Today I noticed 6 or 7 linetypes that have appeared in every drawing I open and cannot be deleted.
They include "Amzigzag" " Amconstr" "ACISOTGB" and others.
If I delete everytjing in my drawing and purge the linetypes are still there. They even appear if I load old drawings that din't have these linetypes initially.
Inventor 2013
I was just pdf-ing a whole load of layouts, when I noticed that the white box, shown in the screen shot, had appeared.
I have tried deleting it, but I cannot select it to get rid of it.All I can think of doing is deleting each layout and doing them all again.
I have checked the pdfs I generated, and it does not appear on any of them.
I'm facing a problem that is when i'm doing view plot in AutoCad 2010, around my drawing there are few words : produced by an autodesk educational product .
This words come to 4 sides of my drawing which up,down, left and right. How to remove those words and make my drawing clear?
All my Photoshop 3D effect on the top bar are appeared to be grey cant be select, I have tried on the preference- 3D- select GL, but it is still not working.
View 20 Replies View RelatedReturning to Video Studio 10 after a period of disuse. All went fairly well until I managed to do something which resulted in a red line appearing in the timeline as per the pic below...
As a result, I can't view any part of the (as yet rather short) compiled video as hitting 'play' takes me straight to that red lined section (which is blank)...
I'm working on a Premiere Pro CC project with another editor. On his latest version, some of the clips on the timeline have a "+/-" or "+2" or "-2" on them. He's not sure how that happened, and I've not seen it before. What do those mean, and how do I get rid of them? I've tried Googling, but search engines don't respond well to "+/-".

View 6 Replies View RelatedWhy would Lightroom give a sepia tone to anything I am working on? This only happens if I am using my AOC 27" monitor. The menus are still white, only the work gets the sepia added. Now the strainge part, if I switch to a different monitor, the problem goes away. I also use Photoshop and have no problem.

I tried a few tricks to convert to jpeg, no luck. IT ONLY creates files Ive never heard of xcf, etc. is there no way to get a good jpeg file?
I have been working on redesigning a brochure based on a previous year. I updated all the images and text and sent it off to the printer the way it should look. When we got the brochure back, it had picked up an image that I never saw while working with the file. The printing company says the image was embedded in the file and appeared all along to them, but I cannot find any trace of it in my file. I have searched through every layer item by item to try and find it but it remains a mystery. I want to make sure that it does not appear in future prints of the file.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI was using lightroom3 today when all of the suddenly some of my pictures (far away from all) got like a coloured box on top of them.. I have attached a photo since it's a little hard to explain. notice that a very small part of all of the pictures is still as normal and the colour box seems to somewhat match the colours of the specific photos.. This is not a recently uploaded catalog and it has always worked fine. The weird thing is that even the original photos in My Documents look the same when previewed in the folder.. However- The exact photos look perfectly normal when opened with Microsoft's Picture Manager.
View 1 Replies View RelatedJust come back from a lengthy trip with about 900 photos from 3 different cameras. Did most of the jpeg's in LR 5, but waited with the Canon raw files for PS CC. All appeared to go well, with first adjusting them in PS CC camera raw, then opening some on PS CC. Saved most in PSD format. However, some of the less important ones, such as information photos, were saved as jpegs, from within PS CC.
This is where the trouble started. Once finished, I went through them all in Bridge, using full screen preview. The ones saved as jpeg, appeared tiny, instead of full screen. Trying to open them, resulted in an error message, with something about a marker not being there. Before panicking, changed the extension from jpeg to psd - and the filed opened in PS CC without any problems. Saved the files as jpeg, using a different name and this time they were all ok.
So it would appear that there is a problem saving a file with layers as a jpeg, without first saving it as psd
I am new to Photoshop (Elements Vers 10).
Today I have been working on a photo (cloning out the background) and after about 4hrs work a thin green line about 1-2 pixel thick, has appeared across the center of the page. How it got there but I can not remove it.
I have tried saving the project (as a photoshop file) and then opening it as a new project in an old version of Photoshop (Vers 3 ?) to see if I could clone out the line, but it will not permit me to clone it.
What the line is, what I did to cause it to appear and how do I get rid of it. I possibly could export the project as a JPG and start as a new project.
How do we flip the dimension numbers from one side of the line to another?
My dimension always appears on the left hand side for a vertical line and on the top for horizontal line... Can I make them appear on the bottom or right side?
Is there such a software from autodesk that would open iam files and let the user to take measurement only?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI was wondering if there is any way to temporarily mark measurements that I have made with the Measure function so I can go back and start a line at that point. Each time I use Measure, the information disappears when I go to another function.

I would like to create text prefix "aa" and remove measurement (numbers indicating length )
How to remove this measurement ?
Set wymiartyprot01 = ThisDrawing.ModelSpace.AddDimRotated(pkta01ScPgSr, pktaOsHorPSrg01,pkta01ScPgz, k90Deg)
wymiartyprot01.TextPrefix = "aa"
I've recently re-install my AutoCAD on my Win7 PC and now whenever I try to draw a Line, there's this automatic measurement of the length of the line I'm stretching. It is really causing a lag on my PC for some reason and I seem to can't find a way to turn it off.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI needed to know the Side Opposite so that I could subtract that amount from a known line length.
I knew the angle (24) and the side adjacent (.9375) therefore SIN 24 = X/.9375 .0467= X/.9375 = .3813
When I measure the side opposite I get .4172
See attached screenshot.
I use to work drawing, calculating and budgeting corrugated steel for foundations and I always have the same problem. Once i have desinged and drawn all the lines (or polilines) i have to count every single corrugated steel to know how many of them I have in order to know metters of steel that we have to order to the manufacturer.
any command that autocad has to measure this kind of lines or polilines?how many metters of corrugated steel I have.

How to convert the “existing” hatch from one measurement to another?
In the screenshot below, the first hatch is drawn with “measurement” = 1 (metric), while the second is drawn when the measurement = 0 (imperial). The “measurement” value is not a property for the hatch!
Then how to convert the hatch that already exist and drawn with the “measurement” = 0 to the “measurement” = 1.
In other words, how to switch all the hatches in a particular plan from being “imperial” based (measurement = 0) to “metric” (measurement = 1)?
Is there a way to do that? Or should we delete the existing hatches and re-draw them with the required setting (metric/imperial)?
I've just downloaded Autocad 2013 and I cannot figure out how to measure linear or angular dimensions. I'm familiar with older versions of Autocad, but this is the first time I've tried to use 2013.
View 1 Replies View RelatedAfter finishing a part in Inventor 2014 a want to store it as a STL file. Thats no problem but when the part is saved as STL it measurement don't add up any more. The STL file becomes a factor 10 smaller. So 50mm ends up as 5mm. So thats a problem.
