Photoshop :: Making Color Wheel
Feb 28, 2006there are 2 types of color wheel used for making color schemes, one is R-G-B color wheel where Red Green and Blue colors are 120 degrees apaert, which is easy to make with spectrum gradients in photoshop,
other one is traditional R-Y-B color wheel where red yellow and blue colors are 120 degrees apart,
how to make that tradtional R-Y-B color wheel in photoshop? i tried so hard, it doesnt come accurately and involves lots of mathematical calculations ?

Mar 5, 2013I just got a new computer, with acad 2012 and now I can't get the scroll wheel to pan .
I use a Logitech MX 3200 mouse/keyboard set.
I have upgraded the Logitech Setpoint software, changed the scroll wheel to "middle button", set MBUTTONPAN=1 in CAD, and still no go -
If I press the wheel down and hold it ABSOLUTELY still I get the PAN-grip symbol but as soon as I move the mouse it disappears.

Feb 2, 2012I have a Logitech MX Laser 1000 mouse, love the mouse. But the Middle scroll button does not pan when you hold down the wheel. And when you double click the wheel it no longer does a zoom extents. When you scroll the wheel it does zoom in and out. My mbuttonpan is set to 1. Not sure if I toggled something on or off.

Oct 29, 2010My old microsoft mouse died and i replaced it with a new 3500. For some reason, i cant get it to pan when i use the wheel button. it zooms fine with the wheel... just wont pan. I tried changing the wheel function in Control Panel... unfortunately Pan isn't an option for "program specific" functions. The ACAD help section lists pan as the only function with the wheel button.

Jun 19, 2013I recently installed the Student version of AutoCad 2013 on my Mac through Windows 7. I am not able to use the wheel on my mouse to get to the hand tool to move around. When I hold down the wheel, it swipes over to my Mac dashboard. Also the delete button does not delete. I have to use the E command.

Mar 23, 2012My laptop died recently and I had to get a new one then reinstall my AutoCAD 2010 software. Trouble is the mouse wheel no longer zooms or, when held down, pans any more. I have spent the last couple of hours trying to sort this but to no avail - nothing happens when I use the mousewheel at all. SO frustrating as I use this all the time!
I run Windows 7 Pro OS and the mouse is a fairly basic HP model with two buttons and a wheel. (maybe I need to upgrade the thing...!)

Jun 7, 2012I just got a new pc upgrade so I'm walking through everything to see if it all works. Now when I double click my mouse wheel, nothing happens where before it would zoom extents. I'm using a MS Wireless Mouse 5000 with AutoCAD 2013.
I played around with programming the mouse buttons directly, but I couldn't get it to work right. I don't see anything in AutoCAD about a setting for mouse wheel double click. All I see is that it just says that double clicking the mouse wheel should execute the zoom extents command.

Aug 12, 2013Is there any way to increase the speed the 'move' part of the look function moves when using the steering wheel?
I really like the idea of being able to navigate fully using mouse & keyboard (kinda like an FPS really) use the mouse to look and the keyboard to move - however the move speed is painfully slow -almost undetectable. I believe is probably due to assumptions made on unit size - (I work in mm).
The steeringwheel settings dialogue allows some adjustment on the 'walk' speed, but that has no effect on the move speed when looking.

Aug 17, 2010I just installed AutoCAD 2011 (32-bit on Windows XP Pro) and my mouse wheel pan capability is not working. I have already confirmed that my Mbuttonpan variable is set to 1. When I press my mouse wheel button I see the 'hand icon' for a moment before my cursor returns to the crosshairs. The mouse wheel zoom works just fine, and the pan function still works on my old 2010 install.

Jan 11, 2013I have a CAD 2013 Arch user who is having a strange issue with zooming in or out using the mouse scroll wheel. It doesn't happen all the time which frustrates me because I never see it, but she does. Every now and then when she's working in a drawing she'll try to zoom out slightly, but the it zooms WAY out, so much that the drawing looks like a tiny speck. When she tries to correct it by zooming in, it zooms WAY in. Then for some reason, it starts working fine. This seems to happen to her multiple times a day and I'm sure what to or how to troubleshoot this. She's using a wireless mouse from Logistic and seems to have the current drivers installed.

Nov 28, 2012When trying to orbit while pressing the mouse wheel & holding shift nothing happens. I have looked into CUI and everything is set up correctly under mouse buttons. Clicking on the navigation wheel allows me to orbit but using shift and mouse is so much quicker. I have just upgraded to AutoCAD 2013 perhaps that is the problem?
