11 and reinstalling it, then creating a collage works fine .. until i restart windows 8.
I've just upgraded to PSE12 and it works fine in most instances. Howver when I try to create a slideshow from a selection of photos it simply stops working and then crashes. Is this a common occurrence?

I guess it was a droplet, "when the file is opened or created then add file info from a xmp file". I still have the xmp file with all the data in but i am unsure how to implement it being automatically opened and added to the file when i create a new one? I thought i could handle it, i assume its a droplet of some sort.

I am having trouble opening an EPS file in Photoshop CS5. Previously, PS wasn't opening at all, but I cleaned up my fonts and I can now open some files. Recently, my graphics card stopped working, so I've been forced to use an onboard GPU until I can get the money to buy a new one. The problem though, is that the onboard GPU is VERY old (approximately 6 or so years), and every time I try to save something in photoshop CS5, the program crashes without even giving me an error message. Does the graphics card even have anything to do with it?

I have tried uninstalling my CS5 Photoshop to 12.0.4 and trashed my preference files, but Photoshop keeps crashing when I open a PSD file. Older PSD files would open, but if I had edited it when I reopen the file it would crash Photoshop.
I have not had any problems with the program up till this week, I don't have any extra plug-ins other than what came with the program.

I´m trying to open a file that comes with a cd. Windows explorer tells me the file was produced with coreldraw 5. but when i try to open it coreldraw x6 crashes immediately (x64).

My Photoshop crashes if I open two *.psd files at the same time.
If I open only one file everything works. If I try afterwards to create a new file it crashes again. It seems it can't handle more than ONE file.

I did an windowsupdate and adobe cs3 update and reinstalled the hole CS3.
I have a problem with my Photoshop CS 3. Everytime I try to open a file the program crashes producing the message "Photoshop.exe has detectetd a problem".
I'm runnig CS 3 on a Windows XP x64 OS. I have already installed the update to version 10.0.1.
All I could find out was, that it must have something to do with my EPSON printer driver for the EPSON Stylus Photo 2100. If I remove the driver from the system, CS 3 works without crashing.
I am trying import photos from a usb drive (my flash card from the camera) and lr crashes. I access the file --> import menu and lr stops.

When I try to save a pdf from Illustrator, it crashes. I have CS5. It doesn't matter which settings I choose in the dialog box, it always shuts down illustrator and says Adobe Illustrator has stopped working....
