I need to make a design which would have something like a page turn in the right bottom corner. It should look like this:
How to make this? Obviously I can't draw it manually. Is there a way to download this in a vector form? Or is the drawing the only way?
I quite often need a separate ruler scale on each page of a multi-page document. The only way I know how to do this is to create a separate document for each drawing that requires a new scale.
I request that you add the ability to change the ruler scale on a per page basis within a single multi-page document.

Lots of Excel data - eg: 6685.excel example.tifcolumns x AZrows x 300 upwards
All rows required to create a book of running information.
If I use a label type approach some rows have less data making the layout uneven (unsuitable for the project)
Is there a way to merge with a fluid result ?
Ie row one takes up 2 lines Row 2 takes up 5 lines Row 3 takes up 1 line etc

I just installed X5 and I'm opening files from ver 11. It's all opening fine, but when I click on anything, the screen flashes pale blue. When I look at a print preview - it's ALL a blue tint. Can't work with that. I'm running Windows 8.

Just recently upgraded to Corel X6 and the colors suddenly changes. For example: A blue box changes to purple when I try to re-open the file I have previously saved. Also, embedded raster images turns to green.

View 4 Replies View Relatedi'm using corel draw x4 on windows 8. I use the Math-Type Editor in order to create complex formulas with indices, potencies, greek letters and fraction bars.
Unfortunately Corel Draw can't depict some of the symbols for example the small theta "ϑ" or the multiplication sign. Instead of writing them it creates a blank or question marks.
Is there a way to create those symbols in the Math-Type Editor?

View 14 Replies View RelatedI used polyline to trace a tree trunk. I wanted it to be just a series of line segments which I was going to export to AutoCAD and then to Sketchup. However, each segment I drew said it was a curve. When I exported to AutoCAD it came in as a spline. If I convert that to lines, where I had maybe 10 lines there are now 100.
I also tried to 2 point line tool. I started each new line from the end of the previous. It gave me the same result.
Is there a way for me to end up with just the 10 line segments? No spline. No curve. Just 10 straight lines.
I need to draw a 3D (style) football. The white segments are hexagons and the black are pentagons as in the attached picture. Of course, these won't match up correctly whilst lying flat as a football is round. How do I create the illusion of this? And the shading etc?

How to bypass the print preview?
When I create something with an outline, the outline will increase or decrease in thickness as I resize the image. So if I have something at say 10" X 10" at 4pt outline, when I resize it to 2" X 2" the outline is like 5X thicker and messes everything up.
Is there a way to combine or something with a vector so the outline auto changes or never changes thickness when resizing the graphic?

in coreldraw usually on small files having 7 to 8 pages i move pages by dragging its tab on the desired location. but how do i handle large files for eg moving page 49 before 15? the tabs list gets pretty long.

I have just had to install Windows 7 64 bit and now find that when I print to my HP Business Inkjet 2300, I can only print 1 page. If I set the quantity to 5, I still get just 1 page. HP won't be updating the driver as they say that the printer is obsolete although they are still selling it.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI would like to export a page I am creating as a jpg. Right now, I have one object on the page, and its a .jpg object. When I export from the File menu, only the jpg is exported. How can I export the entire page? If I add text to the object (which will be a banner). it only exports the jpg, and and the exact space required by the text, not the entire page. I have been unable to find setting for exporting selected objects or entire page. I have another less powerful drawing program that gives options to export object, selection, or page.
If I create a box, and place it on the document, the whole thing will export, but if the pox is larger than the page, then entire box is still exported, where I only want the page dimensions exported so I can eventually arrange objects ont he box that will overlap the page dimesnsions, but only the page area should be exported as a jpg.
Should I be doing this as a powerclip? I haven't used that feature yet in CD. Then export the powerclip object?
How come the length of a page name is limited to 31 characters? Any chance this limit can be enlarged in a service pack?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just installed cdr x5 on a tablet pc (asus slate B121) and I like it very much. But I begin to get frustrated by the Poliline tool.
Since this tool needs you to double click to end a curve I always get curves with added nodes to the ends (it's impossible to do a double-click with a pen without moving the pen between the two clicks.
The only workaround that I found is to move away the pen from the screen far enough so that you can press the space bar to end the curve without extra nodes. But this is really extra gymnastic for your arm... and quite annoying while you try to get the job done in few minutes.
So, is there a way to use the poliline tool without "putting down" the "unclicked" node while pressing the spacebar? Something similar to the freehand tool, but with the ability to draw curve-straight lines consecutively.
when i draw a circle in corel draw, i set the height and width dimension to equal, so it should become a circle, but it end up in the monitor screen an oval shape, also i notice the y axis and x axis in the corel draw is not equal. so i check my artcut y and x axis, is also same as corel draw. But when i cut out the shape, it cut out a circle shape. isit due to monitor or other setting.
